The review dont reflect the new owner. They are cleaning up fresh paint etc. Very nice people. Your choice of pavement or grass. Very quite. The price you can beat anywhere in town. Yes the outside neighborhood is not the best but whos to judge. I think you should give them a chance.

Very hood. You will see all kinds of people here..but the gas station right next door has the best inexpensive food ever! Shrimp poboy was as long as both thighs but together loaded with shrimp!

This place is very run down. Some of the people staying at the location appear to be drug addicts and or long term tenants. It looks like an unsafe location. Railroad tracks also run behind it.

Ci sono stato in camper, prezzo interessante, buona posizione per andare in centro cita, ben servita da autobus, WiFi non funzionante.

Habia reservado una reservado una habitación y cuando fui al hotel me dijo que había reservado un espacio para casa rodante Esta parte no lo vi en la página y fue grande mi sorpresa

Pas le plus beau parc mais 3 services chaque site et salles de bain et buanderie neuves et prix très abordable, à 5 miles du French Quarter. Très bon deal.

What Mardi Gras RV park lacks in looks and general quality, it makes up for with hearty company from the park manager Ivan and the local cats.

This is not an RV park it’s a parking lot with hook ups and smells like sewage will not stay there again

Horrible neighborhood. Really unsafe and dirty. I suggest looking for a new place ASAP!!!
