Absolutely horrible direction given by Google maps to get to this garage. LOL Methodist hospital is amazing and simultaneously labirynth. The increase in staff an technology has created more miles of winding hallways, continuing construction, empty taped off quadrants and employees temporarily officed in subterranean rooms. All that being said, they have an amazing staff with a great attitude! The rest of the hospital is quite nice and modern. It has changed drastically since my last long term stay and it's all for the better as I can testify when I was there on an emergency basis recently. Great things are on the way for children in San Antonio.

Vehicles were going so fast Took 30 minutes to find a place open Dirty floors , power wash would help a lot Not nearly enough parking spaces for disabled We had to park in a regular spot As I am dependant on my wheelchair it was very dangerous trying to get wheelchair down and moving vehicle back and forth to get me out of vehicle into wheelchair While the cars are racing the parking garage. It would be much safer with more lights , especially when parking at opposite side of elevators. I would not choose to park here again

There is no way to pay for parking at the exit or entrance. The pay station is unmarked, and located where you must exit the vehicle to pay.

If it's your first time there take a compass, a map and gps and you will still have to find your way out! No signs or arrows to the Exit.

Price is reasonable. Easy access to Methodist hospital.
