Don't be overexpecting, this place is far from perfect. The rooms are quite worn, lacking a lot of useful items. No shoehorns, no hair dryers, no dental kits, just single power outlet for the desk. There was no even the safe in the room, but they brought it when asked. With no batteries though, but I still hope they'll replace it. If you're international, you don't get a power adapter, go to the shop. You probably don't need some of that stuff if you have short stay, but for person with lost baggage and a month long stay it is a problem. People at the desk are kind of good, but not very attentive. You will have to come and ask every time, don't expect much participation. And yes, I've seen a better breakfast for less price. So this is a no-no next time, if it's going to happen.

The bed in the room are super big, that's nice. The interior design of the rooms and corridor looks old and unused. The lobby is very nice, great decoration and the bar have a lot of drinks. The customer service staff isn't gentle and very cold. But my biggest turn off was the bedroom without a plug near the bed! It's 2018 and everybody have a smartphone and needs a plug near the bed!

The place has a cozy atmosphere, the food is good for the price. Although, the best feature is the pestana location in curitiba. It is one of the most appreciated. It's not in downtown, but I would say that pestana is in the heart of the city. Close to everything important from professional requirements to an active night life.

For me the best hotel in Curitiba. Central located, walking distance to restaurants, city center, etc. Rooms are comfortable and shower is perfect. There is a parking garage under the building. Breakfast is very delicious and dinner is very nice too. I recommend if you decide to visit Curitiba as business or vacation.

Location- Is very good. All close by thing just walking distance. Food- Breakfast is good but fewer choices. Dinner is good but a bit expensive. Room- Clean but a bit old fashioned. Some basic amenities were missing like dental kit and shaving kit. So need to ask them. Overall good

Great place to stay, helpful staff, nice service. On the other hand the occasional weekend pool parties on the top floor are quite loud and will prevent anyone trying to sleep.

I felt that the rooms are a bit outdated, wood peeling off of some of the furniture, the room felt very cold at night (and it was a cold night outside, but should not be felt indoors). The gym was pretty small with very little machines and equipment. The breakfast was good!

Location is good if you want to be in the city. Excellent customer service at the front desk and all workers are very friendly. The gym room is very small and dont have a lot of weights/machines in addition the pool is not very deep either. Still enjoying my stay.

This was a very nice hotel. The only issue we had were the elevators. The day after we arrived, two of the three elevators stopped working. 5 days into the stay, they were still down. By the time we left after nearly two weeks, only was working correctly.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Fridge in every room complimentary full breakfast. Hotel is located in the center of the city giving access to local parks, museums, and dining (casual and fine). Nice little cigar bar next door.

Nice place, but the price is rather high. The rooms are a little small, but very clean! The pool is nice and has a good view of the city. The fitnesscenter is small and mostly oriented on endrance sports in terms of equipment.

I work close to the hotel and already had the opportunity to attend to some meetings that were held there and they have a very good infrastructure.
