I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Mychoize car rental company during my recent rental in Punjab, Amritsar. Right from the beginning, the service was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Firstly, during the booking process, there was a significant lack of transparency. I was not informed that the car they were providing me had a Haryana registration, even though I explicitly mentioned that I needed the car for use within Punjab. This oversight became apparent only during the time of delivery, which was already an inconvenience. Upon noticing this discrepancy, I immediately contacted the customer care team to express my concern. I explained that it is customary for car rental companies to provide vehicles with local state registrations when renting for use within the state, and using a vehicle with a different state registration could result in additional expenses like road tax while driving in other states. To my surprise, the customer care team acknowledged my concern and assured me that I could pay the Punjab state road tax for the duration of the rental, and they would reimburse me upon providing the tax receipt. Trusting their word, I paid the road tax and proceeded with my rental. However, my ordeal did not end there. When I contacted customer care again to claim the reimbursement as promised, they asked me to share the tax receipt via email. After promptly sending the receipt, the company did a complete U-turn on their earlier commitment and refused to reimburse the amount. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also amounts to a hidden cost, as they did not inform me beforehand that I would have to bear this expense. The entire experience felt like a scam and a blatant act of cheating with the customer. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize short-term gains over customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result of this ordeal, I will not be recommending Mychoize to anyone, and I urge others to be cautious and avoid such a disappointing experience. In the future, I will be more vigilant when choosing a car rental company, and I hope that Mychoize takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their services to regain customer trust. Until then, I cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy car rental experience.

I rented a car from your Marol, Mumbai office for a 3-day trip which was in extremely bad condition. Once we started the journey we realized that the two front tires were punctured and the pressure was not up to the mark. We tried to call MyChoize customer care but it was unreachable. We tried to replace one with the stepney provided, but the wrench provided in the toolkit was not the right size for the wheel nuts. We had to ask another passing vehicle to lend us the wrench in order to change the front tire. After some time we realized that the stepney was also punctured with more holes. We spent our own money (Rs. 600/-) to get the punctures fixed. The pathetic level of quality checks done at Marol, Mumbai center led us to waste our quality time on the trip. When we tried to use the speakers we found that they were faulty and broken. Overall the experience was a nightmare and our precious time saved from daily hustles were wasted in fixing the rental car for which we have given Rs. 9932.48/-. This terrible experience doesn't end here. When we returned the vehicle to the Marol, Mumbai center, and tried to speak to the staff at the Marol office, I was shocked to find that the manager was rude and unprofessional, and completely unwilling to listen to my complaints. He even mumbled abuses. First, he denied that any of the tires or stepney were punctured and told us that the quality checks were done but later when we asked him to check the wrench size, he flipped from his statement, stating that the stepney is punctured and it is us who got the tire punctured. We got a total of 8 punctures fixed during the trip. This shows how pathetic the tire conditions were while giving it to us. I suspect the foul play of the staff and manager at the Marol, Mumbai center who tried to deceive us into getting the tires fixed and clearly misbehaving and giving us abuses to get the moment heated into an argument and blaming all of it onto us. He didn't even accept checking the speakers, toolkits, and tires when we tried to confront him. Definitely won't recommend this service.

Drop on time, Vehicle has been given in the condition as you see in Pictures, according to driver vehicle is water washed and clean. My colleagues from Switzerland, Poland & Russia is surprised who planned to use the car. when I called the office they inform wait in the hotel we will come and clean the car??? Before booking it has been discussed with dispatch team requested we should have rear parcel tray they promised it is their when handed over no rear parcel tray. We forgot to bring it, I have ordered GPS Navigation not given to me. We went to Mysore and other nice places we have been fully stressed as full baggage is exposed outside we have to take all the stress due to My choize they give false commitment to take order, once we are trapped they will have fun.. I have booked one month before planned travel date 24-Aug-17.. For basic model of CRETA they have charged me XUV500 cost on hourly rate when I called them and asked it is premium vehicle we will charge more.. I have checked the rates on 18-Sep-17 for CRETA charges are 25% lower I have sent mail to them zero response when I called them they are informing when you booked it is premium now normal you have to pay higher highly unpredictable answers from them.. Full world works book earlier pay less and MY Choize book earlier pay 18% more. I have informed them I will post in public media do what ever you want they are least bother about public opinion.. I am sending mail every day no response from them While pickup they want car one hour before started calling me 3 hours before I will come and wait at the location with emotional pressure on us when you handed over the car to them they are not ready to sign any document for car pickup time unacceptable. Once they are inside the car I am speaking to them they just left they don't respect the customer. Hope my review will help and be careful with cheating company. Br /Naveen

