As a manager in the financial industry for a long time, I’m accustomed to working with very seasoned tax professionals. My tax is rather complicate involving several businesses in different states. I was looking for a CPA with a specific set of qualifications. Charles fits the bill though a bit on the younger side for my usual crowd. He has not disappointed me. He impressed me with his knowledge, responsiveness, and a lot of patience. He went over all my questions with me on several occasions. He helped me decipher the tax code. Great, professional and fast service. It only took few days to complete my tax return. I love Charles’s tax filing system so much, it is easier to upload all my documents and file my tax return remotely, and I can also check everything details on my tax return before they file it. Charles is the best accountant I've worked with. Extremely fast, responsive and clear when communicating. All the technical systems just work. I uploaded documents once and everything was done - no back and forth at all. I imagine the total amount of time I spent on my taxes was maybe 20 minutes. If you compare that to most accountants, you may be on the phone for hours (and still leave confused). I highly recommend working with Charles.

CPA, Charles is very professional, patient and kind to his customers. We were hesitating what kind of business entity we should choose. He gave wus very helpful advices to form an entity that perfectly suit our conditions. Charles also sent us a link that has special instructions to process the rest of the steps to open a cafe.
