"Wow, thankfully not strictly a seafood market"
Terrible experience!! Store is closing at 9pm, And the meat section did not want to cut my meat as the butcher said they are closing and it is only 7pm!! I drove for an hour from Okotoks to buy my meat and end up having nothing . Not to mention the butcher was still there , i would understand if nobody knows how to cut the meat.
I would give you guys zero stars, but since your grocery cashier is friendly, I will provide you with one star. However, your workers at street food sections could be much better. I once bought street food for me and my friends to enjoy. They gave me an attitude, which completely ruined my mood, plus the food wasn't good.
Nice supermarket with lots selection of Filipino food and goodies. Their food court is must try as well. But the food court are always sold out of certain items and the replace speed is so slow. Very disappointed. Some items can be found in other supermarket as well so not worth to drive far and shop here.
Pricey for deep fried food. Clerks unable to give correct change. Even with a cash register could not do basic math. Tried to complain and the lady went to back and hid. After 10 min of trying to get my correct change I finally was able to leave. Very bad customer service. Will not shop here ever again.
Wow, thankfully not strictly a seafood market. Has a really nice, large, fresh fish section but has a good selection of Asian groceries to go along with it. But what is probably the real draw is Noodle Street, Crispy Town, and Grill City with their selection of cooked foods and the large dining area.
Love to go here as a Canadian married to a Filipino. Has fresh meats and fish, fresh breads and bakery items and a ton of items from around the world. Very unique place to shop, even if you have no idea what you're getting! Paper bags are very strong as well. A stop here is worth it
Most popular supermart if you're looking for mostly Filipino products that can sometimes be hard to find in Calgary. Also they have a very good grilled meat section that serve traditional inasas chicken, fish, skewered pork, etc and various precooked meals to go.
I decided to go to seafood city (past 6pm) to buy some food for our dinner. I went to crispy town and i found that they have this crispy pork pig face for $24.99. I told my husband and he was thrilled and really excited about it so I bought
An awesome Filipino centric supermarket that also offers hot food, deserts and drinks. Reasonable pricing. They are the only spot I'm aware of that has a foot long turon for a good price of $4.50. they have a lot of fried food options here.
Food quality was outstandingly delicious! Very fresh and beyond tasteful. I enjoyed spending family supper at this place, this truly brought me back to my childhood days in the Philippines. The place was very clean also and I enjoy all the
It is always nice to go to a place where people speak my mother tongue, I feel like I am back home whenever I shop here, and that it is conveniently near where I live! Thank you for having us at the TASTE OF THE PHILIPPINES 2023. …
Bought sisig from Grill city. And was reheating it and found 2 small blue plastics. Come on. We dont need more plastics in our diet. City hall should review the quality of their food preparation. And the taste of the sisig …
I only went in for one thing, but the Filipino variety of products is outstanding! Imports and a strong selection of ingredients and food. And several hot and cold fast food locations inside make this a good shopping experience.
Here you can find some unusual types of fish, meat, sea food both fresh and frozen. Not to say the spectrum is wide, but interesting. The store is clean, without any smell typical for the sea food, aisles are wide.
Interesting items sold here. They have like a indoor fish on ice market. Have not tried the food court yet but there's a wide selection. Price tag is on the higher side than most Asian markets in the city.
Expected a broader range of seafood but loved the true market concept it offered. The ethnic street food was a wonder to behold with a large and appetizing variety. Overall well worth the visit!
Very neat place, so much food I can not eat, bit O am sure it's heaven for other cultures They have the Balut, never heard if them but my friend git a few.
They have all the asian food and ingredients under one roof. They also have a section for indoor dining.
Philippines groceries. They have fresh seafood that you can clean and fry it on site. It is delicious
