Horrible communication. I ordered a custom arrangement on-line for a funeral. I gave specifics on colors, size, price, shape, etc. I tried to call & email several times before, during and after transaction. NEVER answered, NEVER replied. The arrangement they delivered was awful. Nothing even close to my description and definitely not worth the $250.00 + tax & delivery I paid. Embarrassing for me and should be for this business. Bloom Nation - BEWARE!

Ordered flowers for and out of state customer no flowers were delivered , no one ever answers the phone here, fine got a phone and they said they would call me back with answer as to what happen to the order the that never happen either. I had to refund my customer her money and she was not happy.. I also request the shop to send the flowers for free since see was so unhappy with not getting the flowers...

The most beautiful flowers I have received in the Charlotte area and they are so fresh, the smell is intoxicating! Beyond the beauty and freshness, they went beyond expectations in making sure they were delivered on time after my work place had confusion on their location. My boyfriend did great with the surprise but the flowers were gorgeous and the customer service was even better! I highly recommend!

Don’t order from here you will be extremely disappointed! The flowers looked nothing like the pictures. Roses were brown and so were the white carnations. The others flowers were wilted. Let me emphasize that I was home when delivered and it looked like absolute trash! I hate leaving reviews like this but I’m trying to save someone money and time!

I received a flower arrangement on Wednesday that was barely hanging on by the weekend. I was very disappointed because I received a plant basket before and the arrangement was beautiful and the plants were healthy for re-potting. I called and left a message for the florist shop, but no one returned my call. Very disappointed........

I ordered flowers over the weekend on Monday I got a call saying the address was wrong it was fixed I was assured the delivery would take place Tuesday, no delivery Tuesday, Wednesday contacted them no answer called the customer service they said they would deliver Thursday here we are Friday no delivery & will not return my calls

I received these flowers for our Anniversary about 3 pm yesterday. The initial look was lovely, at a closer look there many flowers that are wilted and browning the by next day. I don't think the flowers were inserted in to the Styrofoam block or the flowers were just older. Sadly.

I am beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone using them. Ordered through teleflora. The arrangement was not at all like design picked out. Contacted teleflora to have them fix it. Never showed up to take care of their mistake. I wish there was a option to upload photos.

I had a problem with a .com order. The rep from the florist contacted me in the morning and fixed everything! Delivered on time to funeral home and great communication! Thank you so much for the perfect customer service!

My boyfriend bought me flowers and they were arranged horrible like if a 5 year old did them. I don’t recommend them. I wish I could post the picture of how they were supposed to look vs how they came.

When there was a miscommunication, the arrangement replacing the original order was spectacular!! I would highly recommend Williams Florist and will only use them for future orders.
