Did you know that Waterstones used to be called as Ottakar's..Following the takeover, HMV announced that they would be rebranding every branch of Ottakar's as a Waterstones. In July 2006, a conversion programme was initiated and within four months, every Ottakar's shop had been relaunched as a Waterstones. Waterstone's have recently unveiled their new branding. Appearing on their website and across their stores, the new logo – a rounded, lower-case 'W' – and slogan – 'Feel Every Word' Being a book lover I visit every bookstore and scan through what’s new or trending This is not a big store and doesn’t have many sections but had some good offers on popular books

Really rude staff member. Tall blonde gentleman had a really bad attitude towards my mother when we only wanted to ask a quetion. He spoke over her and then when she pointed out he was being rude he shouted after us as we left the store. Will not be shopping at this branch again which is very sad as I work in the mall myself and liked going there. As someone that's worked retail for mutilple years I think its ridiculous you'd employ someone with this kind of behaviour.

Two-floored, spacious bookshop in Southside, Wandsworth. Stocks material on a very wide range of areas, which means that if you are looking for a particularly unusual or specialist book (e.g. about cooking) you might have to order it or search online. Also, special offers are geared to the usual, mass appeal books. If you want a good deal on a large, expensive cookbook then check online first.

Excellent book shop! My daughter and i always pop in when we cisit wandsworth. Its always very neat and staff will help with every request. I can not fault it as book shop apart from the fact never seems to be a book i want on the buy one get one half price.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Waterstones. The staff was incredibly courteous and eager to assist without being intrusive. I highly recommend this bookshop to anyone seeking a personalized and enjoyable book-buying experience.

I'm not sure how this store compared to Doyle's close by but it has that massive sense of scale, so many books although I have found a few times what I'm looking for they either have a previous older edition, no stock or the one I'm looking

Ordered to collect for convenience despite being slightly more expensive than amazon as it said I could reserve in store and collect within 2 hours, perfect for the commute home. Turns out they didnt have them in store when I arrived but

Always get followed around or asked if I need anything in this branch of Waterstones which I find offensive, oppressive and utterly discriminatory. May need to email the CEO. I won't be popping in again in a hurry that's for sure.

Since lockdown I read a lot, so they are my go to place for books, staff are very helpful and we place an order for the books not in stock, and will be in stock in a few days, they text me when they have them

Great shop for booklovers and the staff is lovely, however options are a little more limited since it got downsized. The sections don't offer as much options, and there are limited choices in genres as well.

Big shout out to Jacob for taking the time out to help get me onto the Legends of Condor Heroes series. Appreciate your review in the shelves and the long chat and recommended reading!

The shutter has been broken since January 2019. It looks like this now for over 3 months. Clearly they don't care....April 2019 update: shutter now fixed. Upgrading from 1 to 2 stars.

Moderately sized with a wealth of current books as well as a decent back catalogue. Has a convenient elevator to the upper floor of the shopping centre too.

Our favourite book shop. Massive sections for everything you can think of and a massive children's section that our kids visit a couple of times a week
