***Update*** The shop changed ownership from Salt Lake Bicycle Company to an official Trek store within the last year or so. With that change came a lot of change in faces as well. I was worried with all the people gone and change in hands that I might have lost all the things that made me appreciate the bike shop in the first place. Fortunately, this has not been the case! As noted in my original review this STILL holds true: with every question I've had or problem encountered with the bike I've had the confidence that I can take it in to get an honest answer and help from people who care. Every person in the shop is more than willing to help you out. Buying from a bike shop brings resources, tools, and information that you simply can't get elsewhere or online. Support your LBS and they will support you! --------------------------------------------- (Original Review from 2017) Love this bike shop and the people. I don't write reviews normally but felt like I needed to give them the credit they deserve. Its been like 9 months since I purchased my bike, and I've only had great experiences each time I return. My initial experience of purchasing the bike was excellent, but what truly stands out is how great everyone has been in working with AFTER the purchase. Every question I've had, or problem I encountered with the bike I've had the confidence that I can take it in and get an honest answer and help from people who care. Every person in the shop who works there is more than willing to help you out. Buying from a bike shop brings a lot more resources, tools, and information that you simply can't get elsewhere or online. Support your LBS and they will support you!
My son rides for his high school mountain bike team and I also participate as a ride coach. One of his head coaches recommended I go see Gavin and work with him to get my son a bike for the upcoming race season. I followed his advice and went all the way to SLC to work with Gavin and his team even though the are 2 Trek stores closer to home...and I'm really glad I did. Gavin and his team were awesome. He allowed us to upgrade a few parts and even bought back what came on the bike so we only had to pay the difference of the upgrade. I even got a call from one of the guys on his team a couple days after picking up the bike to tell me they forgot to put a small part back on the bike after setup. I was planning to be near SLC so I stopped back by the store to pick up the part (a plug for the cable routing up by the head tube). Plus they also gave me the small washers that go on before the pedals that they forgot to give me when I picked up the bike. These are really small parts and could be easy to ignore/forget but they took the time to make sure we had them. Pretty cool if you ask me. Ya, I can go to a couple closer stores but I think I'll be taking my son's bike back to the SLC store because of their attention to detail and the extra effort they take to treat a customer right. Needless to say, I'm very impressed with the SLC Trek store and highly recommend them to anyone interested in a bike.
All of the staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful, I come back to this location specifically because they are so willing to help out. One specific example of excellence happened in late 2017, I needed to make a warranty claim on my Trek bicycle, the store assisted with the claim and even provided me with a rental bike to ride while my bike was out of commission, the part needed to repair my bike was out of stock for over a month, but they continued to let me use the rental bike. Eventually they decided to give me a slightly better quality part that was in stock to repair my bike since it had taken so long for the actual part to be delivered. It may seem small, but for a hardcore bike commuter like myself, having my bike out of commission throws a wrench into my whole routine and having the rental bike to ride in that time was a life saver. Thanks a million times over to this location's staff!
I'm not a bike expert by any means, which always makes going to a bike store overwhelming and at times I have felt the "snobbery" of bike culture directed towards me. I've been looking to get back into biking and went to several stores, but SLC Bike made me feel the most welcome and were the most helpful. Not a single question I had was dismissed or treated as unimportant or ill-informed. My guy Brandon helped me out with his wealth of knowledge - super cool, friendly, and great guy. Helped me test ride a couple bikes, even made some adjustments to suit what I wanted to try out, I never felt rushed, and Brandon never tried to hard sell me anything. Just pure customer service from beginning to end over a couple visits to the store. Picked up my new bike this morning and couldn't be more happier. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a new bike, SLC Bike is the jam.
