Few families recommended this pediatrician with a strict advice to ensure we manage to reach the doctor because if the husband picks up you will never reach the doctor. He is the rudest and most unpleasant person you will talk to. In which parallel universe do spouses of pediatricians filter clients and strictly in French or RUSSIAN language in the middle of Western Europe. Do not try Luxembourgish or German or English you will be surprised with the attitude. Regulators should be reviewing this kind of medical practices and put some rules and order in place. This defies every rule and principles of a civilized European society let alone breaching a doctors oath.

Great Doctor! So many not relevant reviews with frustrated people! Those especially who have recently arrived in our country should try better urgencies or another practitioners from Luxembourg, who will not even take a minute to reply them. We are so happy having this doctor in Luxembourg city and satisfied since years! Unfortunately due to lack of practitioners and too much people coming to Luxembourg new arrivals should stop criticize our doctors! Despite of commitment our days are lasting 24 hours and doctors cannot accept everyone. This is a case for all good doctors in Luxembourg!

One of the best doctors in Luxembourg! All our family is happy and we are very satisfied. Very professional and respectful of all clients. When I l see some people saying that they were not satisfied: they are just lying! I find this very pity! Not only our family but other families we knows and friends have only POSITIVE feedbacks and they wish never change the doctor now! We are all Luxembourgish, French, German, Belgian etc and we are all satisfied! So if you are looking for a good doctor, this choice is the best for us and since years already!

Médecin au top-très efficace, attentive, compétent. Comme tous les BONS médecins au Luxembourg, elle ne prend plus des nouveaux patients. Je ne partage pas du tout les avis négatifs sur le secrétaire : très poli, me trouve toujours une place en cas de besoin urgent. Je ne comprends pas la stupidité de gens laissant les avis négatifs, voir agressifs, parce que le médecin ne prend pas des nouveaux patients. Ou c’est le moyen pervers de forcer le médecin les accepter comme patients ?...

No doubt I will avoid this place in the future. I have recently moved to Luxembourg and a friend suggested me this doctor. When I called them and explained the reason for my call, they treated me in a very disrespectful manner and practically hung up the phone on me. A bit of politeness would not hurt.

Un excellent docteur. Patient depuis plusieurs années, je n’ai jamais été déçu: respect, ponctualité, écoute et surtout, très méticuleuse. Le médecin le plus professionnel et compétent que nous avons rencontré à Luxembourg. Ce qui explique qu’elle est notre médecin de famille depuis des années.

Excellent docteur, nous avons été bien reçus pour notre première consultation suite à recommendation d’un collègue. Le docteur est gentille, très à l’écoute et n’hésite pas à prendre son temps et poser les questions pour le diagnostic. Une très bonne surprise.

Très mal en point, j'ai contacté me cabinet médical du Docteur Pasteur et j'ai obtenu un RV immédiat. Son diagnostic a été rapide et efficace, je recommande ce médecin .

c'est mon docteur préféré et pour toute ma famille plus de 5ans .les rendez-vous sont possible le même jour o le lendemain .sympathique efficace. Je recommande .
