Very nice zoo with lots to see. Well kept and clean with beautiful animals. Loved seeing the roadrunners and flamingos close up, as well as, the monkey exhibit. Be prepared to walk as there are a few miles of paved trails throughout. They were working on opening a new exhibit when we visited. More

Had so much fun here! Came to the zoo on a mother/daughter trip and it did not disappoint! Definitely got my steps in here! They had so many cool animals and displays. Don’t forget to ride the camel! Also they have tons of refreshment options and a great gift shop. I really enjoyed it! More

The Phoenix Zoo is a fun place…even for adults. There are a lot of exhibits to see, and the walking trail is well laid out and easy to navigate. There is still some ongoing construction, but it didn’t take away from our fun and excitement.

Great zoo in terms of animals! We came on thanksgiving day and it was a beautiful day and not too crowded. Weather was nice and cool and it felt like being in an air conditioned zoo!
