This is definitely one of my favourite places to go out for a drink in Lucknow. I don't like loud places when i go out drinking. I like to be able to talk. This place allows that above all. Their choice of beers is decent and their cocktails are quite nice. My wife always goes for an LIIT and it's always perfect. The staff is great and we have been going there for a long time. I would consider ourselves as patrons to The Beer cafe and the staff greets us like that. We don't even have to order sometimes. They know what we like and they get it going as soon as they see us. Of course they confirm with us first. The choices of food are not too elaborate and i feel that is a good thing. What they make they make very well. Even their chicken koliwada is on point and i have lived in Mumbai for many years. It's better than most places i have eaten in Mumbai. I have not had the main couy there and i don't think it is a dinner destination. It is not super crowded or even super popular but i believe it has it's own niche following of those who know the place. Also, it is the most pocket friendly place in Sumit building if that is something you are considering. I think it's a nice place for friends to hang or even a date for that matter. All in all. It's worth a shot, especially if you don't like the loud places with shady lighting and loud places.

We went to this place for lunch. The place was nice, calm and beautiful. We visited most of The Beer Cafe and I am having some regular starter which I used to order when I am inside the beer cafe. We ordered Peanut chat and hara bhara kebab both the starter they served was not upto the mark.The hara bhara kebab in not crisp even you can't eat that with the fork and the mint chutney served with that was so pathetic that I can't even explain. Now come to the peanut chat which was completely dipped in the taste of lime and peanut nothing more than that. They show you the menu with huge variety of beer mentioned in it, but unfortunately they only have some with them. Its my suggestion to you if you don't have the beers with you so kindly remove from the menu don't just add the name to increase the pages of your menu. Please don't visit this place if you are looking for imported beers. After payment I there executive to add the points to my account so he denied that he can't add points now. Not happy with the visit. I don't think I will visit to this cafe again. Overall Rating Food: 1.60 Ambiance: 4.10 Service: 3.0

Hey Lucknowites, finally the beer cafe has launched up their outlet in Lucknow. And I recently visited then to try out the varieties of beer & the food they serve. Really loved the ambience of the cafe. Also the prices of the food was reasonable for the quantity they serve. The services were upto the mark. The staff was generous enough. I tried some of the food & drinks from their Valentines special menu and they were really delicious. The purple burger, as the name suggest was upto the mark, the beetroot patty & the veggies added complete flavours to it. The next best thing was the beetroot & cream cheese Bruschetta was dope. If u prefer drinking then u should definitely try love potion & pink lady and I bet u will love them for sure. Also their onion rings have my heart. Coming to the desserts I really loved the strawberry & cream, one of the best desserts I've had recently. Overall if u are a beer lover and want to try out some good food this place is definitely a must visit.

The worst place I've even been to. they only have 2-3 beers and you have to choose from them only. The rates are very high but the reason stays unclear. The food wasn't properly cooked and the guy at the counter kept staring at us. The waiter kept on neglecting whatever we said and was doing whatsoever and whensoever he pleased.

Unfortunately there was no brewed beer option as mentioned in the online menu photos. So we have to manage with branded beer. One should not mislead to lure customers . Same story from last 2 years , no draught brewed beer option , very limited imported beer stock. Nothing got improved, oh yes !additional service charges in bill. Go and drink by their choice instead of yours.

Starting with the location which is near the shaheed path and at Gomti Nagar extension. The place is quite warm and first thing when entering do ask for the draught beer, it's actually good and worth trying. Coming to the food , they've a wide variety of options as any other restaurant, there koliwada fried chicken is not be missed, goes well with the beer. The ambience is good and warm. There staff too is quite responsive and quick. Overall a nice place for beer and friends

Here, a Rs 200/- beer sells for 3 times the price - yes, go figure! It's definitely got to be a special occasion , or you must live near a 'money plant'!! An extensive menu, but little availability - may as well visit the liquor store. Service, as I mention in most of these Eating/ drinking places is adequate. It will take a paradigm shift in the attitude of owners to change this, and I'll be among the first to write about it!

Cafe by ambience was amazing & when we reached empty as it was raining, the availability depends on stock they have , they suggested us good & barely enjoyed & great thing supportive staff , love their hospitality.

Expectations are not much while entering but ordered peppy paneer pizza and it is comparatively best thin crust pizza ever had in a cafe. Hara bhara kebab is also very tempting and tasty. Good number of drinking options available.

Now you must be thinking why didn't i upload a picture with beer in the beer cafe,its because they havent yet got their liquor license and will receive it shortly. But i must say i loved their food and their mocktails,and their interiors were just wow.Do visit them.❤

Absolutely delicious - had dumplings (crispy veg and fried chicken), kebabs (veg and mutton), the corn behl, and another chicken curry-esque item. My co-workers and I am visiting from the States and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in India.

My first experience at this place was very good but the second time the foood was not at all good. Chilly paneer that they served in a veg platter was the worst. Pasta and spring roll were tasteless. The only thing that was good was the drink that I ordered- fruit punch. If you visit here, do try this drink. Apart from the food the ambience and service is good.

Decent place with a cosy ambience in the evening. It's one of the- have a casual beer and snacks kinda restaurant. Definitely do check up if they have any bands performing, it truly livens up the entire place. Beer cafe has not much seating area as compared to the other places in summit and their oriental snacks pretty much taste the same.

Went there since it was comparatively quieter than all the other options around. Tried just two dishes ... The Beer Battered onion rings and Nachos. The onion rings were interesting but would have loved some other dip than just the regular Chipotle. The nachos had nothing great to be written about. Ambience is nice though.

Good enough to enjoy a low music atmosphere. Not that loud type. It's good.

Their drink options is very limited. Majority of the drinks on the menu are not available. Buttttt the staff is quite sweet. And their Calcutta chilli chicken is extremely delicious. I also like that it's not crazy loud where you can't hear the other person in front of you.

The drinks are good and affordable compared to other places in the summit. The menu for food is not vast but they do justice to whatever they have. I would recommend this place if you're going out for some fun time with close friends in the evening if you're in Lucknow.