I come from a bike town in Davis California, and this place met my expectations. The service guy who helped me out Jordan was really cool. Treated me nice, polite and was very helpful. You knew right away after talking to him this man knows a lot about bikes. The bike was done the next day. Excited! I got a call from Jeremy around 5pm and told me my bike was ready. When I picked up my bike and walked it out the door, the chain fell off L.O.L. I had to take it back in and have the gears adjusted. This could happen to anyone. Just make sure you ride your bike around the block to make sure everything is in order before taking it home. Besides that little inconvenience, the prices are reasonable the service was great and I left feeling good about spending money there. This shop would make any Aggie back home want to do business. Thanks guys for a great shopping experience.
We were riding our bikes on the Cycle the City Route and having a great time. We stopped along the route for some croissants and when we got back to our bikes I had two flat tires. We walked our bikes to the Trek Salt Lake Downtown store where we met Grant and his crew. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and were very friendly. They immediately found the problem (something called goat heads - a pesky thorn from tumble weeds) and said I needed new tubes but the tires were fine. They recommend an armour insert to protect the new tubes. They didn’t have the insert at their store but Grant drove 20 minutes to another store to get them, fix my bike and get us back to our next route. If you ever need help with your bike in SLC I can’t recommend them enough! Awesome customer service!
This place is the best shop in the city for sure! I work at Jimmy Johns on Broadway as a delivery biker and I needed to repair my bike for work tomorrow. I needed to buy some pedals and tighten my old-school bottom bracket. Every other bike shop I went to in didn't have fairly priced pedals and wouldn't allow me to even barrow a tool for a minute to tighten my bottom bracket. As soon as I got into Trek Ethan helped me find some fairly priced pedals and went beyond letting me barrow a tool, he threw my bike onto the stand and took a few minutes to tighten my bottom bracket for me. Thank you for putting me back on the road Ethan and Trek Bicycle co! You had great service back when you were Salt Lake City Bike Co. and am overjoyed to know that that has not changed.
I was taking a trip to Salt Lake, and wanted to rent a bicycle for some road riding. I called Salt Lake City Bicycle before my trip and reserved a Trek road bike. Due to my schedule I could not make it to the store until just before they closed. The staff swapped out the pedals on the bike with the ones I brought from home, paperwork and all no issues, I was off riding quick. The bike was equipped with tools, patches (under seat bag), a pump, and two water bottle cages. The bike worked properly during the two rides I was able to take. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had maps and gave me insight on where to ride. The price was reasonable. The store is clean and well stocked. Great place!
I recently purchased an electric bike from Trek Downtown in Salt Lake City. This was a hugely pleasant experience. Mr. Bills was incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of cycling and was an invaluable help to me. I found other members of the staff also to be friendly and helpful. I consulted with several other area bike shops but returned to Trek Downtown for the purchase. The bike is fantastic, exactly as represented by Mr. Bills. If you require anything in the area of bikes, Trek Downtown can help you. Judging from my experience you will receive friendly, knowledgeable service and will be treated with skill and respect. Meeting these people and buying this bike was pure pleasure. J.D. Gill
Every one at the Salt Lake City Downtown Trek store was so friendly and welcoming. We are just getting into mountain biking, but had done our research and knew what we wanted. They let us test ride and have us tips on what to look and feel for. I learned what a good posture when riding is and how to tel what size to get (since I was in between a small and medium). They were so patient and when I decided on my bike they offered free delivery to my house that same day just a few hours later since I didn’t have a car at the time and hadn’t even purchased a bike rack. Thank you for everything! They are great folks over there!
I came into Salt Lake City on a business trip and decided to come in a few days early, rent a bike and take a few rides to see the city and surroundings. Found Trek Bicycle Salt Lake City Downtown and these guys were great. The bike they got for me was new, in great condition, they checked it out thoroughly before I left the store and even installed water cages before I left (good thing too - it was 101 that week!). I was also able to bike up the bike a little early and get an extra ride in. All worked out very well. If you're in or coming to Salt Lake City, I recommend you check out Trek Bicycle Salt Lake City Downtown.
