They won't turn their AC on when it's 91° outside! I had no idea this was the case until I had already loaded 2 washing machines with my clothes and then could feel the heat and I asked this lady and she claimed that it was broken. Well they should not even open their doors for business on a super hot day if their customers are going to be too uncomfortable to get their laundry done. I was so uncomfortable that I had to go to one of the other businesses next door where they have their AC on and I mentioned it to them and they laughed and said no they just probably are too cheap to turn it on (referring to the AC). They told me that they have these big AC units up on the roof on top of the entire complex for each business. I hope I don't end up getting seriously ill because I am a migraine sufferer and I was already an Urgent Care earlier this week. I'm glad that I made sure I took a tall container of water with me. This business has no business opening their doors to customers if they're not going to care about the comfort of their customers on super hot days by ensuring their AC is either working or and turned on.

Okay so the price is a dollar 75 per pound instead of a dollar 25 but who cares. The one thing you really got to enjoy about this place is the people that work there I'm not going to kiss you if you're a man and you go in there you're going to love this place. I came in there I was pretty much lost I didn't really know like where to take my clothes out or anything else like that and the dude was just let me hook you up and it was just like wow cool and you got my laundry waited all and you know what man the guy really did an awesome job. Okay let me reiterate this the parking sucks okay let me say this again the parking sucks.!!! But there's a Starbucks right next door and another convenience store just in case you want to get drunk while you doing laundry so that's all good to go and people Starbucks are surprisingly awesome I mean like it's like a neighborhood coffee shop a lot of regulars come in there a lot and they actually joke around wow it's almost man friendly!

If this was 4 months ago, id be raving about Lucy's services. Now, it's a shame that when the boss is away that things can't seem to get done. Very disappointing. Same day and next day service goes out of the window. I would expect quality customer service regardless. If Lucy takes pride in her customer service and her business offering certain services, the entire team should know how to do the same. Every 4 months or so, I do laundry for an entire large apartment community. I have paid cash for great and speedy service. It's a let down to now have to take my services elsewhere.

I've been coming to this laundromat for a few years now and the machines are very rarely ever out of order. On the off chance that they are, it is always a dryer and I've only seen this happen twice during the years I've visited. There are a variety of washers from top load to varying sizes of front load and many dryers. It is rare you won't be able to find a machine to use. Lucy's also has some nice large tables for easily folding clothes,vending machines for beverages/snacks, ATM, and coin exchange machine. This laundromat is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Very clean and calm environment. Not too pricey. Nowhere to charge your phone --- I've come here a few times now and every time there's at least one strange older man that feels the need to strike up useless or gross conversation. One called me a b*tch because I ignored him. I didnt realize he was talking to me. And even as I write this, the third guy this trip to bother me sat down next to me wreaking of piss and tried to touch me. This is not under the laundromats control but it would be unfair for me to not include it in the rating of my experience here.

I go to a laundromat periodically to wash big comforters. Today i tried Lucy’s for the first time. Lucy’s is so clean, none of the machines were broken, the person working was nice and helpful with finding the right sized machine for my needs. Lucy’s is now my new laundromat, it’s definitely worth a little longer drive for me to get here.

The staff are dope and Lucy's Mexican grill is fire. My girl and i have a laundry mat in our complex, but came here once because the washer was getting fixed, now my girl and i go every Sunday as our new routine. Laundry and Asada fries, my favorite day of the week. Update: I just wanted to remind y'all that Lucy's is awesome

I love this place for many reasons. 1. The machines are always clean 2. The laundromat is always clean 3. The prices are totally reasonable 4. They do an excellent job on your clothes 5. They open early and close late 6. The ladies that work here are very nice This is the place I always go

It was a very clean and organize place ... Plenty of washers of all sizes even top loaders... The dryers were conveniently close.. and enough space to fold your clothes without somebody standing right on top of you ... Also everyone was very friendly.

This was my first time at a laundromat and the staff were excellent help! They went over the process and helped me find the right machines for each wash load ( bed sheets, towels, clothes etc. ) I was doing. The place is clean. I highly recommend!

I dropped my laundry to be washed and folded and they don't know how to follow directions. I requested no sent and the clothes smell like gain. I told them to wash the clothes with free and clear only nothing else. And they are very expensive

Came in to do laundry at 8am. When I approached the owner about the lint in the dryer she told me no they clean it at night. How are you supposed to dry your clothes with the lint vents being full. They are locked and she will not unlock it

$2.50 for a top loader, 25 cents per 5 min on dryer. Thought the dryer was a bit steep in price, most places I've been are 25 cents for 6 or 7 minutes. Fairly clean and well organized facility. There's a sink and a bathroom for customers.

This is a great place to have your clothes clean if you don't have the time take it here after they wash it carefully they fold it and wrap it individually for you this place rocks. If there were 7 stars I would give it to him

Friendly service. You can do your own laundry or pay to have them wash it for you. Dry cleaning will take longer since they send it out. Lucy also runs the Mexican restaurant next door, which is very good.

Great customer service, when Lucy is in, tho, prices are just accordingly with the area, machines are clean and works wonderfully, place is always very clean, I enjoy do laundry in this place …

She was amazing! We had a large order for wash and fold that we needed done faster than usual. We paid extra and she she did an amazing job! Definitely recommending her to friends and family!

Very unfriendly. Took wash in for elderly man who had a stroke and the some of the was was damp and told me to hang it outside but still charge me for drying them.

The people here are friendly. I come here once a week, its clean and they open at 6am and they close at 9pm.7days a week. I recommend this place for sure.
