Had a great experience with Tristan (sales person) and Leo (sales manager) helping our daughter purchase an XC60. Great attitude, not pushy, answered all of our questions to make an informed buying decision. Would definitely recommend them both and would absolutely buy another vehicle from them. The reason for the 1 star is they use incredibly sticky stickers in the window to remind you for the next checkup. You can't remove it. I couldn't. Any other service places use film that sticks with static, easy. I don't understand why Volvo Seattle is so foolish
