I went there for a coffee, as soon as I walked in the two cashiers started laughing out loud. As if I had something on my face. They were so loud the people sitting were looking around to see what was going on. I wasn’t greeted with a hi, how are you doing? How can I assist you? But instead I got are you buying something? I was shocked. First of all why would I enter the store, walk up to the register and not have the intention of buying anything. I said I wanted a caramel LATTE no liquid sugar. She was confused. Asking me what did I mean. I SAID I WANTED IT COLD INSTEAD OF HOT. She went to the frappé machine. Made me a Caramel FRAPPÉ. Charged me for a medium caramel frappé. When I said that it wasn’t what I ordered and I wanted my money back. They refused. They wouldn’t give me a refund nor call the manager.

It's different at McDonald's on Rockaway avenue but me and my daughter went in she just wanted chicken McNuggets and instead of as usual waiting on the line one of the doors was locked that you come into and the other door was locked will you get your food which was different and then once it's done supervisor worker goes out of a door go back to where we usually wait at to get the food to come back I think it's too much work on the worker and inconvenience for the customers it should go back to how it was people waiting on the line where it was before I believe it was good the way it was before but the chicken nuggets were good

Had a bad experience here 2day, not the usual, things seemed 2 b off-beat, somehow. One of the commercials 4 McDonald's advertises picking up "a drink", n that is what I tried 2 do. I only wanted an iced coffee so, I ordered it. Other ppl were there b4 me, others came after me. After 12 minutes, I checked the board 4 my number my number wasn't there. All numbers, n ppl, that were there with me, were. I commented about this 2 the cashier who served me, she kept working. After 2 more minutes of frustration, I asked 4 my $ 2 b returned. That even took time. Finally received my $ bk, no "drink"! Went 2 a different location 2 get my "drink".

It was an ok experience. The place is small and there is no dine in, just mobile order pick up or in-store ordering. The line was steady and my drink was not filled to the top. I had to tell them to fill it to the top. This was around 4:30, so they were steady w/customers. My fries were not hot, just room temperature, which I like my fries hot, but not a tragedy. Because the place is steady w/customers, and to avoid the wrap-a-round line at this point, there should be kiosks that you can order from, as opposed to both a long order line AND p/u line. Otherwise, the experience was ok at best,this particular day and time.

I ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and while I was eating I found something in my Mcflurry, at first I thought it was a dried up oreo but it was A GLASS IN MY MCFLURRY. I called and a guy named Sean said "we don't have GLASS in our store so I don't know how you have GLASS in your Mcflurry. I've been buying from this store for years and I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN AND THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ADUCATIY SEAN HAD. My advice to yall just check your meals before eating it. Not buying from this store another again.

This place is a hit or miss depending on the day of week, what time of day it is or the cashier you get. It’s bad enough that they never open on time and you’re outside waiting 15 to 30 minutes for them to open when the sign Clearly states they open at 7:30. Today, I went in and ordered a caramel frappe. There was more whip cream and caramel sauce was less than a drizzle. I asked the girl if she can add a little more caramel on top she turned around and told me it would be extra. Are you kidding me? I wish there was a way to load a picture on here

Went to this McDonald's three times the first time one girl wanted to yell because I asked them to pass me my tea which is the only thing I ordered and I was sitting there with my ticket on top so I know it was mine and I kept asking can they pass me the tea and then when I went for a refund they had a problem second time it was okay experience now this is the third time I'm there and this is one of the only McDonald's that uses one line instead of a line at each register so that caused the problem also

This is one of Brooklyn's worst McDonalds with really bad customer service and soggy French fries. I was handed my bag and as I'm about to leave the lady that was packing up the food comes over and snatches my bag out of my hands and starts to take out my food to check if she put a extra burger and was RUDE about it and had the nerve to mouth off to me even though she was in the wrong. Somebody needs to manage that place better and train the employees better.

First off, the door weighs a ton. I witnessed a customer trying to open the door, then decided to walk away because they thought it was closed. Sometimes the line is long, the one to order and the one waiting for the food. And sometimes the service is not so nice. I know it’s fast food, but it’s also customer service. This McDonald never open on time it says 6:30 but at 6:50 the doors are still closed and they are just now mopping the floors.

I will eyebrow this McDonald's building and also will add in an indoor PlayPlace to this McDonald's. I am also redesigning store front McDonald's buildings too for them to have an indoor PlayPlace too. And I am turning the abandoned building next door to this McDonald's into the PlayPlace for this McDonald's and this will be a 2 story McDonald's PlayPlace and I will use this in the new Corduroy episodes I am writing and producing at Nelvana.

They are always nice to me and because I am always using the app they address me by my name

This is the only McDonalds I know of that closes its doors once its 2pm. They had atleast 10 people crammed in their front room which should only hold 2-3 people at maximum. This is very ghetto and sad that this is how this franchise is choosing to treat its predominantly black community. I wont ever come back to this one. EVER !

The place is disgusting. The cashier's are looking at their phones while you try to order. Then of course they have to make you repeat the order cause they zoned out. Let's not even get into people hanging out in there asking for money and annoying everyone. You would think management would do something about that?

Absolutely terrible. I came here after getting my covid vaccine and the manager was an insane person. He yelled at this old lady for having a bathroom emergency. He told her I'm not gonna pay a 5k fine so that you can per. Which is a lie btw. If I had any guys I would have kicked the door open for her. SMH!!!!!

It's not the worst McDonald's. Need to work on cleaning tables a little faster .The bathroom should be clean every 20 minutes. There is a worker who stays ,in the Dining room area. Employees need to work more on customer service. Your Food comes out fast, early Saturday it's not a lot of customers.

The morning crew at this place is amazing! Great, quick service and the usual delicious food.

I stop n b/w 6-6:15 am. Don't know y it can't b clean. However, bathrooms r pretty respectful but I frequently have 2 ask 4 napkins cuz there's no tp. Or soap. I only buy drinks/coffee pretty much. If it were cleaner, I might b tempted 2 eat. Staff pretty friendly.

I received great service today. I went there around 1030am. The cashier and the expeditor was extremely friendly. This is definitely one of the better McDonald's. I don't eat fast food often but would definitely come back to get service by these lovely ladies

Well I can't really rate them anymore. My family and I don't do McD's anymore i only go in for the trapped and occasionally some fries. But the place is kept decent I guess for location and traffic and the cashiers are always respectful and nice to me anyway.

It was alright. Although the right door was missing a knob. And if you going to open the door, pull hard. Don't think the door is locked, it's just tough to open. They still don't have those kiosk machine so you can do your order like other locations do.

Service is awful and the employees are rude. They take long to serve the food and the fries are usually cold. They always mess up the order and forget items and give you a hard time when you request a redo or mention that they didn't give you said item.

They need to hire more people especially for Friday evenings... no reason the cashier should have to constantly step off the register to help the line

The food was great. I recommend this over Burger King because I ordered a chicken sandwich at burger king and they burned it. The mcchicken is the best. The strawberry banana smoothie is fresh and better.
