I researched local roofing companies with great reviews to get quotes. I thought this would be one, sadly I was very wrong. I met with the estimator who gave me an entire breakdown of the different options and what it would cost. We spoke on the phone a few times and agreed on a price to get the job done. They sent me a contract to sign and then I waited to get the job scheduled. Took about a week and they call to let me know the signed quote in the contract was incorrect and they cannot honor the price and in order to do the job it would have to be $5,000 more. I, understandably upset, ask how can there be such a big discrepancy. He tells me oh there was some rain that day that he came out, he would be losing money if they did the job and that he would have to project manager reach out to further discuss the issue. I get a call from someone who says how they have to re-train the estimator and they can't do the job at all. Tells me they reserve the rights to cancel their contracts within 60 days. Even mentioning that they don't even know why I was given the second price because even that they can't do...At this point it's laughable. Zero true accountability and a lot of fluff about how many men they have in their crew and how great of a job they do. He tells me I can even reach out to their other customers. No thanks, I've wasted enough time. Bottomline, steer clear of these guys who over promise but do not deliver and wastes your time.

Royal roofing brooklyn took care of a minor leak in my flat roof that’s persisted for years in my house. They sent Ray the foreman and a few helpers and finished in under a day. Price was very fair and they cleaned up after perfectly. I’ve waited a year to post this review to make sure the leak didn’t return and it finally has gone away. I highly recommend them for their competitive pricing and value, good customer service and professionalism because they were in constant communication, and they did good workmanship.

My Flat roof on my house and gutters needed replacing. We went with Royal for a multi-project discount and replaced the leak in the flat roof and installed brand new gutters. The price was competitive and they provided good value based on the roofing system they install which comes with 20 year warranty. Everyone was very professional and we received responsiveness from the office every time we emailed them. The work quality was excellent and we haven’t had the leak return. A+ job by them.

Mike and the team from Royal saved the day! They were thorough and took the time to explain and educate me about the issues I had and how they would solve them. They kept me posted of progress with pictures and video, worked diligently even into the evening (for 10+ hours) until the work was done. They cleaned everything up - when their staging with a crew of more than 10 roofers, tools, and trucks left the only thing they left behind was a new roof and a happy customer!

I didn't realize how bad my roof was until NY had two weeks of rain to point it out. I was hesitant because of how expensive I thought it might be to fix. I called Royal Roofing and their price was very reasonable and their service was exceptional. They finished very quickly and I can't recommend their services enough! Found Royal Renovators Brooklyn on Angie's List based on their 5-star reviews. They came and did a perfect job on my roof. Finished it in 1 day and price was fair. Crew was large - 12 guys and a foreman with project manager Sean. Clean install with no problems. Recommend them as best roofing contractors in Brooklyn!