I discovered this shop biking around town and quickly became a fan of it. When I decided to upgrade my cheap hybrid to a road bike they were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I was hit by a car shortly after and my bike was destroyed. In the three months of waiting for the insurance settlement they helped me get more familiar with my options for an upgrade. They are all extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in so often that I think everyone on the staff knows me by name. They are fantastic people with the best service I've ever experienced. There's no other place I'd go to buy a new bike!
I bought my first REAL bike from this store (meaning not a cheapo from Walmart or Amazon), and it is amazing. I love my bike. The people that work at this store are hands down the best. Brent is the owner, and he is wonderful. He can help you find whatever you need. Laurie is the one who helped me choose and get fitted to my bike. She is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable on everything cycling. I have come back to this store for all of my accessories, and anything bike-related that I need. Trek Bicycle SLC has my loyalty 100%. You should definitely get your bike from these guys!
I was traveling out of town and had two issues with a Trek bike. I stopped in the store and they made quick repairs (no charge, under warranty) and got me on my way. Thomas (bike service) was very helpful and explained what I could do if it happened again. Addison helped me out with some local trails to ride while in Salt Lake City. Trek (SLC Downtown) rocks! Update - I had the need to visit the store again for an unrelated problem. Thomas helped me again and Addison provided additional assistance. SLC Trek is lucky to have such caring staff!
EDIT: I have been back a few times since this incident, and Andy has been tremendously helpful. He knows more about the parts on my 1980's Trek than mechanics probably did in the 1980s. He got the brakes working perfectly, when nobody else was able to, and he fit some fenders with a craftsman's precision. I had to replace stolen tires and they offered excellent service at a decent price. When the tire got a flat just a few hours later, they replaced it and waived the labor costs, even though it was absolutely not their fault. Thanks!!
Ethan has helped me this year a lot this year. I had a big problem with my bike and didn't ride start riding until the end of June. Ethan said he wanted to make sure it was a good experience and he meant it. He has helped me with my bike problems & made sure it was in good working condition. He gave me solutions. He has recommended things that have made my riding experience better. He said he wanted me to love my bike. I appreciate how I have been treated. I would recommend anyone who comes in to see Ethan.
Had a great experience buying a new bike here earlier in the summer. The selection was much better than most bike shops I checked (some were totally cleaned out due to COVID this year), and the staff were great -- very knowledgeable and helpful as I was comparing several models and looking for specific accessories. They were also very accommodating in allowing me to take several bikes out for test rides before I picked one. Will definitely come back here for service and future purchases.
I recently went to Trek to purchase my first bike in more than a decade. Cam was super friendly (nothing like Southern Hospitality!) and made the process super smooth. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I walked away with a bike that perfectly met my needs. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, helping me know I made a great choice. I am confident that I will be able to get all of my questions answered and receive excellent service on my new bike. Thanks, Trek!
The staff is always very knowledgeable and able to help you shop for the perfect bike for you and your experience level. They are quick working so you don’t spend the whole day looking and can make great recommendations for additional products that could assist you and your specific needs. I have an amazing experience every time I go to this shop and always leave more than satisfied as I can trust them to handle anything I throw at them! Thank you Trek Salt Lake Team!
Worked with Riley and had a great experience. I had a pretty good idea of which bike I wanted when I entered the store and Riley asked me good questions about how I would use the bike and what I was looking for. I told him which Electra bike I was looking at and he said it would fit the bill great. I never felt pressured. It was a great buying experience. Best of all I love my bike (Electra Loft 3i). Thank you for a great experience Riley and Trek Downtown SLC!
I very rarely post reviews. But I thought it was important to acknowledge how impressed I was with Brian. When I picked up my wife's bike and my bike from the break-in tune-up, he took time to review both bikes. I could see his genuine care for our comfort. He made excellent recommendations for improved comfort on my wife's bike by switched out the seat. She loved the bike and it made a massive impact on her comfort. Brian is a gem! Thank you SLC BC and Brian!
