We contacted Shim law to assist in an eviction of a tenant. After many emails and sending files we gave up and proceeded on our own. We had many excuses on why the file was not proceeding from software update to lost emails. In the end we paid $800 for nothing and it took 3 months to receive an itemized bill. Not impressed that they did not just suggest to raise the rent. We did this on our own and had them out in 4 months.
