We were told that our photos weren't there after we received the notification to our email that they WERE ready! We went back to pick them up and didn't even get an apology. Terrible customer service. At another time our photo order was cancelled because they didn't have the right size paper for the order.
When in to purchase something that was locked up behind the glass case. The manager came over, unlock the glass case, removed a sale sticker, and relocked the case and walked away without ever asking me if I needed help. I guess I just like standing by locked cases and looking around like I'm lost
