I went to cash a check and they told me that i can get some amount in cash back so we did the deposit and then when was done they told me that i can get only $400 because they couldn't verified the check not what they said first, even if the system allows them to cash it but they didn't (feel right lol). They need better people

One of the best experiences I've ever had at ANY financial institution! Worked with Emma Decarreau, branch manager and she was fantastic. Genuinely cared about my situation and went above and beyond to help. I recommend going to visit this branch. Everyone from the teller, banker and manager was friendly and knowledgeable!

This branch really tries hard to go out of their way. Celeste and staff are so friendly and have gone far beyond necessary on more than one occasion for me. Banks can be massive and still be efficient to the individual on a local level, this is an example. I changed to Wells Fargo this year and am very happy.

Time and Time again, this location seems to be slower at the counter than most others. Not much parking & no drive though makes it difficult to visit this location. Typical friendly banker service. Thanks!

Was hoping to pop in for notary services, but I called today and was informed that you must be a customer of the bank. That's reasonable, but that isn't stated anywhere I could find on their website.

Hours absurdly inconsistent and their incompetence at correctly posting and advertising their hours have cost me precious time and money I don't have on numerous occasions.

I have never been here but began mailing deposits here as the tellers in San Diego have been troublesome. I have not had problems since using the Wallingford location.
