Oh hi! Thank you for not acknowledging that a customer walked in to your store. Thank you for ignoring me. I watched you talk at length about the other customers dog that has diarrhea and can see you down the isle, so I KNOW you could see me too. You did not even say “hey you know I’ll be right there!” No no no you carry on and on and don’t even consider that maybe this other customer is waiting to pay so keep it a little shorter in your conversation. Look me up in your system because I have purchased years of your overpriced items - that I can get for way cheaper at Wag n’ Wash- so that is where I’ll spend my hundreds of dollars from now on. Wag n’ wash is always friendly and kind and have more than 1 person working. If you read this review try them out because they have more of the same stuff and for much less. As for your rude store. We are done, I’m never shopping there again. That is how you go out of business- 1 customer at a time.

I like a lot of the staff here, but they often don’t order my dogs food when I ask for a special order - they say they do and then they don’t even though I’ve gone in person and placed the order, other times done it over the phone - It’s not the first time they don’t place an order for me when I ask and yes it’s frustrating but what’s more frustrating is the response when I call or show up and the order isn’t there - like it’s my fault. I really want to stay with pet market and get the cute seasonal toys and be able to go in person to pick up my dogs food instead of delivery but the attitude is a bit off-putting. They’re otherwise really nice when they’re not having to correct or acknowledge their own mistakes. And I like their products even though it’s a tad higher prices than other places, good selection.

I came into this store looking for a harness for my dog. The selection of harnesses is very small. I didn't find anything remotely like what I was looking for. There was a large selection of leashes and collars, as well as much sturdier muzzles than what's available at a big box pet store in the valley. When I walked in with my (human) shopping companion, there were 3 or 4 employees standing behind the counter at the cash register. The young woman called out a greeting to us. When we left, she called out a goodbye. However, no one came over to where we were looking and asked if we needed help. As we were leaving, no one asked if we had found what we were looking for or if we needed help finding anything. My experience was probably closer to 3.5 stars, but I'll round up since 3½ is not an option.

My dog, Nugget, enjoys window shopping especially at his favorite store, Pet Market. After a 5-mile hike and with the leash straining , Nug, 13, steers me to the store. His face lights up and his tail swings into action thanks to the hospitable and very generous reception he receives from the staff. In addition to the above-board attention the personnel dispense to their 4-legged patrons, the canine-loving and product-savvy employees provide sound advice to pet owners about the abundant array of food, toys, snacks, etc. best aligned to suit their animals' needs. Nug is a steady customer and I'm certain the pats, adulations and store merchandise including the organic human consumable treats will add years to Nug's life.

Titus got neutered and I was having a tough time selecting the proper collar so he don’t lick his incisions. I had bad luck at pet smart so decided to go across the road to pet supermarket. Best decision for me and Titus. I called beforehand and was greetly warmly by a associate, she calmed me down. And i went over. They all said hi , gave Titus some treats and helped me decide on the wonderful inflatable light weight collar Titus wears in the photos. He is extremely happy and don’t even know he’s wearing it! This was a extremely emotional time for me, and they hit a home run with the. Customer service and emotional support. Titus and I will be returning soon! Thanks soooo much!!!!!

I really hope that the people who work here are paid handsomely because they are the reason we come back. My wife and I are always treated so kindly and the last time we were in, Yoshi helped us with everything from finding the products we were looking for, giving us unbiased recommendations based on our needs and was more than happy to find lower prices through price matching. It is to the point that if we have any questions or concerns for our pets, we like to drop in, inquire and then pick something up right then and there. Yoshi’s fantastic customer service was what prompted me to write this review.

For the first time in a long time, I actually felt like a valued customer. I know that sounds weird, but hear me out. I was greeted promptly and left to browse briefly. After a bit, the cashier noticed we looked like we were lost and offered to help us. He asked a lot of questions about our fur baby and shared a bit about his babies. He gave us a couple of options and went above and beyond to help us with questions we didn't even know we had. The type of customer service we were given was astonishing. We left feeling more educated and genuinely grateful that we stopped in. Thank you so much!

I love this local place. When I first got my shelter dog, they gave me 20 different dog food samples for free so he could choose his favorite. My Pet Market price matches, so I get 25 to 40% off my purchases. To those complaining about high prices, I recommend you take advantage of their price match loyalty program. You will pay Costco or Amazon prices or less. I decided to write this review today because I really appreciated the help of the assistant Helena. She was kind, attentive, and helpful with my purchase today. My Pet Market is a great local place for me and my dog Arlo!

The people who work there are very nice, but they charge extreme amounts for certain items. I was charged $71 for chicken strip treats that were only about $16 everywhere else I looked online. I didn’t realize until I left the store and I turned around and they price matched them to $18.99. They confirmed it was not an error, that’s just their price. Charging over $70 for something that is only $16-19 is just taking advantage of people and that’s not right. This was the case with several of their items in the store and it’s sad that they’re doing that to people.

Friendly staff and they price match lowest price you can find even with online retailers. If you setup an account, they will even add that price to your account for future use. We purchased a 24lb bag of Open Farm Turkey and Chicken Dry Dog Food which they have priced at around $92. Super expensive but this is where price match comes in, and I had it saved to our account for $65+Tax. HUGE savings, even $15 less than Amazon or other sites. The smart way to shop here is to find the least expensive price match, otherwise it is too expensive without.

