Absolutely horrible experience! 6 weeks took 3.5 months 8 to 10 days took 16 days This is the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer. Reich Law held $5000 of my money from the sale of my house "in trust" and would not represent me because the buyer of my house didn't have time to sign off my RPR. Reich Law initially told me this process would take 6 weeks. After 2 months I began phoning and emailing Reich, and was told there was nothing they could do. So even though I did everything correctly and on time with the sale of my house, I lost $5000 for 3.5 months before receiving it. In addition I had to pay more courier fees that were not listed in the agreement. No representation at all! Reich should have a contingency plan in the event that their clients are being subjected to things like this. They simply did not care! Their timelines and estimated costs mean nothing. There are many small law firms out there and this firm does not deserve to be in practice if this is how they treat their clients. I'm disgusted how $1200 of fees plus extra fees I never agreed to gets this poor of service. Not recommended!

With a few prior real estate transactions before - certainly would say that Reich was the best. In terms of why, which is the same as what didn't happen the last few times , the deal was handled immediately ; with us ( including two 3 year olds ) in the office the day the papers got there , and then the transactions where complete the day after. And , everything was correct. I like when paid expertise informs ? Yes - here the questions I had where answered through the team explaining it , as the service. Thats right, I never asked the questions, because they were anticipated before hand. Katja , and Laurie where very nice folks too. We used up a tonne of their office supplies keeping the three year olds happy while we signed. Thanks for that : ) Great service. Everything where it is supposed to be , and nice people to be around.

It was an awesome experience dealing with the Reich Law for my first condo sale. There were some complications with my situation due to the pandemic and the fact that I was stranded overseas. The team at Reich Law worked hard to get the pieces in place to seal the deal. Lorrie was incredibly helpful with guiding me through the steps of the process and helping me figure out the best way to get things done from the other side of the world. I would definitely recommend Reich Law for all of your real estate needs.
