I worked with Michael Willis on an Overseas Delivery, and he went above and beyond to help with the delivery & purchase of my XC60, including personally installing the ski rack (and then helping me adjust the height 3 days later!), and processing all of the legal paperwork for an OSD car. The reason for the 1 star is they use incredibly sticky stickers in the window to remind you for the next checkup. You can't remove it. I couldn't. Any other service places use film that sticks with static, easy. I don't understand why Volvo Seattle is so foolish
