Had my SUV tinted there and the young man who did it was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand the levels of tints and the best way to use them around the car, which is new to me, and an Audi q5 so I wanted to make sure it looked as good as this stylish SUV can. He was patient with questions and pointed out any issue that popped up as he worked (minor scratches from previous owners dogs that might affect the tint), the car looks great. He was super kind and focused on doing it well, and the entire shop that features detailing and other repairs had a great vibe and lots of biz in and out so they are doing something right. I don’t live in NOLA, so if you do, or just passing through and want to treat your car to a spa day or new shades, New Orleans’ Finest lives up its name. Mama needs to smile more but she keeps people moving in a biz that takes time, but also depends on volume and getting folks in and out. And tip your service provider, people! Kindness makes everyone shine like they’ve just been detailed!

Their prices are great and the workers were nice. I called around 10am to get a quote for a windshield replacement and they were able to squeeze me in the same day for 12pm. They told me it would take about 45 minutes but it actually took about 2.5 hours. I wasn't upset since I had nothing else to do for the day and was actually glad to see them in good business (a lot of cars showed up). I came back for my car and my windshield was replaced as I paid for. But I was shocked when I got in my car - in the process they accidentally cracked an interior part of my car ! That's the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5. I talked to them about it and they owned up to it. They told me they were going to make things right by ordering the replacement part and offering a free car wash. So I left my phone number and name for them to reach out to me when they have the part ready for me. I really hope they make things right !

I do not recommend anyone to this place of business I got my tint done here and had issues with it the employee that put it on did not do a right or legal job that I ask for on my vehicle and also had crack in the job they done when I came back to address it Ms Jackie told me to come back in the morning to get it done Which I did and than was told they not go do it because they do not have a life time warranty on the work they do and I should have known better evening thought this is her company and her employee that did the work and she chose not to honor what they page on they IG and what I was told I have a life time warranty I do not recommend this shady and unprofessional business I do not support this business anymore if your warranty was honor my opinion would have change So anybody that still chose to go please get you documents if they tell they have a life time warranty

The staff is very friendly and work very diligently to make sure you're satisfied. They're open seven days per week for your convenience and are very skillful at what they do. They had my black Cadillac Escalade shining like brand new. The sides of the truck could be used as a mirror! Also they ordered a new windshield for my other vehicle at a very reasonable price within 24 hours of me letting them know what I needed. They called me personally to let me know when it arrived and coordinated an installation time with me via text messaging to ensure my wait time was minimized. They are very personable and I enjoyed giving them my business. I'd HIGHLY recommend giving these young guys an opportunity to care for your auto needs. Guaranteed they will do a VERY professional job.

Came for window tinting, and was put on a waiting list. The lady I spoke with said they would call me when they were ready to service me. They never called, so I called them to check the status, and was told they were about to close!! The guy told me to come for 8a.m and I would be the first vehicle serviced. Got there and no one knew what I was talking about. Car finally got serviced and I left at around 11am! Before I got out of my car to have it servived, I moved any of my possessions to where they would not be visible to whomever did my windows. As I got home I noticed something very specific was MISSING (STOLEN)No one should have ever gone through my things, and had no reason to. Complete thieves!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated. After several attempts of trying to get my window tinting done correctly, I gave up. Great place if you just want some tint, not recommended for a person that pays attention to detail. Hopefully they get better ❤️‍ I did speak to the owner, who offered me to bring my car in, but that would have been more 4th trip and I was just aggravated at that point. **update - paid an additional $40 to get the old tint off. The man said the driver window had sooo much glue on it (which was crazy because when I returned the 3rd time I told the lady it looks like they just glued down the corner I complained about and didn’t re-do anything)

I wish I would have NEVER google this place. I should have attempted to read reviews. Their service is HORRIBLE! They jacked up my windshield so bad, the day after they so called replaced it, it rained and lots of water got into my car, messed up my carpet and car seats had it stinking so bad. I brought it back, they tried to fix it, and glue that they use to seal the window was ever where In my car. They gave me a free detailing and that wasn’t done incorrectly. Long story short 2 months later had to get a new car because the mildew started growing in my vehicle. A lawsuit is in place. The reviews attached must be people they know, because this place is trash

I relocated to the NOLA area a while ago and have been searching for a place to get my car windows tinted. I searched many places in the city and was given the run around so many times. I stumbled across this place and was very satisfied with their work and service. Everyone took good care of me and treated me like family. They were quick, reasonably priced, honest, and even offered to wash my car after tinting my windows. I’d definitely recommend this business to anyone!

Called them this morning to have my window replaced after my car was broken into last night. Kia told me to come in an hour. I dropped my car off and a hour later it was ready. They replaced the window and tinted it so fast. I had a few cars that was before me but they got the job done quick. They definitely gained a new forever customer. And the price was less than what I was expecting to pay. Thanks Kenneth, Kia and awesome workers.

I had a horrible experience as they replaced my back windshield. They did not get the glass out of the door. They broke brackets inside. There were scratches on my car. My back defrost was removed and is missing. Then my trunk got stuck and I could not open the door and my inside lights stayed on. I had to go to my dealership paint and body shop to fix this. I will never recommend this place.

I brought my car in to get the broken windshield replaced. They took 4 days to do it, didn't clean up any of the broken glass, and it leaks during the rain even though they assured me it "Passed the hose test". The job also just looks horrible, total trash with black glue everywhere. They seem to do much better jobs on nicer cars, but i would not recommend this place to anyone i know.

I was referred by Stevens on Chef. He told me that they would take care of me and assure my parts are put on properly. I didnt get the man’s name but he fixed my window and mirror less than 45 min!! And he also vaccumed the broken class and basically the entire car! Their service was amazing most definitely will be back for window tinting! Prices are NICE AND AFFORDABLE

Not satisfied with this company at all. Got my windshield done and it was the wrong size. Didn't realize there was a problem until it rained and it started leaking in my car. I then noticed that the windshield did not meet the seal where the windshield is suppose to meet. They glued down the windshield and left the piece that meets, open!!! Horrible.

You get what you pay for.... Yes its cheap but the service is also... the owner literally told me... "You get what you pay for, that's why its $500-$700 elsewhere..." I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Now my exterior looks horrible and my windshield is leaking into my dash... Pieces started falling off.... Service was unprofessional....

I am not from the New Orleans area. I returned from working in the port of New Orleans around 5:00 pm to find my window broken and truck vandalized. These people accepted my call after business hours and told me to come on. Absolutely great people to deal with. They certainly helped me out in a time of need!

I come here because it's a BOB. Upon finding you on Google (I been here before) it saddens me that you advertise 8am and later being told you open at 9am. This is a huge inconvenience for customers who plan their day. I would suggest changing your business hours to reflect the time you really open.

Went in yesterday to get tint on my Infiniti Qx56.service was fast (under 20 minutes) -&- was professionally installed. Looked GREAT!, no bubbles, smears or blemishes. Not to mention the price=(Under $35.00 per window) 100% recomend!!

I paid to have my car cleaned inside and out and vacuumed. They literally didn't vaccum under or around the floor mats or wipe down any of the interior. I could have paid $12 at the gas station carwash and had a better job done.

My brother who is from California window was broken out. I suggested he went here to replace his window. They changed the window so fast and efficient he had plenty of time to board his plane. They were very professional.

Went there because it was the lowest price but after noticing they left the broken glass in the door I would’ve paid a little more somewhere else so I dont hear glass every time I close the door or scratch the new window
