This place has horrible business practices. I brought a lot of clothes in to get the same day the laundry service and the lady that took them said it was going to be $35 at pick up however when I came to pick them up it changed to $56! I'm not upset about the price change so much as I am about to getting a courtesy phone call to let me know of said change before they continued with the service. I even called to ask an unrelated question and the person on the phone looked up my order, I could have been informed then, instead they wait till I get there to surprise me. The reason this was a bad practice is because with me being in the military I travel a lot and was looking to use this service a lot but because they couldn't honor what I was quoted, on principal, I will never use their business again and discourage anyone else that asks me about this place. The prices are decent but I’m not sure if it’s worth dealing with machines that eat up your quarters and a manager who begrudging helps you when the quarters get jammed. I’ve been here a handful of times, and I believe they are scamming people out of quarters by having machines in which quarters get jammed that require the force from a quarter behind it to be accounted for. The rude lady who manages it acts like it’s so unbelievable that you’re having trouble placing quarters in the machine. If this place is your only option, make sure to bring a butter knife or something similar to solve the jammed quarters problem on your own since that’s what the manager does.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside, it is very clean, with tons of well-maintained washers, and, even better, they recently put in a large amount of brand-new dryers. Friendly staff, hours are great for both early risers and after work washing needs. The change machines always work (a shock!) and the equipment stays serviced. Considering we went from having our own washer and dryer for ten years, this place makes having to go back to a laundromat not feel like punishment. I definitely would only use them, and they'll even do your laundry for you at a very fair price.

DON'T GO HERE. THE LADY IS A THEIF. SHE TRYS TO RIP YOU OFF BY NOT GIVING YOU THE CORRECT CHANGE BACK. EXAMPLE - MY BILL WAS $30. I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HER.. SO I HANDED HER $60. SHE GAVE ME $10 IN CHANGE. SHE SAID I ONLY GAVE HER $40. I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS $60 B/C I HAD TO GO TO THE ATM TO PULL IT OUT B/C SHE DOESN'T TAKE CARDS. SHE KNEW I GAVE HER 3 - 20'S. SHE WANTED TO RIP ME OFF ON PURPOSE. I KNOW IT. SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. SHE IS EVIL. TAKE YOUR CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Don't really like to post negative reviews, but I did want to mention not only is the cash situation difficult, but if the machines break (which they often do) you cannot get you items back until the mechanic comes, usually the next day. Also, when you get your items back, they still make you pay to wash and dry them after you have to COME BACK to get them because their machine broke. The dryers also have stained/burned my clothes.

The owner/manager steals your clothes. About three quarters of the machines don't work. When you ask for your coins back, you have to have a long argument and dirty looks from the Chinese owner. She speaks no English and is extremely unpleasant. When I came to pick up my laundry, she was sifting thru my laundry. I am guessing to steal it? Don't see any other reason. Never again. So ghetto for a nice part of town like this.

Where is the Lady that's here in the morning because the Lady that's on duty now is very rude.this is my second time noticing her attitude..how on earth do you tell a paying customer "I'm on my break you have to wait" the man was telling her " miss the machine has an error code; can you see I'm on my break? Well I thought she should put that dam cigarette out and tend to the customer. I'm just saying.....

Rude owner, machines eat coins..... it's out of the question to expect your money back cause owner actual said that I can't count...... funny I was counting well using the other machines. Many washers need replacement. Dryers won't dry towels well at all. And an expensive long white cotton nightgown was stolen when I went to the gross bathroom....., didn't notice till I got home. Won't be back

Mean... the lady that works there is straight up mean. Hope you bring your own quarters bc their machine is always broken and she will yell at you for bringing ones. ALSO, DONT be the last one I there because she'll kick you out early so she can get home to her husband. They dont close at 8 they close as soon as the last person is chased out of there. She is nasty. P.S this place is FILTHY....

This is the closest laundromat to me that isn't in a bar. The dryer I used was not heating, so I told the person working. He told me to put my clothes in another dryer then went to get more quarters to replace what I had lost in the malfunctioning dryer. That was extremely good service to me. The place may not be as nice as other laundromats, but at least I can wash and dry my clothes.

I use the laundry pick up service. The older woman is racist and you have to watch her weigh your clothes because she will increase the price, if not looking. I asked her to re- weigh my clothes while looking, and there was a 5 lb difference. She is not friendly and has a bad attitude. If you are African American, please spend your money elsewhere. It is not appreciated here.

Piece of crap, nothing works, half the dryers are busted and not labeled. Takes a pile of quarters and hours to do any laundry. The AC is always off because the cheap owners don't want to pay for AC so it's 120 degrees inside all the time. Nothing dries and you find that out after doing laundry for an hour. Don't use this place.

It's ok as laundromats go. Lot of out of order stickers, but the machines in service seem clean. I did see someone stuff a HUGE amount of clothes in one washing machine, so i can see how the they can break after awhile. They have large, medium and small machines. Nice lady at the counter. Couple of vending machines.

They racist the lady at the counter greets every other race of customer up on entry except dark skin ppl I sat in the laundry and scoped it out they need to disinfect that dirty dull place. This is the only laundromat near Prytania and merango so I don't have a option to go else where

Normally, it is ok. Sometimes machines are broken and the machine don't give change. But usually things are fine. On the last visit however, one of my white sheets, in a bleach wash came out blue sploched! The accompanying sheets in the same wash remained white.

I'm visiting I googled a place it said will close at 9p my error I forgot to read the sign it was raining and I had three small kids, the lights was cut off while drying and folding. They dont like you but happy too spend your money will never go there ever!!

It is what it is. It works. I am able to clean my clothes. Never had a problem with the machines. The customers are friendly. I see posts complaining about the woman who runs the place. She is always friendly towards me.

I have been going to this place for drop off Laundry service for almost 25 years. Very reliable, though not as cheap as it was in the 1990s. Great location. If you hate doing Laundry, as I do, this is the place to go.

I've only used their wash and fold services, and I've had a very good experience. Sometimes they neglect to hang things that clearly need to be hung, but I've yet to have anything ruined or come back dirty.

Ample number of washers/dryers, friendly and helpful owner. a rare find after trying several other laundromats with disappointing results. this is my new go to for self service or drop off laundry.

Clean, ATM and change machines operate. When there is a problem there is usually someone there to help with coins getting stuck or malfunctioning machines. Wish there were more folding tables

The laundromat is fine. It gets the job done, but the lady who runs it is a nasty piece of work. So incredibly rude. And it's more expensive than other places.

I am so grateful for this place. They'll even wash and fold your laundry for you when you can't, and at such a reasonable price! Everyone is so sweet too.

They say they close at 8:00, but the employees were standing over me tapping their feet at 7:30. Don't say you close at 8:00 if you really mean 7:30!!!

It is very convenient for people who live uptown. You can use the washers and dryers your self or drop off your clothes and they will do it for you.

This place is OK. I won't be going back on the account I keep having to throw shirts away because of rust stains from the dryers and washers.

Some of the washers only work on certain heat settings. Same with the dryers. Good hours, though: they open at 7 am.
