Ravine Medical is a great clinic. New, clean, beautiful, staff is great!!! My doc is Dr Chow. Dr Chow is a very good doctor. I came from Brazil to live here and I was used to having the same doctors there since I was 15 and I went thru many doctors here until fortunately my dentist referred me the name of Dr Chow. It's very hard to get used to a different system and different new doctors but finally now I'm happy!!! Besides his being young I have my docs in Brazil that are super competent and young too. Every experienced and mature doc had to be young and inexperienced some day and they are all learning with their experiences and we cannot judge. Dr Chow is very attentive and interested when he is with me. I have absolutely nothing to complain! I also pay attention to my health to help him to better analyze me. I have no problems with Dr Chow and I drive from St. Albert to this clinic and it is worth the drive! His rapport is very good with me and he listens and questions as well. I'm very lucky to have my medical help in the person of Dr Chow. Thank you.

Dr. Chow saved my life. My diagnosis is not that serious but he is blunt about everything. He explains everything for the patient to understand the short term and long term effects of the illness. For me he is the best doctor we got. He has a heart and will make sure that you are well taken care by his team on that table. After my brain surgery, he was already there by my side during recovery to assure you that everything was flawless and nothing to worry about. I feel so safe and secured in his hands. Rude receptionist, even though my wife and I have come here for a while they refused to see me when I said I was diabetic and needed some help. Being indigenous it’s already impossible to get a family doctor they compound this by rejecting people at the door. Don’t go here, I am sure your health means nothing to them. To the sexist response from the owner: My wife does not have the same name as me, thanks for showing how you discriminate. You would have no clue if my wife went to your business. This owner response is a perfect example. Discriminatory, rude and all around unacceptable.

Do not go here if you don’t want a doctor that doesn’t really care about you or a doctor that will leave you for hanging for 8 months for further education. I don’t know if it’s because the physicians are fairly new graduates, they are a bit inexperienced when it comes to complicated health matters. The clinic is so busy that when I’m actually sick, I can rarely see my own doctor Dr. Pask. The reception is unfriendly and gives you attitude half the time. As mentioned on here by other reviews, the pricing of certain procedures is unnecessary, I’d call it a money grab.

Dr Chow is my family doctor and he is the greatest! It's not often you find a family MD you can trust with your life (which is pretty sad considering their profession) but in all the appointments I've had with Dr Chow, he has gone above and beyond what I have seen any doctor do for a patient (and I've seen lots being an RN). The clinic itself is also very clean and well-kept. If only I lived closer then things would be perfect haha

Dr. Andrew Chung is young, and looks even younger. But he's professional, thorough and seems genuinely interested in his patient's health and lifestyle. He runs and is very familiar with running injuries and prevention. He is approachable for any questions and doesn't judge. He's rarely late for appointments. The office is modern, clean and well organized. The front counter staff are always good to deal with.

Doctor was extremely useless and offered no urgency when I was describing the great amount of pain I was in and allowed me to suffer for a few days and would not prescribe medication despite me having the same issue every year. Doctor seemed completely lost when posed with questions and was essentially pulling at loose strings. Not acceptable!

We have Dr. Trevor Day and are so impressed with his professionalism and promptness and and the clinic as whole. The desk staff are always helpful over the phone and I appreciate the clean, modern and well maintained office. If you can get a doctor at this clinic I would highly recommend.

I just started seeing Dr. Trevor Day but he wasted no time in finding out everything about me and any issues I may be having or anything I needed help with. I'm excited to have a great, compitent family doctor now and I will recommend this clinic and Dr. Day to everyone I know.

Went to see a doctor at the clinic today because I was having side effects from a prescribed drug. He did nothing to check out my symptoms. He sat in front of his computer typing in what I was saying. Instead of a doctor, he should be an admin assistant.

Really impressed with the service at reception and with Doctor Chow! He really puts in the time and effort in making sure me and my family are healthy. His always available to meet our needs!

Never actually been there before, but I had an appointment that I couldn't make it to due to me catching covid, now they're trying to charge me $150+ for a "late cancelation"

I've had nothing but good experiences with this clinic. Friendly and helpful, never felt rushed; Doctors that seem to actually care.
