INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today, I experienced the best that Typo has to offer. I called through this morning looking for a specific item that was no longer online. The manager Samantha, who was so kind and helpful, put the item on hold for me. A little while later, I entered the store with 3 children in tow, and was given a wonderful greeting. The line was long, but Samantha and Elizabeth were full of energy moving through it so quickly while making sure each customer had a positive experience. It was our turn and it was smiles all around, the kids were offered some lollies and we spoke about the fun items we were purchasing. It felt like the ladies were really invested in making our experience at Typo an amazing one. It's hard to put into words the welcoming and fun environment and the joy both Samantha and Elizabeth brought to the visit. The ladies also deserve some special recognition for doing all this during the chaos we call Black Friday and Christmas shopping season. Thank you for everything today!

I have had great service here through out my many purchases of quirky stationary Although yesterday I received a card that caused me some emotional distress the cat in a party hat on the happy birthday card I received seems to appear like it has had its neck broken this made uncomfortable as the cat in the party hat with blue eyes is staring at me like it’s asking for help This is not the staffs fault in fact the staff are very kind but it definitely was a emotional 18th birthday surprise

I don't know where else to post this, But today I got served by a lady named Tash, who was an absolute legend. I was shopping for a last minute gift. And she put up with me being such a pain in the butt trying to use online afterpay. She had never used afterpay or had an Android, but she was so determined to help me and make the sale. Absolute gun worker, and a delight to be served by!!

Always an adventure going into typo for a look at what's there. Always good for a gift that's a little different or for a card that's always a little different. It's become a thing for me to get a funny card for someone's birthday from there. And who doesn't need a notepad for random musings.

Typo is a perfect place for creative stationary and so many cool things. They feature amazing mugs, phone covers, gifting cards, laptop bags and obviously stationary. Everything is priced reasonably with some or the other offers always on

I love this store! On my first shopping day there I became a member! If you are looking for a unique gift check them out!! They even have very adorable pet items! Will be there soon :)
