If I could give 0 stars I would for the customer service. They wanted to charge me an additional $30 to do a quick calibration of my kids’ boots in their ski bindings. Fortunately I was able to do it myself in less than two minutes. This should have been a simple complimentary service after spending $100 on tuning the family’s skis.

Don't rent from here. When you return your skis they are extremely stingy. They will examine your skis for any sign of imperfection and charge you extra for anything they can think of. I was charged $60. My friend had minor scratches and was charged $30. The only way we could have avoided charges was if we hadn't used the skis.

We called Saturday night for a Sunday raft rental, made our reservation and all was ready for us next morning. Equipment was great...we got several comments floating down the Bow about how nice the raft was...we pointed them all your direction! Easy return Sunday evening. Thanks!!
