Waited 20 minutes one day for someone to come up front then she was rude. Then my mail wasnt getting delivered come to find out the mail man Ray told upper management my house was abandon and couldnt deliver my mail after a had to chase him down several times to get it. One day a watched him drive pass my house then saw him follow and got out the mail vehicle to talk to some young girl for about 20 minutes. Then the follow day he did the same but was talking to another young girl who was just getting off a school bus. So I confronted him and he gave me my mail. But why should I have to go through that. And this guy is about 52 just to talk to young girls while on his route while working. USPS has failed our community... This is the lowest level of a post office that I ever witness.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my order by both USPS and **** customer service. My package is currently being held at a USPS location 'at customer's request,' a request I never made or authorized. Despite being home the entire day, I did not receive any notification or redelivery attempt from USPS. In fact, I even encountered the postman, who was preoccupied on a call and did not attempt to deliver my package or leave any notice. To add to the frustration, I was only notified about the hold of my package by **** after 6 PM, well after the post office had closed for the day. I really need my package today. I hate the service from here.

My package has been at this facility for over 2 weeks. No movement, no tracking update. I opened a claim with USPS Customer Service 7 days ago and as of today haven't got a phone call, even tho I was told I would get a call in two business days. Called USPS Customer Service again today and they said "You haven't got a call yet because they are still working on it and results are due today." Ok....-_- So frustrating. I should get a call today by 6PM Pacific time, but at this point I'm less than hopeful. Anyone know if this location is open to the public? Or is it just a sorting facility?Can I go there and figure this out?

This is the worst post office in the world, My first time in the state and I have to deal with this office. I went there on April 12th to have them change the lock on my mailbox where I live and itsi going on a month and still they haven't came to change it. u can never reach anybody on the phone, and when u go there in person itsi only one clerk in the front with a long line to the door. And the people in the back just be walking around .Something needs to be done about this!!!!!!, Dissapointed And disgusted with this service...

The absolute worst post office I have come across. They do not answer the phones and i had questions in regards to my mailbox key that i paid for. I constantly had to go to the post office on my lunch break and nobody would come to the window i literally sat in the post office and call over and over until i got an answer and asked if they were open he said yes we are i said well I'm here waiting for you all to open i have been knocking then he comes to the window. i give them a -1000000

I recently moved and had to pay $25 to get a key to my mailbox. I've been waiting for weeks for a key. I asked the post man when will I have my lock changed on the mailbox, he said he didn't get notified to change the lock, and he was very rude. When I called the post office, they let it ring for about four minutes, no answer. I kept calling back, same thing, no answer. I even asked if I could show my lease and ID to get the mail. Rude man said, "No!" And drove off. Terrible service...

Anytime I have something delivered, they never deliver it on time. I put in my tracking number and the USPS site tells me it has been delivered, then it arrives 2-3 days later. I even had one notice that delivery was attempted and a notice was left and I know that's not true. I think the driver is just too lazy to get out of the truck to bring a package to the door. I've filed complaints on the USPS web site to no avail.

Just moved and had to get a key, put mail on hold on Monday and was told I could come pick it up on Wednesday. Went to the post office on Wednesday and they said the mail carrier took the mail instead of leaving it in the box. I asked them to call me when she came back because my son had an appointment to get a passport the next day and I needed the letter from his dad. No call and they didn't answer the phone.

I have never had so much trouble with mail. Its constant problems receiving packages IN A GATED COMMUNITY (just leave the packages!!!!!). I shouldnt have to go pick up my delivery just because the drivers dont feel like walking it to my door, especially when it didnt direct them to even require a signature. I will, as much as I can, avoid using USPS.

Returning something for amazon and for some reason it ended up in this office. Has been sitting there for almost 2 weeks no updates on tracking. Im pretty sure that its just sitting there since judging from the reviews the workers cant do their job right. Would never ever use this usps office. Oh no one ever answers the phone by the way.

This has got to be the WORST BRANCH in Jacksonville! Not only do you NOT recieve your mail, you have to go to a branch to drop off mail because a carrier hasn't shown up for DAY'S. WHY? Do you guys need MORE HELP? HIRE SOMEONE, OR just shut THIS BRANCH DOWN and make Kings Road the hub for 32209 zip code. This Foolishness has to STOP!

The postal system is so corrupt. I have been having mail issues going on almost a year now. I wa told by Stan Smith he would take care of it The phone system to make complaints is down I have been trying to call for over a month. Time to get the media involved and contact Representatives to cut their budget and pension

Thankful for the men & women who work during this pandemic. I wanna say that this location is not all bad there are friendly people who work here that will help & assist you. I wanna give a special thanks to Ms. Val she is my go to Postal lady who truly cares about your needs & will do what she can to fix and help.

They delivered my package to someone else! Then I go on and ask where is my package.. they take my number and never call me back! It's been 2 weeks and this is like the 4th time this type of thing has happened! So fed up! Filing a claim! I definitely suggest using a different post office!

Horrible !!!!! They lost my package on 2 occasions . And because the tracking said delivered they told me I should contact the company and have them send me another ! The customer service is terrible and when I do recieve my packages they are late

Nobody answers the phone at this location or kings road location where can I go complain because this is rediculous I've supposed to have had my mail box key changed for over a week now an nobody has done anything

This is the second time that I have received very little mail in 7 days so tired of this. I know how much mail I usually get and in 7 days I've gotten like 3 pieces of mail so where the heck is my mail going to?

Debbie at the front counter is very helpful. I receive all my packages and send mail with no issues. I've had my po box for several years. No complaints …

This place is the worst. They got to lunch a put a sign out that they will return at a certain time and come back 30 mins later. Don’t respect customers time.
