Every time you go to this petrol station staff refuse you a service of some kind they are rude and unhelpful. Today I wanted to return parcels had labels ready on par els with Barcodes and also had barcodes on my phone. Worker refused to scan either meaning I had a wasted trip once again.

Very rude women behind counter. Never takes your Hermes parcels. I've been three times and each time been refused. I'm not sure why they offer this service. My girlfriend has had the same issue. I would avoid and go to the other petrol station about 5 mins away near crown point.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the staff, of this petrol station, very unhelpful and rude to customers, I would advise people not to use Texaco in West Norwood, and not to hand over any items for Everi collection, as they are claiming the machine is not working.

They offer quite useful services, they even have a Hermes drop off point with a working printer which is a rarity in the area.
