I first used Joe as a physical therapist in 2010, having sustained a shoulder injury at work. I had been in traditional physical therapy for several months at that point with minimal improvement and a great deal of ongoing pain, as well as significantly reduced mobility. I saw a brochure in my chiropractor's office detailing a new type of therapy offered by Joe, who partnered in the office. With the first treatment I had a significant reduction in pain, and that is what is so fantastic about this form of treatment, immediate improvement in pain and or mobility when it is possible. He helped me through that issue. Fast forward to nine years later. Joe had shared a new advanced Counterstrain treatment on Facebook. At the time, I was in a great deal of pain and had some mobility issues especially in my shoulder and back area. I asked him if I would be helped by this new treatment. He said come in and we'll see what we can do, but yes, I believe you will be helped. All I can say is that it is one of the best medical decisions that I have ever made. I did have to have a series of treatments to "fix" what was wrong. Many can be helped in a single treatment but I had quite a few issues. Let's be kind about it and say that I am accident prone. The beginning treatments gave me much pain relief and improved my mobility, as well as increased my overall health dramatically. The effects have been long lasting and I was amazed at the range of issues that I had had for years and or decades that were able to be cured. The PTSD treatment is phenomenal. I also had an ankle issue where it had throbbed for years. I had steroid and Prolozone injections with no relief. It took Joe about one minute to fix it after three years of pain. It was a vein that he "reset" that was apparently injured when I badly sprained my ankle. That brings us to what this treatment is all about...a hard reset. My name is Sanny Jimenez and I have been suffering from migraines the majority of my adult life. Back in 2015 it was at it's worst ever. I couldn't function. I was hurting all the time. I'd take Tylenol, ibuprofen, Aleve and Excedrin migraine. I went to my primary Dr. who gave me prescription medication that really just knocked me out and put me to sleep. I did that for months and then for insurance reasons I had to change providers. The new doctor gave me meds and then started giving me shots in my head! Nothing helped! Joe Switzenberg has totally relieved my lower back and sciatica pain, pain that I suffered with for almost 40 years. Joe is amazing. I can’t say that enough. I was in a really bad car accident a few years ago and ever since have had constant neck and back pain. Unique experience for sure! I had some lymphatic issues (swelling and discomfort) and wanted to try a non-invasive strategy to fix it. The best results I have ever experienced in a physical therapy session. After the first session the pain in one elbow was down 50% and the other 70%!