What an amazing experience! This shop assisted me expertly, professionally and very patiently as I took my time to chose and build up a project one dream bike. Then, even after the bike arrived, the manager and employees have been great to help me get it set up properly fit and to my liking. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am 110% satisfied, and I certainly am! You can go to this shop with full confidence that they will treat you well.
Gavin was amazing over the phone and helped me tremendously! He answered all my questions and even told me some stuff about my new bike that I didn't know. I was bummed he wasn't there for my pickup but he told me it was his day off. Mike did an excellent job explaining the bike and all the parts to me-I'm a beginner mountain bike rider so I needed a basic knowledge of the bike mechanics. My husband and I now own 4 Trek bikes and we love them all!!!
Don't let the big corporate name detract you. Friendly and helpful staff. Great support of the local cycling community. They built me a wonderful road bike (I'm tough because I'm tall and heavy) that isn't a configuration available direct from Trek, but charged me as if it was. Essentially a custom bike at a pre-built price. I've shopped there for other accessories and gear and they've always been friendly and helpful. Glad to have them as my LBS.
Trek is my favorite brand, I follow it from the countries I have lived in, today I was in the downtown Salt Lake store and I would like to highlight the service of Cameron and Patrick, the best!!!! I had a problem with my front tire and they were able to give me a solution to my problem. Good service and best of all, good attention, Cameron's Spanish is excellent, and Patrick looked for the solution to my problem, thanks guys !!
My experience with the Salt Lake Trek shop was great. Using the "Bike Finder" feature on Trek's website, I already had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. The staff at Salt Lake helped me work out the details, and choose the best bike and accessories to meet my riding needs. Everything happened when they said it would, and they did a truly expert job at putting my new bike together. I would recommend Salt Lake Trek to anyone.
Got a bike from them during their summer sale and two weeks later my bike was stolen. Went in and they let me get another with the sale price, which the sale had ended a week earlier, and my husband was able to also get that discount even tho he hadn't gotten his bike from them during that time, his stolen bike wasn't even from their store. Really great people who really care. Would highly recommend them! Also great quality bikes!
Project Lazarus is done and I can't put into words how kick ass the SLC Trek crew has been helping me finish this restoration project for my son has been. Everyone was very cool and my man Andy made sure everything was ! I really felt at ease knowing he was at the helm. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy real Dude and he went the extra mile to ensure my son's first mountain bike is solid. I can't wait to see my son's face. ☝
The people (Grant and Cam) at the Trek Bicycle Salt Lake City Downtown are fantastic. From day one they knew my name and remember me every time I go in the store or call in. They go above and beyond helping me find things for my bike. When I needed a brake lever (prior to a race) and I couldn't find one anywhere (in stores or online) Cam called around and found one in CA and had it shipped. He saved the day. They are awesome.
I purchased a bike for my wife for Christmas, accessories, and a bike rack. Grant, the store manager at the downtown SLC location, helped me. He is knowledgeable and knows the right questions to help me decide what to get her. I am delighted by the outcome. I purchased my Trek bike at this location five years ago and returned here for my yearly service. The service guys are great, too, and treat me like a friend!
GREAT customer service! These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and though I'm not as avid a rider as they are, they are never condescending regarding my LACK of knowledge. I brought my mountain bike in that I hadn't ridden for a couple of summers for an assessment, and they took me right in, gave it a quick work over, and just $30 and a few minutes later, had me out the door with it back in perfect condition!
I haven't owned a bike in 20 years. That can make entering a store like Trek intimidating, but SLC Downtown made it a great experience. I was worried they would be way out of my league, but the staff was awesome-- sensitive to the fact I am new to biking, but really excited I was there to change that. Their enthusiasm is contagious and I walked away with exactly the kind of bike I was hoping for.
