I was told this place was nice, cheap and helpful, NOT at all clean, there's trash everywhere, the floors are dirty, like someone walked around with muddy shoes, the worker is no help, he's isn't attending to clean nothing, since I've been here, he's been out to smoke twice, we wasted money in the white dryers, he only replaced the coins once, because one of the dryers we were using kept stopping, lucky the lady that was also here drying her clothes said we could finish ours in the one she was using, I will NOT be coming back to this laundry place, this laundry was last minute that's why I stopped here, I'll just stick to the one I've been going to on Dickerson Pike, now that place is CLEAN and the worker there actually HELPS if there's a problem.

This establishment was clean. The price was reasonable/affordable. The staff is not very friendly & are actually pretty rude. He locked the doors on last wash (930pm). As I knocked to get back in to finish my laundry, he acted as if he didn't see or hear me. After several attempts to get back in by way of calling & knocking it was to no avail. Where did he go? Why lock up so early & abandon a customer? I won't spend my money there anymore.

They don't keep it clean anymore. They don't even clean the washers out, floor is dirty, dryers are a waste of time. Even if you go when they open on Saturday mornings at 7am. The worker come and open up and leave. Washing powder is left on the machines from Friday. Which lets you know they were not wiped down/cleaned. The trash sometimes is full on Saturday mornings. The change machine rips people off by keeping some of your quarters.

This laundromat is practically a dump. It's dirty and doesn't look like it's been cleaned in days. The attendant on duty has been coughing since I arrived, and he's not wearing a mask. No one here is wearing a mask, except me and one other lady. This place probably should be reported for not complying with the Mayor's ordinance. If you want a clean, well kept laundromat, don't come here!

This use to be my favorite laundy place but it has changed for the worse. They skimp you on the water with the big loaders. Doesn't put enough water in to actually fill up and suds your clothes. They also have the dryers turned down so low, you will spent more to dry your clothes than to wash them. The new owners are ripping you off. Looking for a new place

I usually like the place but the last few times I have been there it didn't open on time had to wait1/2 hour place was a mess the guy just sat in office got up after awhile I like the price had to find a place to go this morning Olivia Spencer

Perfectly serviceable laundromat with the extra perk of being two doors down from East Nashville Beer Works, which means you can set your washers up, go have a pint, come back and move your laundry to the dryers, have another, and be done!

My hubby works here what can I say he keeps it more cleaner than he does at home. He would rather be here working than be at home with me. He needs a raise for all the work he does there.

Nice family oriented has attendant, offers bundle service Monday thru Friday 9 am till 4 pm 10lb minimal.. Doors open at 7.30 am last wash is 9.30 weekends 7.00am last wash 9.30

They say their closed at 10:30 and yet I pull up at 10:00 to get my clothes out nobody’s there. Terrible for business and why are they closing early

People love to congregate at the entrance to smoke and consume alcohol of which I am not fond. On the other hand, service is amazingly good.

pretty clean, friendly staff, but these dryers take forever and i can’t ever seem to get two loads done for under $20 bc of it.

They close at 11 on Sundays, and the guy wouldn't let me dry my clothes at 10 p.m., and was completely rude.

Clean. Attendants are helpful. I left clothes behind and they actually had them packaged and waiting on me.

Scam. Many of the dryers don’t even work. Extremely overpriced. Do not use the dryer on top of dryer 8.

Laundry room is clean, restrooms always clean, washing machines/dryers up to par, attendant on duty

Love this place when I have to do wash late. The employee never complains. He keeps it so clean.
