Today 09/25/17 I went to this branch to pay my mortgage and the gentleman Johnny Khachatrian he was gives me a hard time to pay my mortgage Asking me first for Identification account number i said i don't have that other branch they pull up with my name and I give it to him with my personal checks where is my name and my wife name His asked me if I'm in the mortgage account I yes and his asked me again for my identification because he needed my address That allready have on screens They not helped Even others branch I give them my check to help me to fill out and I signed I need to know if now they have to do all this to pay my mortgage To change for another bank !

That bank teller doesn't even deserve a full star she had an attitude the minute I walk to the to the counter she didn't help me with what was wrong with my card insisted there was nothing wrong with it and all she could say well as I could call customer service for you that the customer service computers have more information than she didn't want to smile she did not want to say oh how's your day I'm taking it was because my skin color was not the same

TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY LIED OR AS WHAT THEY LIKE TO CALL IT “MISS INFORMED” JOHNNY SAID MY CARD IS CLOSED AND I WOULD HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD IN 10 DAYS. SO I WAITED 10 DAYS NEVER GOT A NEW CARD!! SO I WENT TO THE HEADQUARTERS IN DESERT RIDGE AND THEY SAID THE ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CLOSED AND ITS BEEN OPEN FOR THE 10 DAYS!!!!! GO TO DESERT RIDGE ONLY!! NEVER GO TO THIS BANK AND DEAL WITH ANYONE ESPECIALLY JOHNNY!!!!!!!!!!

Horrendous banking experience. Terrible customer service. Don’t have my actual debit card in over 2 months, been ordered 2 times! didn’t offer me a temp card, and I’m a brand new customer. Just signed up at desert financial and I’m closing my account here ASAP. The women here are rude and inconsistent.

Okay after my big fiasco with the bank holding funds. The ladies here at this location are super sweet and helpful. Very enjoyable service unless you’re a new customer then beware they will hold your money for at least a week. Was able to be helped in person same day and receive my funds

As if this branches poor customer service skills were not enough, it gets worse. The Branch Manager himself presents a demeanor that can only be described as toxically masculine bordering on threatening.

Nasty customer service they rush to close and be out the door. Got there 5 minutes before they said they where closed and had there cash drawers in there hands and lights off.

Recently went in for a auto loan. I was taken care of by Johnny. Very professional and great customer service. I highly recommend them and will be back for me next car.

All of the staff are incredible at this location. No matter who I deal with I received the highest level of service I have had at a bank. Thank You Guys! You Rock

Every single time I come into this branch the customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m finding a new bank because I’m tired of dealing with them.

Really Lousy banker's hours,,,,,10 to 4. The working man can't even get there.