- Horrible service with hidden charges (only known after being charged). - State GST of 972.02 + Central GST of 972.02 only known to the customer after being invoiced and charged. - NOTE- the website homepage states that when one takes Unlimited Kms - no extra charges are there. While the 2 GST's are not mentioned. - I was not infomed about the Pune Army contonment entry fine charges of Rs 200 for cab services ONLY as I have never been sropped with my personal car in that area for several years. This fine is not applied for private cars. I should have been informed of this fine by the customer service or the deployment team. - Fuel tank was not given full. While their T&C mentions, fuel tank will be given full. - The deployment team took 45 min in the morning to hand over the car which delayed me further for a 12 hour journey from Mumbai to Goa. - Despite informing the customer service represetative for the Andheri pick up and drop location, I was given BKC pick up and drop location. - Basic service such as water and soap was not put for the wipers before handing over the car. I stopped twice to wipe the windscreen on a 12 hour journey to Goa.Very frustrating! - Have tried escalating the call before making this review, the represntative says, someone will call you. There has been no call yet. - I feel cheated by My Choize cars.

They took photo of me and signature and later they are asking for original DL, then I told them I don’t have original copy that is the reason u have cancelled my booking . Then they are saying cancellation amount is 3500 rupees. I told them I have been informed that 2 days before cancellation charges are 450 rupees and suddenly why do u change cancellation price. And mean while I was trying to call the toll free number and other numbers of “my choice car” no is giving proper response and toll free doesn’t even work half of the time. My experience with my choize was very pleasant. I booked self driven Ford Aspire for 7 days from Delhi. Before my start date i got a call that they will upgrade the car to nissan terrano if i am willing. I was happy to hear that since its more spacious with bigger boot space. The car which i was got was fine. It was driven 40,000 with scratch on all side and minor dent. But i was fine since the interior of the car was good. The delivery of the car was on the dit. Although they charge you for your doorstep delivery but they waive off for me as i need it from Delhi Railway Station which was just 1 KM from Rajiv Chok. I drove for 850 KM and my driving experience was great. The car was simply great with Good Mileage and Strong AC. For dropping the car after 7 days i just have to call and inform them about my reaching time. They pick the car without any hassle. I would definitely recommend MyChoize for Self Drive. I like to thank Mychoize team Shashank for its great support. Special Thanks for Rajeshji the Delhi Manager for Mychoize he was very courteous and helpful. I got the Refund amount within 10 days as promise by them without any reminder.

This was my first self drive xp and hence was a bit tentative to go ahead with it. However, after having completed my trip and having got back my security deposit within the stipulated 7-10 working days time frame, i can now responsibly rate this self- drive car service. Only time consuming part is submission and evaluation of your documents after which the entire process went smoothly. We had selected pick up and drop from their location in andheri-east and that process went swiftly on both occasions. They charge ₹400 ( i think) for pick up and drop from your home , but since i was located nearby , i chose to not avail this service . The car condition ( baleno) was perfect, being only 6000kms old. All documents were in order and since we didnt cross over state lines, we did not experience any additional taxes. I cant fault them in any way and so am looking forward to using their service again. PS: They are unique amongst their competition since they have no limitation on the kms you drive during your rental period, which was a winning point in my selection.

I had booked Mahindra Marazzo for 1 day and 17 hours and had taken an unlimited kms package in the month of June 2019. I had picked up and dropped the car myself at their Marol, Andheri location. The interior of the car was in excellent condition. On the exterior, there were couple of scratches from the previous trips, of which I pointed out to mychoize representative (which he was aware too). I took pictures and an all around video of the car before starting the trip for my reference, thought would require just in case. Car had speed limit of 80 kmph (as per government rules) which was ideal for my trip as had senior citizens traveling as well with me. At the time of dropping the car, it was quickly inspected by mychoize representatives and the deposit of INR 6000 was credited into my account after 8 working days. It was a great experience and overall process right from booking and refund was really quick. Would highly recommend!