Had a great experience! I went in knowing very little, and with no idea of what kind of bike I should purchase. These guys did a phenomenal job of explaining the various options, the pros and cons, and the best fit for me. I got a great bike, at a really good price. They set me up with all the accessories I needed. I left really happy! Even if you don't live in the area it's worth driving to!
I wanted a bike that was hard to come by this year. Without me having to ask, Trek Bikes SLC continually searched for the bike. The also went the extra step to have it transferred and built the day before I was going on a bike trip. The staff is great and I especially appreciate Gavin for coming through. The bike is exactly perfect for its intended purpose, and so much fun to ride. Thanks!
I love to walk into a shop and not feel intimidated, but feel welcomed. The customer service was great. I've been to some bike shops seem to have a real ego and make you feel stupid for not knowing everything there is to know about bikes. I just like to ride and I'm learning all the time. Thank you for the respect and helping make a no hassle exchange. I would highly recommend this shop!
These guys are great! We dropped our bikes off to get tuned and repaired. Joseph was very honest with what we needed and didn't need. Also, we were here from out of town. He bumped us up to the front and got the bikes done. He also delivered them to us, since we couldn't get into town to pick them up! The bikes are riding better than they ever have before! Don't go anywhere else in SLC!
Trek went all corpo man! It's kind of sad these are my favorite bikes cause their shops can hardly be called a "bike shop." Very sterile and boring. Feels like an apple store. Gross man! Bring back the old bike shop vibes and drop the stiff suit attitude. 3 stars cause I love the bikes but cringe when walking into a Trek store that caters to people who can't even bleed their own brakes.
I took my bike in for a fix and was worried they may need to take a few days because it's the busy season and I made the mistake of taking it in last minute before a trip. I was SO relieved to hear that they could help me right away and would only take 20 minutes. They were incredibly helpful, so nice, and I loved the service I received!! Definitely using these guys again.
Great place. These guys knew me by name after my first visit - which isnt easy with my name - and always have time for me. I'm not even a big spender and they still give me the same treatment as the people spending thousands on carbon bikes. Ethan the other associates treat me like a friend and mike is a great mechanic. Managment is quick to solve any issues. Thanks guys!!
Luke, Clint and Ethan are far and away the best bicycle sales and service people in Salt Lake City. As I don't even own a Trek bicycle, I was hesitant to come here with my bicycle building challenges. I should have come here first! Because of these guys, my project was a success! Nowhere else did I find such patient and kind attention. Thanks guys!
The staff is always super helpful and attentive. November 2020 update: Took my Powerfly in for a Level II service package. Test ride yesterday: brakes nice and punchy, shifting buttery smooth, and the bike was the cleanest it's been since I bought it (thanks Thomas!). Excellent service and communication, as usual with the Trek SL downtown store!!
Thanks for helping me get my first road bike! I love my bike, and cycled 50 miles the first day. Incredible experience and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything on the bikes, to proper fitting and gear. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I will come back here again to buy gear, and bike in the future. Thanks!!!
Great customer service. I brought my bike in here for some mechanical issues and unfortunately the problem was not correctly fixed. I came back and talked to the store manager Adam and he gave me a full refund for the service the mechanics performed with no hassle at all. I would recommend this shop for their great customer service.
This is a great bike shop. I've bought Trek bikes from other stores but these guys have never failed to help me out with parts or service. Recently I had a terrible time trying to get some road wheels set up tubeless but Gavin just took them off me and sorted it like a magician. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to friends.
There is a bike shortage right now, which made the wait for a bike unfortunate. I think being more up front with the lead time would have been nice. The actual employees are very knowledgeable and nice. I will continue to bring my bike back to the shop anytime it's in need of service and buy all the part accessories from this shop.
The downtown Trek location was the only place that had what I was looking to get as a gift for my wife. They built it over the weekend, and then held onto it for a couple days since it was a surprise gift. They even let me call in to make a deposit over the phone. Great service, I'd definitely buy another bike from these guys.
