This is an amazing bicycle shop! They can fix anything from a road bikes, mountain bikes, to a kid's bike! They have an amazing customer service philosophy and want to make sure that the customers request are fully taken care of to the best of their ability. Their prices are reasonable, and they desire that everyone is familiar with bicycle opportunities or adventures. They have an amazing WhatsApp group they keep you posted on all weekend and weekday activities and opportunities to go cycling with others. They have good prices on bike rentals and usually have most parts for most bikes in stock. They also sell great mountain bikes and other type of bikes for reasonable prices. They even build their own bikes and have Monoshock bikes as well. I myself have already brought two of my crossovers (700c's) own bikes here to have fixed and they had all the parts in stock and finished both bikes in less than an hour. I will definitely be coming back here for all my family members bikes and my personal bikes for the three years that we will be here and Uganda. Highly recommend you trying this place out. Google Maps has there location slightly off but if you go through the security guard gate that Google shows near a warehouse, then drive all the way down through the alleyway you'll see the bike shop on the left in the back corner of the warehouses.

Justus and the team know their way around cycling and with their sturdy line of gorilla bikes, they will give you exactly your fit to give a comfortable but challenging ride. I hired one for a social ride they organized but they also have brand new ones for sale. Amazing team

These people have taken over the all tourist activity experience, and the one outstanding one is the Karamoja tour. It's fun riding from Kampala all the way to Karamoja. That experience is second to non. Their bikes are really exceptional and specifically made for that kind of rides. The mechanics are superb

I must say ultimate cycling Uganda. Is one place I would advice anyone to go to in case of bike repairs, spare parts and they have there own bikes called GORILLA, that they selling their own product, I must say the bikes are amazing. Go and check it out u will be amazed.

This is the only place in Uganda where you can find high quality bicycleparts. They also have good mechanics and the vibe at the workshop is very nice! The parts they have are limited so if yoy have very specific needs, it might be good to let them know in advance

Excellent bikes, good pre-ride briefing and wonderful technical support throughout the ride. Evacuation van also help me when I stopped at 50km, instead of doing all the planned 80km. Given it was my first ride, was massively impressed by the all round support.

With this lockdown, it's back to basics and ultimate Cycling Uganda is the place, and community to be with, having planned rides on the weekends, you can get in shape, while having fun. And if you don't have a bike you can rate one at a fee.

So impressed with these people. They sent me a part across the country quickly on the bus, handled the transaction accurately, and had a very good price. I had very minimal time without a working bike. Recommended.

Great Bike Shop and wonderful mechanic! You can find a large amount of spare parts here and the service is really good. Have a look at the Gorilla Bikes too, they are amazing!

Well, I honestly think the prices are overly rated. But I hope you guys could come up with a better plan. Maybe try retainer fee or something (this would be a deal breaker).
