The trick is to get there early and don't leave and return like I did for a Dr appointment. $7 because I arrived early. Then upon returning after my appointment for only a couple hours, they charged me another $10. I asked them if I could get a refund. They refused and said it was their policy. Not very customer friendly and I call it being gready. I already paid for the space all day, but then they took advantage of me because I had a Dr appointment. Good Grief!

Horrible. They totally scammed us out of money. Arrived at 4:55 pm on a Wednesday night and left 9 am the next morning and was charged $60. The gentleman at the gate assured us it would only be $30 when we first arrived, when we called their support team the next morning the representative told us there was nothing she could do. Will never come here again.

Trust the reviews and don’t park here. We parked here for 18 hours and were charged $60 when the maximum daily rate was posted as $30. When we called to ask about the discrepancy, the individual in the parking office laughed as he explained the charges and said it was correct. Would definitely advise everyone to stay away

Oh my god. NEVER park here!! It took us an hour and 10 minutes to exit the deck after a Charlotte FC match. Traffic on the street was clear but getting out of the deck took FOREVER because each car had to be individually checked out. This was hands down the worst parking deck experience of all time. P

Do not believe the posted prices! To this parking garage, a “daily rate” does not mean 24 hours between when you enter and when you leave. And they have no personnel at the garage to explain their convoluted pricing to you. Ended up paying $36 for staying there less than a day.

We parked here for the Charlotte FC game, and will definitely use it again. Very convenient, as it allowed for easy access and exit. Booked online in advance to ensure availability, and the online pass worked great. Attendants were very helpful as well.

DO NOT USE FOR EVENT PARKING. Each car must be individually checked out. This is true even after a major event such as a concert, even though everyone had to check-in in order to enter. We’ve been stuck for over an hour already with no end in sight.

Worst parking garage. We prepaid for parking yet it still took over an hour to get out after a concert. No assistance from security to expedite the process. Would not recommend parking here.

Trust the reviews. Don't park here. Sketchy. The parking garage security guards must be making minimum wage cause they are salty.
