I've never written a review but felt the need to. However, just save yourself time and go to another location. Cont reading if you want to know the nightmare this location is. I've been to this one 4 times with this SAME issue. I went to deposit a U.S Bank check, the lady told me there would be a few days hold. (This makes no sense because the check was under $10,000 and a US BANK CHECK) I asked her why theres a hold and she said "it's policy." I told her no i've been through this before and policy is a hold if its over $10,000 or another banks check, but that's not the case here. She obviously didn't like that I knew the policy. So I asked her to just cash it all instead and I'll come right back and deposit it that way. Again, it's a U.S. Bank check, I'm an account holder so I should be able to cash it. She obviously didn't like this response so she refused to cash my check, and said I would need to deposit it. I can't cash a U.S. Bank check at a U.S Bank??? and I can't deposit said check without a hold?? I took my check another location and the super nice lady put it in immediately. Out of curiosity, I asked her why the other location would place a hold on my checks and she said they shouldn't unless it's over $10,000..... This has happened 3 other times at this location. I take my check to another location, and no issue. Funds available the same day.
I recently visited this branch to open a new business checking account. I scheduled an appointment online in order to avoid the hassle of waiting to be seen. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the branch manager, Rod, would be a little over 30 minutes late for the appointment and Brittany offered to help instead. Strike one. I was frustrated by the lack of communication, but Brittany apologized and took full responsibility for the delayed appointment - even though this was not her fault. She was able to set up my new business checking account and I went on my way. As of today, our checking account has been open for nearly 2 weeks and we have not received our debit cards. Finding this odd, we called the bank to see if the cards were lost in the mail. Turns out, Brittany never ordered debit cards. We opened an account, deposited money, and currently have no access to our funds. This has greatly interfered with my business and I am now forced to wait another week to receive a debit card in the mail. Strike two. Strike three - our mailing address was wrong in the system, so even if she ordered our debit cards we would not have received them. I am upset and extremely frustrated with US Bank and this branch. I will likely switch banks once the dust settles and I have access to my money.

They say there is nobody high to repost the issue to when speaking to a banker and the fraud department advised me that a supervisor does not want to hear my issue !!! NOBODY IS GIVING ME INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT. They keep saying I will receive a check , no date on the check or anything ! Mind you the account is not closed yet just has an unknown hold on it for a dispute I placed on the account !!! They keep saying the account will be closed but they don’t know when !!! I just want my money !!! I will be filling a police report and reporting your company and the names I have to the BBB ! The lady also told me in the bank that she didn’t care !!! Do not bank with them !! They are a scam !!!!
Lost my debit card so I ordered a new one. I’m currently waiting for my card. So I go into the branch to get cash , and I present a student ID that’s valid till 2023. The teller says “oh anyone can make an ID” I need a government ID. I said I’m trying to get to work may I answer security questions for you? She said no we need an ID. I come back with a passport. Then she says she asked to ask me security questions also. Then she ask me my name and date of birth as well. While she has my passport in her hand. I was planning on opening a business account here in a few months. The way she has represented this bank I don’t think I will.
This was my first experience with US Bank. I was needing to cash a check from some contract work I completed. The teller was very polite and respectful. With all the fast.pace living and weather along with construction on every corner , and dealing with rude customers daily I don't know how they manage to even smile but they do and it made for a pleasant visit.
Very rude staff cloud not help me with a very simple problem yesterday. It's was like the lady at the teller window didn't want anything to do with me or even try to help me with getting a branch manager in their to help solve the problem
Called first, arrived to locked door at 6 min to 4. Stood waiting, no one comes. Went to drive up, waited behind someone and was told at 3 min after 4 we are closed... And I called needing to move money.
The customer service is horrible. We had to cash a check and we have a US bank account it took them to 30mins to help us we will never come to this branch again. The teller wasn't any help either.
I am 54 years of age . and i have never found a bank as good as this one. .. I love them . no head aches and no stress.
They are always helpful and goes the extra mile to get you, your need
The tellers seemed rude and lazy but the manager "Ralph" was great!
They have a 24 ATM which came in handy during the night.
Overdraft fee of $36 twice without notification
