We are visiting from California for Thanksgiving and wanted to try Ziggi’s coffee on Menual Blvd. We placed our order at the walk-up window instead of going through the drive thru. After we placed our order, seven or eight cars were served through the drive thru before us. When we inquired about our order they asked what we ordered and said it would be a little longer. They finally gave us one of the coffee drinks and asked me what I ordered again. When I was given my drink, they acted like that was the entire order. I told them my husband ordered the Colorado Mocha. They forgot about his order. When they finally gave him his coffee they were rude and unapologetic. My husband told the girl we had been waiting outside in the cold for half an hour. The girl said “poor you”. He suggested the girl be a little contrite and show some customer service. She said she didn’t take the order. As if she didn’t need to be apologetic. Unacceptable customer service! Aren’t employees taught how to be polite and respectful anymore? We won’t be giving Ziggi’s coffee patronage ever again. There are other coffee companies that give better service, don’t take 30 minutes to make 3 cups of coffee and aren’t rude like what we experienced today.

I love coming to this location, every time I am here I always leave with exactly what I wanted. In response to a review I just saw saying that the employees were rude and saying “poor you”, I was actually behind these customers that gave this review and they failed to mention that the husband was cussing at the girl at the window, which is odd because they all seem like younger girls, shame on customers treating employees bad because they are “taking too long”, I heard it all and the girl was in no way being argumentative, they were so busy they honestly didn’t even know what was going on. This location always does great, I hope that this incident doesn’t hurt the staff too much! Xoxo

Drove all the way from El Paso TX to try this place out! Saw on insta that they had a s'mores blended (frappe) drink....how could I NOT drive 4 hours to try it!?!? It was definitely worth the drive, it tasted phenomenal! Ordering on the app was pretty easy and staff was super fast at making the drinks. Great experience and the drinks were phenomenal, I appreciated that I could still taste the coffee and it wasn't completely drowned out with all the other flavored that were added.

Love Ziggi's. I have tried many different drinks. I think you can get most drinks hot, iced or blended. They have great energy drinks. I really like the cinnamon rolls. The staff is great at both locations and always patient with me when Im wanting to try something new. Ziggi's is my go-to place for coffee. Oh, I forgot to mention that they have fun kids drinks, and my grandson loves to go there when he is with me.

They are drive-through only but do not have a preview menu. It’s hard to look over the menu and make a decision with a bunch of people behind you in line. No list of flavors. You just have to ask them if they have what you want and they’ll tell you if they have it or not. It would be helpful to be able to look at what’s available. I was rushed to make an order and didn’t really get exactly what I wanted because I didn’t have time to think over my choices, I will not be going back.

First time trying Ziggi's, excellent customer service, took my name, helped me customize my drink, made it correctly and very quickly! Patient while rummaging for my wallet and created a friendly conversation, which is the most important part of getting coffee! I'll take connection over perfect caffeine any day, but they gave me both. Best service at a drive through I've had in years! And the mocha is pretty good. Thank you, from an ex-barista!

I’m specifically writing a review because calling in is impossible. I regularly order my drinks with half powder because otherwise matcha tastes like a slightly flavored liquid vanilla cake. I consistently get full sugar orders and then drive off. It’s getting to the point where I’ll have to sit there and take a drink to see how cakey it is to see if it needs to be remade. I don’t know how well they can see order notes on their end but it’s been frustrating. A full sugar order is 68g of sugar and that is way too much

I love Ziggi’s! They’re always super quick and my drink is always delicious, friendly staff as well. I highly recommend their ice Island Breeze with half and half. I originally went because I saw the sign that said they have gluten free stuff, and I was not disappointed! Their GF breakfast sandwich is really good, and I really like their GF lemon poppy seed bread as well. It’s the only place I know of that has a GF breakfast sandwich!

Went to the walk-up window, and the counter person was so helpful and sweet. She even told us about new non menu items- which I tried the smores frozen drink, and it was delicious. Most of their drinks ate a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but the staff is usually accommodating to tone down the added flavors for me. Love this spot. Ef Dutch Brothers....they chat too much, lol.

I had the blended hazlenut creame with protein added !!! No whip !!! Soooooooo freakin good . Wayyyy better than watered down Starbucks . Absolutely quick and not a long wait at all . However we don’t reccomend the chorizo sandwich it tasted more like sausage thank Chorizo ! But will be returning for coffee and my honey devoured his Beach bum red bull drink ❤️

I drove thru ( Ziggi's) here for the 1st time @ 3:30 pm n have been "sicker than a dog "from their food! I ordered an everything bagel w sausage,a cold latte, a citrus drink, n lemon poppy seed slice, and spent over $ 25.00 and have been sick from their food for the last 7 hrs! It was over 93 degrees out and their food must have spoiled! It sucks but I definitely won't be back here!

The person taking orders at the drive thru was friendly and patient. We ordered the salted caramel coffee (iced)with no whip and the honey bee chai (hot) sub almond milk. It was a little more expensive than we would have liked but the drinks were pretty good. I enjoyed the flavor profile of the chai and I could definitely taste the spices. I would return if I happened to be in the area and in need of a pick-me-up.

I used to be a regular customer at the Big chain. Ziggy's beats their product hands down. Both the dark roast and medium roast are awesome. . I have only tried a couple of the food items but, I have not been disappointed. There is not a better coffee purveyor in Albuquerque.

I have been wanting to try this. NM has so many coffee options it's nice to try them all. The woman in the drive thru was nice and helpful when I explained I had never been. Coffee tastes great! I got the pumpkin pie latte with almond mill and my husband the daily brew black. Stickers on top of cup are a nice touch. We will be back

Disappointed. First time there. Bought Fireside coffee and bacon breakfast burrito for my mom on her birthday. There was no bacon or cheese in the burrito. Very little chile. Tried calling to get it replaced, but sent to a website. I was looking for a good place other than Starbucks.

Just ordered a white mocha with light chocolate and it is the worst I’ve ever had. Tastes soooo artificial, like “perfume”, very weird taste. Paid $7,84, money down the drain. Won’t recommend nor will I ever go back. Absolutely awful!