Really great experience..!!! We had booked Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Petrol Automatic for our trip to Daman. We booked from Mychoize app and got 25% off on the booking. They charge you for delivery and pickup from your home address. They charged Rs. 1000/- extra on the car rent. Your documents are to be uploaded before even booking the car because this caused the delay for our car to arrive. So it's better to upload it earlier. We were furious because the car arrived late but after looking at the condition of the car we were really overjoyed. We were driving automatic for 1st time but we were acquainted with it really fast. Great car to drive on Ahmedabad Highway. All in all it was a hassle free trip with Mychoize. Great company with great quality cars. What i liked the most about them is they don't have KM range in their packages, which is there in Zoomcar and they bill really high for that.

Terrible experience both by the car provider and the customer care of MyService. If the car breaks down in the middle of the road you're on your own from there on. I wasn't even provided with the right equipment to change the tires and when I came back the next to the car provider asking for a spare tire and the jack I was accused of damaging the tire and the jack. I tried connecting with their customer care and Ms Rupali assured me a resolution to this by the next day but didn't hear a word from them. Instead when I tried connecting with the customer care I was put on long holds and eventually disconnected. So yeah I hope you get my point. Terrible customer care and service by both MyChoize and their car partner. AVOID.

Firstly, after placing an order, there is no communication via sms or call. Secondly, if you try calling them on the customer care, then the number’s IVR doesn’t work! So God save you in an emergency. Thirdly, the car itself was of very inferior quality. The gearshift was misaligned, the handbrake was not functioning & the car had scratches all over. Lastly, the final invoice was emailed after 3 days and that, too, after reminding them. And the deduction from the security deposit was more than what was paid via tolls. Overall, there is absolutely nothing that makes the experience worthwhile and I would never use them to rent a self drive car.

I stumbled upon mychoize as zoomcar cancelled on me at the last moment leaving my family stranded and our travel plans in jeopardy. Mychoize came to our rescue by giving us a car in under 1 hour even though their tat is 3 hours. This was an exceptional gesture by them. The overall cost with discounts and toll etc. came around to 5800₹ and the refund of security was done very professionally and with no follow ups. The car I got was a manual Baleno which had seen better days tbh. But still the car gave me no trouble. There was a lack of music system and screen for navigation but I guess it still got me from point a to point b. Good work team!

Awful bunch of guys running this car rental company. You don't just rent a car, you get free dose of extreme stress. All is good, until something goes wrong with the vehicle. Rented twice in last 6 months ( thinking first one was sheer bad luck). You're stuck on middle of nowhere and these guys refuse to offer any help, backup or anything you ask for - let alone providing a replacement. You have to scream in anger, use cuss words, get top management on call to resolve your issues. And then comes the invoicing part, they can take weeks to settle your invoice - reasons your car is still in workshop, your car was replaced and what not.

Have been using the service since quite some time. Very good I must say. Please insist on cleaning the car throughly before delivery, check all papers, especially insurance. Last time I had a bad experience when rto stopped me in lonavala and asked me to pay 4 pending tickets of rs2400 for offenses done by other drivers in past one year, I called mychoize and they ask me to clear the dues and they will reimburse it back to me on submission of receipt, which I did. Mychoize should have taken care of this prior to delivery of vehicle to me as this is very unprofessional on their part, as I had to clear dues of other people.

Worts car service, I hired the vehicle for 4 months and returned it in the same condition as I received, still my deposit was not refunded fully, on asking why deposit was not refunded, they are always saying they will get back but it has been weeks yet there is no response. During the rental period there were battery issues with the vehicle, which were reported and the response I got was that I should drive it daily for 5 KMS , what if I don't have anywhere to go daily, I used the vehicle to commute whenever necessary I don't have time to wander around just for the battery.

We always rent our vehicles from mychoize. They are on time, hassle free, very friendly and give really good condition vehicles. Anytime better than other rental agencies running on distance and all. This one charges as per time without being concerned whether you drive to Thane or Goa. And they are even pretty considerate in case you run a little behind your scheduled return time. We have been renting out vehicles for them for almost 10 journeys and we definitely recommend them. They do home delivery of vehicle too but they charge extra for that.