***What an OUTRAGEOUS RIP OFF*** $43.99 for a 15lb. bag of Victor Super Premium Hi-Pro Plus dry dog food; when Tempe Feed sells it for $24.00! Also Tempe Feed is locally owned (there's only ONE); and it's staffed by the owner Arthur and his sons whom are more informed about dog care than any associate you will ever meet at a place like THIS OVERPRICED WANNABE 'pet market'. The only market My Pet Market is in is in ROBBING YOU BLIND. Do yourselves, your wallets, and your dogs a favor and go visit Tempe Feed you won't regret it.

The only reason i’m giving the store five stars is for the staff. They are incredibly accommodating and always super friendly. The downside to this company is the price gouge! They do price matching, but the fact that every single item in their store is 50 to 75% more than the current market value and they don’t say anything hoping some unsuspecting individual is just going to pay that outrageous markup to me is unethical. I continue to shop there again because the staff will price match and they’re all really nice.

Really, really high prices. I bought a collar here today for $45. I was searching online for the matching leash since they were out of stock at the store, and stumbled upon the same exact collar listed at 1/2 the price on all major sites! (Chewy, PetSmart, Amazon, Petco). I could buy the leash and collar set for on another site for the same price that I bought just the collar for here. Pet market carries some items that I don’t see as often in stores, but for the price it is not worth it.

I don't usually post on these but this was weird. I went in to buy waste bags and they were charging 18.99 for their cheapest set. I thought it was pricey but grabbed anyways. Went to pay, lady told me they were 32 bucks.....she told me I wasn't looking at the right SKU..... Right like a customer santing poop bags wants to look at SKUs Anyways go across the street save the hassle and money and buy from marshals or petsmart

This is a great store. I go here on a regular basis for my Shibas. They have a great assortment of food and treats to suit every need. The staff is great, friendly, & very helpful!!! This is one of only 2 stores that I know of here in the valley that carry the brand of food I get for my dogs. They price match and will even carry your purchase to your car!! I love this store the customer service is phenomenal!!!!

Small store so prices are a little higher, but they have a good selection of specialty pet food products. My cat has an allergy to chicken so finding food without chicken or byproducts has been a challenge and expensive. My Pet Market offered a price match coupon to help offset cost of the specialty food which applies automatically each purchase. Appreciate their customer focus!!

Quality food, nice clean store. But their prices are 20-40 percent higher than other places close by. A 25 lb bag or Orijin Puppy food here is $110, at other places the standard price is $89. At this store Grizzly salmon oil is $35 and its commonly sold for $25 other places. I’d only shop here if I was in a rush or was completely out of something and had to get it ASAP.

I went there for the first time last night and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome....not a corporate, “ make sure you greet everyone “ style. I asked if he could help me with a certain dog food. He also suggested I try several samples. I was thoroughly pleased. He also price matched and saved my best rate. I asked for a particular type of water fountain for my cat. The cashier showed me their selection, and when they didn't have what I was looking for, he looked online for me. He found exactly what I wanted at PetCo, showed me, and printed out the ad so I knew what product it was. He showed me that they care more about the customer than making a sale!

Love coming here for our dogs food. Always in stock and will price match. Customer service is always great and answer any questions you may have. Top quality products and food. Very nice hours as well. Nice thing if you have a phone number with them they can keep your price matched price on file so you dont have to provide it every time.

My wife has been going here for a few months now and they have been amazing. We will never shop at a chain pet store again. They’ve helped us with new food and samples, matched and beaten big box prices and are so much more personable. If you’ve got a fur baby in your life - this is the place to go for all your pet needs!

Love to take my brewster into here after going to trader joes. We always end up finding some treats for him and its hard to make him leave! the only thing i wuld change about this place are the prices... sometimes they seem high, especially for small dog treats. I dont think my dog cares if its organic or not.

Everybody is kind, friendly pet lovers. Dogs allowed in the store makes shopping fun. They get so excited with all the smells and displayed treats. I tell all my friends my favorite pet store is Choice Pet Market Biltmore off Camelback Road because each time I shop, it's a great experience!

Nice pet store that has a lot of options for your pet, especially if they have allergies. My mother's dog has a ton of allergies and it is hard to find food that she can have safely. This store carries several brands that have limited ingredients or has food with a single ingredient, nice.

This is the only store we can get our dogs food at. And i recently found another store closer to the house. The staff at all stores go above and beyond and are so super friendly! Going there is never a chore! Stores are always so clean and well kept!

Went in looking for snacks for my pup. I found some, $26 for a small bag of dogs treats. I bought them but thought it was expensive for what I got. I went to Fry's the same day and found the exact same treat bag for $11. Cool, but nope.

I love the exotic selections they have very high end dog store so beware of that before you come very worth it tho, if you can spend money on going out to eat then you can afford to get your dog some exotic meat every once in a while

Place has stuff you can get at any other pet store for literally 400% mark up. A 6 pack of Kong squeaky balls for $16.99 whereas you can get the exact same thing at petsmart for $6.99 - am I missing something here?

Employee told me unprovoked that they were willing to suggest a "better" diet food if my dog were to be prescribed a diet food from a veterinarian... Scary that they think they know more than doctors

This business has a great selection of pet food. We put our dog on a raw meat diet and they had all that we needed. The staff was terrific and very helpful in pointing out what to get. Great job!

Went in for new cat food. Three girls working...we had to go ask for help and the staff could not answer our questions about the products. We left with a metal litter scoop and some cat treats.

Went in to get some greenies, but settled on chicken doggie bones. Our girl seems to really like them. The place was a bit small but what the hell, it's a Pet Market, not a Whole Foods Market!

This place is quite high priced for items I can get cheaper in another place. It does have a great selection but could use some understanding that prices dont need to be that high.