Really great, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Some shops have an elite/exclusive/bro-code sort of vibe, but there is none of that here. The few times I've brought my bike in for service, they have completed it very quickly and always call immediately when it's ready. Prices for service/maintenance are totally reasonable.
My wife is very happy with the Trek Marlin 5, it's just what she was looking for! We also purchased a cool helmet, gloves and other accessories. And the guys at the store were very helpful by explaining the bike's features. Overall it was a great buying experience. This isn't our first Trek, it's been our brand of choice!
I bought a bike in Japan 15 years ago and have really not ridden in much for the last 10 years. I decided to see If I could get it back on the road again. I took it to Trek bikes and they did an awesome job restoring it! It rides beautifully, almost new again! The staff iwas great, loved working with Clint. Thank you!:
Super helpful customer service, felt respected (which is something that is tricky for a middle-aged woman going into a bike shop filled with a bunch of young, male salespeople). There were some manufacturing issues with a hitch rack that I got from them but they were eager to make it right and did. I will go back!
Ethan was so great. I stopped at a lot of shops here in Salt Lake City, and he treated me the very best. Very knowledgeable. As a first time bike buyer, he was very patient and kind. For every little (ridiculous) request I had, he was more than willing to help. If Ethan’s boss is reading this- give him a raise!
A full service bike shop with inviting staff and excellent COVID-19 protocol, comfortable yet effective. Lexi helped find and size the right bike for my needs and explained everything thoroughly. They allow deposits to hold anything if you like. Their no questions grantee and free 1 year maintenance is real!
Love this store. I bought my first road bike from my LBS back in rural Ohio and it was a Trek. Several years and bikes later it is the only thing I ride. So fortunate to have an amazing store in SLC. Everyone has been kind, fair with discounts and deals and I couldn't be happier with my new bike and gear.
Nice and knowledgeable crew. This is a group of professionals. I'm more of an amateur but they got me set up with everything I needed. This team really went above and beyond. Thanks to Andrew Cameron and the rest of the crew I feel safe and confident on my new bike. Thanks again for many miles to come!
Great staff for great bikes. All sales personnel are knowledgeable and answer questions without being condescending. I surprised my daughters with bikes for Christmas and Ethan personally delivered them Christmas Eve with stickers and bows. Made my for the best Christmas I could have asked for.
I'm really happy with the staff at this shop. They have been an excellent resource for my wife (and me as a DIY mechanic) to changing gear ratios, sourcing parts, and getting an old speed concept up to race shape for the St George Ironman. Customer service shout out, they remember our names.
My wife and I went in to buy a rack and basket for her bike. I bought myself a tail light. After the purchase they installed the the rack and basket for her and even adjusted her seat for her. I do t live in SLC but if I did I'd definitely be coming back here for service and parts.
We rented a tandem bike from Trek Bibycle, and my wife, my kids in our bike trailer, and I had a great time riding it. Ethan, the employee who helped us, was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure that all was in order before allowing us to leave. We felt very taken care of.
Can you imagine a bike shop that is not only close to your city center but also has short turnarounds on service and has the most kind and approachable staff? Did I mention the most fantastic bike lines, incredible bike fit studio, or weekly group rides? Come on! #5STARS
Stop by the shop looking for carbon seatpost grease and they gave me a small sample pack at no charge. I had stop by a few other shops and they didn't have it nor use it. Kinda scary as its required when using a carbon seatpost in a carbon frame. Great customer service.
The service is great. Ethan helped me a bunch of the first day, called around to find me a bike that fit me safely and comfortably, and when I went to pick it up the rest of your staff was very kind and informative and made the buying process not stressful and pleasant.
Ethan was great to work with. He took a call from Ryan in Cottonwood Heights to make sure they could hold the bike I needed. When I arrived service was prompt and they made me feel like they actually wanted me in their shop - not what I'm used to with most bike shops.
