After the hailstorm last year my entire neighborhood seemed to need a new roof. As such we had so many roofers come by, I lost count. I spoke with many of them and did my best to ask the right questions along the way, as I'd never dealt with anything like this. Most of them were extremely unprofessional and the others never followed up on anything. Jeff with Onward Roofing was a welcome departure from the other roofers as he was friendly and more importantly very informative, walking me through the entire process, and making sure I knew all the steps involved from beginning to end (including dealing with the insurance company). With such demand as a result of the storm, shingle inventory was extremely tight, but Jeff and the team got exactly what I wanted without any delay. To top it off, the owner himself stopped by to check on me and see that everything was on schedule. The install was quick and clean and finished in one day. Jeff even magnetically swept the yard twice for nails and debris after installation as I told him I have two young kids that like to play out back. Hopefully another storm doesn't come through, but if it does, I know Jeff and Onward Roofing are my first call. Thanks for a great job and a great roof.

I posted in a Facebook group looking for someone or a business to come sweep my yard with a large magnet or metal detector because my GSD had gotten a nail impaled in her paw pad and was at the vet having it removed. I wanted to make sure there were no more in my yard and wasn't sure if there was a company that did that kind of service. Several men responded telling me I could do it myself for cheaper but I physically cannot due to my health. Byron immediately responded and offered his services free of charge. After a hail storm and noticing a roof leak, we called Onward Roofing to come and give us an estimate. Will checked it out, gave us a very competitive estimate, and then started the process with our insurance company. He then waited for hours for the insurance adjuster at our house with no complaints, and negotiated a great settlement amount with our insurance company. We were clueless in this process, and his expertise was invaluable. He then was very patient with us as we evaluated his samples and decided on a color. Once we did, he fit us in his schedule very quickly, and his crew did a great job on installation, including some repairs to the structure that we needed. We now have a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier!

As a retired home inspector I have a lot of experience with roofing detail. So when I needed a new roof there were many questions I needed answers on before proceeding. When our house was on the market, a buyer's inspector claimed our roof was "full of holes and water damage," which we knew was untrue. We called Onward, and they had an expert roof inspector at our home before the end of the day, as time was of the essence in the negotiation. He was thorough, professional, and honest, and took video showing everything was to code and water-tight, despite the age of the roof. He offered a very reasonable estimate for a new roof, which we passed along to the buyers. Very impressed with this company.

We have a food trailer here in Austin and the roof would always leak nonstop during any kinda of rain. It was extremely frustrating and difficult to deal with. I contacted Onward to repair a hole in my 2009 roof that was leaking into the garage. Rich Hoff came out and inspected my roof, and besides telling me how the hole needed to be repaired, he let me know that the valleys between sections of roof had shingles that were loosening. He recommended replacement. I had the repairs done as recommended and now have a roof that should last several more years.
