Horrible service by cashier who was flirting with some guys and ignored the long line of customers. We were complaining along with other customers but this cashier continued to laugh and hold long conversation with the guys long after she completed the transaction. When I told her about it she said I needed to learn patience. I asked for her manager and she then yelled for the police to remove me. I couldn’t believe it! There was no threats or even a raised voice by me. She laughed and said “get out then!” I called the mgr the next day(remember she refused to get a mgr). The mgr ASSURED me she would investigate and would call me back. She NEVER DID! Don’t waste your time there. Just go to the CVS across the street. They have more common sense.

Ms. Debra was awesome. She exhibit the exemplary customer service everyone strived for their employees to provide to their customers. I called before I went to the store and Ms. Debra greeted me with so much enthusiasm that it immediately brighten my day. When I got to the store she again greeted me warmly and told me where to find the item I was looking for to purchase. As I went to check out, she asked me if I found what I needed and offer the store credit card. I had the best experience. Thank you Ms. Debra you are awesome.

Talk about needing some customer service training. Checkers that could care less if they were there or not and could care less that you are there. No hello, did you find what you needed. A stare, rang up my purchase never told me the total had to ask because she was not going to say anything. Gave her a 10 she gave change and held receipt with her hand she was leaning on the counter with and I had to reach across to get it. Never said a word. Never made eye contact but hey it is Walgreens.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a “less toxic” option for sunscreen made by the Walgreens brand which was very reasonably priced. Upon checkout I was again pleasantly surprised to find that Walgreens takes Apple Pay...which I’ve noticed CVS does not. Lastly, what set this Walgreens apart was the super friendly and upbeat staff at the register, specifically, Leonte and Shauna! They were great and made an otherwise uneventful visit to a drug store a whole lot more fun.

I wish I had never stepped foot in this Walgreens . Please do not go there. I am 39 years old, I turn 40 next week, my husband is 48 years old. We are from the United Kingdom & this was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in the United States. It almost RUINED my birthday trip to the fantastic New Orleans. I have never been spoken to in such a patronizing way. Hopefully I will not encounter such a disrespectful person (cashier) again in my life.

WORST customer service from the verbally combative cashier. Be it know that at this location there is an unspoken, unwritten, utterly not-communicated rule that you must stay at a certain point in the line before moving to the register. I've been a Walgreens, Duane Reade and Rite Aid customer for years and I have never been insulted by their employees until tonight. DON'T VISIT THIS STORE. Visit: 12/20/18, 6:45pm

Called to talk to pharmacy while in from out of town. They said they would call, take care of transferring prescription and have it filled. They never called and never filled the prescription. Before I realized they weren't going to follow up it was too late and all of the pharmacy's around town were closed. Good thing it wasn't life or death. Terrible.

I guess things must have improved 360 since the last reviews on here a year or two ago because I found the staff to be very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I came in from out of town and was in dire need of a remedy and the pharmacist was extremely helpful as well as the other sales people with my other general walgreen needsd

Cashier was super rude when the first charger we chose from behind the counter wasn't the one we needed and she had to go back for another one. Like five steps away. When we said thank you we got zero response. That being said you cannot beat the location, just don't expect any southern hospitality.

Pleasant old world feel, but they do have food items and laundry detergents and cleansers. They have a Fed ex drop and photo shop. It’s not huge, but if you are visiting it’s located centrally so that you can get your basic needs. Shampoos, soaps and food items.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Located right at the beginning of the French Quartet off of Canal Street, for tourists it is a great place to pick up items for gifts back home and even a suitcase of you need an extra one on your visit to the city.

If you've been inside a Walgreens, then you've probably been in one just like this Walgreens. It seemed fairly clean, basically everything over $5 was locked up, so it was kind of a pain to buy what I wanted. But it worked out fine I guess. Four stars.

Inventory tracker showed them as having 10+ Marvel Exclusive Pop figures. Went into store and they said we don't have any toys here at this location. What? Then why does the inventory tracker say you have 10+ Not very nice customer service at all.

Out of travel sized products. Had to purchase family size that the airport just denied me. Staff indifferent to all customers. Refused to honor earned discount points. Shelves almost empty. No estimate of when supplies would restock.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ty is very unprofessional and I have never felt so disrespected by a associate! I live my local Walgreens in the 302 and they would never treat a visitor like that.

they were quick and they had awesome skull rings for five bucks a piece right at the register I will definitely be going back there just for the Rings alone

They have long lines. This is frankly a pointless location considering there are two much nicer stores on canal st just around the corner.

Cashier would not give my wife points for her purchase and then charged her twice for milk purchase! Will avoid this store!

Their sale propaganda tags make it impossible to see what’s on the shelf. Their coolers are neat, though
