I absolutely love the classes and instructors. However, every time I have dealt with customer service it has been a horrific nightmare. From getting my shoes delivered and being promised overnight delivery (in writing) and not once, not twice but three different times, and they were sent ground two weeks later. Had a bearing issue with the bike and that experience was a disaster. Even returning the bike, I swear gave me nightmares. Oct 11 got an email saying my trial was extended and then two weeks later they refused to accept return. After a dog fight and my email proof they eventually returned it. I feel terrible for anyone stuck with Peloton! I would have kept the bike if I wasn’t scared of having to rely on customer service for all future maintenance issues, technology issues and future upgrades. I’d rather have my teeth pulled than deal with these incompetent people. And I paid $2700 for this nauseating experience! Peloton Management: check my chat history and listen to the recorded phone calls. Check out the FB groups for details from others’ experiences. Note the corp FB for Peloton is governed and the block all negative comments so check out the other groups. You’ll be amazed.

Do not waste your money. I don't typically write reviews. I have written only good reviews in the past but was inclined to write a review about my poor experience with Peloton. I was very happy with the tread for just over a year. Then the screen completely died. A technician came out and said it had to be replaced. I called customer service and they indicated it was out of warranty and I would have to pay for a new screen. After many hours of aggravation, they finally agreed to replace the screen. (otherwise it would have been upwards of $750.00 for the repair). The technician, who was 5 hours late, finally installed the new screen. It worked for exactly one day and then the tread stopped working completely. I have spent weeks and many hours on the phone. The PELOTON management hides behind the poor people working the phones who I'm sure get battered by unhappy customers all day. (One even said that was the case). Be prepared to be on the phone at least an hour or more every time with no resolution. Managers don't call you back or answer any calls. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY A PELOTON TREADMILL. PELOTON DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

I purchased this over priced exercise bike for my wife for Xmas. I got the top of the line package with all the bells and whistles for two of us. It arrived and I planned a great Xmas morning reveal. My wife was so excited to start this exercise journey. We got it set up and followed instructions for connecting to the network. It required us to perform a software update which we did. When the update got to 100% it stopped and did nothing. We called tech support and they concluded it needed a new display screen. It arrived to our home several days later at which point the instructions were to call for a technician to come and install the screen. Here we are more than two weeks later and this machine isn’t working yet. No repair tech, no calls etc. emails get answered with a promise of free months of membership which really mean nothing on a piece of equipment that doesn’t work!!! Bottom line, save your money. Lots of other reviews out there saying same problem exists. Wish I read these before my purchase. Shame on you Peloton. #xmasruined.

I had a fantastic experience at the Peloton store. I was helped by Roy Krivda who was phenomenal. He helped me get recalibrated on the bike with patience and educated me on the movements to feel my best. Although reluctant to try the new bike, I listened to the trade in offer and got the necessary details on warranty/benefits of switching. The rest of the team was fabulous as well and the store was aesthetically pleasing but you also felt good vibes in there. I went in to use my referral credit and got out feeling better about my form (15-minute consultation). PS: the new apparel line is fantastic - leggings are 10/10. Thank you, Jacksonville Peloton! #togetherwegofar #kendallsknockouts

We were so thankful for the team at the Jacksonville Peloton. Michael was our salesman, but the other Mike and Valerie were there to lend a hand of support in every way. WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM! We were given all the knowledge we needed when we left. Michael really made it all so easy. When it arrived, everything was just like Michael told us it would be. We live three hours from this location and are excited to be able to go back next month for some accessories, seeing the team again and even getting Peloton shoes for our teens (because they love riding too)! This has been a great family health adventure.

Just because you ordered it doesn't mean you're gonna get it. I'm okay being told you're going to have to wait a month for your order and getting it then. I'm not okay being told it'll be there next week, jk next week, jk next week and then getting it after a month. It's a waste of my time waiting around all day for some delivery team to never contact me that there's been a delay because nobody is tracking inventory in the slightest. Get a new delivery/inventory tracking system.

EDIT -- While I will not change the fact the shipping company completely screwed my delivery up, I will amend my review of Peloton as a whole. The Bike + is more than worth the wait! It is strongly built and the content on the site is amazing! After waiting two months they just cancelled my delivery and rescheduled for January 28th! Ordered October 5th! Four Month lead time and they can not even guarantee that they will meet that date!!!!

We popped in while on vacation in hopes of snagging some new Peloton apparel and ended up having the best time! Michael completely WOWed us! He was so attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered questions we didn’t even know we had! We left with some really fun goodies, but they pale in comparison to the experience we had. Thanks for everything, Michael! We’ll definitely be back!

They were nice and showed me all the features I wanted to see. Answered all my questions. Due to the high demand during the pandemic manufacturing can hardly keep up. That’s everywhere you go though, same with furniture stores. If you want the “elite” Peloton, you just have to wait and understand your date may even be pushed back. People wouldn’t be as upset if they told them upfront.

I own a peloton and came into the store out of curiousity. Jadran Babic was PHENOMENAL. He was able to sell me on the idea of the owning Peloton guide. Very intelligent and discerning salesman. Had a great conversation about Prague as well where he was able to recommend a restaurant. I appreciated the personal touch.

I purchased my bike and numerous accessories from Jadran Babic, a phenomenal man who cares about customer needs! Jadran asked questions to my 12 year old son and valued him as an active participant. Watch out for the point-of-sale system specifically the iPad with a camera. I received a Fraud Alert from my credit card company the day after an instore purchase. The last time I used the card was two weeks prior at a grocery store.

Don't get a pelaton . You can't cancel your membership and when you do they "pause" it, then continue charging you when they feel like it .