Scammers. Please do not take their service. you will regret it. they simply cancell the booking done months I advance or change vehicles category itself last minute claiming that booked vehicle broke down etc. I had booked swift on 5 Feb for 29 apr for 4 days , full amount paid in advance. all of sudden in first week of April, they changed alloted vehicle to Scorpio on their own. all my trip was planned around this and their pathetic service put everything at risk costing me money. They accept bookings casually and change them last minute

We rented MyChoize self drive for 5 days from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer and back and we had a seamless experience. From the booking to the delivery of the car and the drive and till the return of the car, the process was smooth and without any hiccups. The vehicle was in an excellent condition, completely sanitized and clean and we had fun driving this beast on the excellent roads of Rajasthan. The delivery staff was courteous and helpful throughout the trip and we would absolutely recommend MyChoize when in Rajasthan.

I booked my car on 6 aug for 4 day . Nd when I was returning back, in the Kerala check point the police staff was stopped us, we saw that I'm the front the card nunber is different and in the back side car number is different. When I called to the my choize employe that guy said show me the fine recipet thn i will pay you back nd the way of talking is very very bad. We were stand that checkpoint or 2 hours aprx. Very bad experience with my choize .do not book any car on rent from my choize

Worst service, They need unmasked Aadhar and which is against Indian goverment law. They may cancel your ride at the last minute by saying your address have "ward no '' not some area number and our verification team doesn't understand what that means. I followed them for almost 8 hours just to hear that they are canceling my ride because of document verification issues like I am buying some land or weapons from them. Go for other services like revv or zoom they don't need such documents.

This pathetic company gobbled up my security deposit without any explanation or intimation after having paid for all days. They even deducted hidden cost like car delivery charges and pickup charges when i picked it up from their pickup point. After having given them all proofs they have still held up my money for 20 days straight without any resolution and delaying it like a bloody thieve. Booked a Baleno Diesel @ Chandigarh.. Excellent & courteous staff. Very Patient. Car was in excellent condition on my trip To & From Shimla. Delivery was hassle free and took no more than 5 mins. They cross checked the cars condition & let me go. Would definitely avail their services again and recommend the same to others. Their executives were not available to help and not even replying on Whats app for hours and hours. They throw pathetic surprises on your face in the name of *t & c*. Eventually have lost 5k and my peace of mind cause of this game they play. Pathetic!!! Many many way better rental services out there.

They have pathetic customer service. None of their cars are in good working condition, once you show them the fault they will ask you to get repaired at your own cost. They have multiple hidden charges and they never reveal and deduct the amount from security deposit. I had hired a car for udaipur and the condition of the car was extremely poor. With that said, these guys also deducted 4k from the security deposit claiming that I have caused some damage to the car. Please don't hire car from these guys. The quality of these cars is extremely pathetic and they will deduct money from your security deposit by some or the other way. So, better to trust other providers like zoom.

Utterly pitiful services and cars. Just booked from Udaipur. As I type this also they are unable to provide a proper car and further they are unable to resolve issues. Car has a starter problem and does not start in the first go. They don't have a solution. The guy at Udaipur says we have to go to him for repair. He won't come here. Have degraded their service over the years. They provide car rentals excluding fuel, they never equate the fuel tank mark. Earlier they used to give full fuel tank and accept the car at the end of your trip at the same full fuel tank. Now they barely do that and argue if excess fuel is given " the angle of the photo taken is different hence you feel the fuel is excess". Prefer to use other car rental

If you (are hirer) need a self drive car and don’t have any option then only go for it. Always confirm about fastag whether it is working properly or not. Check music system whether it is pairing you device or not. Try to avoid even a slight damage to any part of the vehicle otherwise almost your all advance money will be gone. Worst experience from my side. Will never go for it again.

I enjoyed well maintained Grand i10 which was hired from Jaipur office. Specially Mr. Rahul who handed over the car to me was highly professional, polite and cleared all doubts I had in my mind as this was my first experience to hire self drive car. I had booked selfdriven hatch back via MyChoice. Booking price was competitive. Booking experience through their app was good. Car delivery and pickup was on time. Security deposit refund was instant. The car delivered by them was in a good condition however it was very dirty and dusty from inside and outside. Customer care interaction via mail / call was also average.