I visited Trek SLC in 2023 to purchase my 4th bicycle. Grant Smith and Cameron Kirk listened attentively to my needs and wants. Working with Grant (Manager) and Cameron (Bicycle Rep) is a pleasure. I do not doubt that this Bicycle shop is the best in Utah.
I have been going to the downtown Trek store forever. I’m continually impressed by how much they know about bikes and biking. They are friendly and patient, and good teachers! They’ve fixed every disaster I’ve thrown at them and prices are very reasonable
Great customer service skills. Friendly staff that addressed the issues that I had with my bicycle, in a professional and efficient manner. They went out of their way to help me fix a flat tire. Shout out to Ethan for his help to get me back on the road!
Everyone that I have worked with at Trek Downtown while and since I purchased my E bike a couple of months ago has been extremely helpful (especially Ethan). I have already recommended them to others resulting in at least one other bike purchase.
Laurie (and the other staff) always treats me with the utmost kindness and respect. Not only that, the bike experts help me with minor repairs without nickel and diming me! That's what brings me back to buy bike accessories, and that's what
Great store, but they say they'll call ya when your bikes ready, and then they don't.. And they close early so you don't have your bike for more time. Also they want to charge you 6$ to install a tire.. Seriously? I spend 60$ on a new tire,
Had a great experience with the service team. Respectful, knowledgeable and nothing extra. They never tried to upsell me on anything. Very upfront and worked with me on the best possible service plan that met all my needs and nothing more
Amazing service-- everyone here went out of their way to help me get the best deal possible, while making sure that my bike was safe to ride. I really appreciated how friendly everyone was. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
Great shop! Came here on a visit from out of state looking to rent a bike. The staff was super friendly. Prices were fair, bike was in great condition, and Luke was really helpful. I’ll definitely be back next time I come for a visit.
Trek downtown is a great bike shop! Super friendly and knowledgable staff that make you feel at home in the biking community weather your an expert or a novice. Also, great mechanics that will fix-up your bike no matter the problem!
Trek was so helpful in finding the right rear mount rack for my bike (a bike which I did not even purchase there). They called around to other stores and had the right one shipped to my local store and installed it for me for free.
I rented a bike as an out-of-towner and they were really great. Accommodating of my pickup schedule, really nice, professional, and quick. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a sweet bike and for a reasonable price.
Ordered a dummy battery for my Domane + and Mike was very helpful from start to finish. I stopped by the store to pick up my dummy battery and the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable and I wish I could buy more Trek bikes.
Good quality products and excellent customer service! Everyone who works at the store is extremely kind and helpful. Grant is awesome. He remembers your name and always has a positive attitude. Love the SLC Downtown Trek!
Great place to buy a bike. They didn't have what we wanted so they ordered them. They came quite close to the estimated delivery date. The bike looked and work great. A great place to buy a bike. No pressure, no attitude.
Rear derailur on my Trek bike decided to relocate itself into rear tire spokes. These guys repaired it in 2 days and did a full tuneup. All the minor squeaks and creaks are gone. Shaved 4 mins off my standard route!
Previous review of 3 stars has been changed. Managers resolved my issue and were very kind. Great looking store, very clean. Talk Trek into stocking more fixie gear for 5 stars! Thanks for everything, guys.
Ethan was super nice and easy to work with. The man goes 100mph and gets the job done. I was really impressed because he remembers his costumers names and is friendly even when the store has a line outside.
This shop is always helpful when my tires are low or flat and they do great repair work at a decent price. I've been going to them for years, even before they were owned by Trek and they're still great.
Our son moved to Salt Lake City and wanted his bike there. The staff told us exactly how to ship it. They reassembled and tuned up the bike upon arrival. Everyone made the process so easy. Thank you!
Had a great experience with this shop. The size bike that would fit me was in Centerville. They picked it up and delivered it to my local store. Perfect! Thanks for your time and patience. ~Lori
