"One star is too many for this business"
"I came to BP gas station for the third time in a month in the month of January and the gas station was closed"
"Got 2 Gallons of milk from here tonight, was in a rush and didnt check the dates"
"Got bad gas here! Had to siphon the gas out of the vehicle and there was a lot of water in it! Stay away!! Or at least stay away until they replace there there tanks! This really missed up me for two days and cost me a lot and I knew what to do"
"Fuel is a little pricey due to it being so convenient to I95 and I295, but thats typical"
One star is too many for this business...I used to come here for fuel about twice a week, purchasing 200 gal of diesel on average. I haven't been here for a little while, due to running a different route. Yesterday I was running nearby, but actually went out of my way to come here for fuel. I bought $600 in diesel, paid, and pulled around to the truck parking to catch up my paperwork, logbook and such. Another driver, bob-tail comes in and parks a couple spaces down, figured he was going to hit the Dairy Queen inside the store...next thing I know two people from inside the station, although you wouldn't have known it by thier appearance, as they looked more like homeless people! Anyway one of them approached each of our trucks, telling us that it cost $20 to park there, and we needed to leave. I explained that I'd just purchased fuel, and was leaving in a short while. I was informed by another individual, who actually was wearing a BP shirt, that it didn't matter what I bought, that they don't make any money on the F'n gas, and if I didn't leave right then he was going to call the cops! If I'd had the time, and been in the right mood I'd have allowed this to escalate further....nah...not today. NEVER will I do business here again...They need to go broke, and soon. I'd figured the parking "fee" was if a person stayed long term. Also, there were three other trucks, and several cars with "threat to tow" notes taped to them...while the lot has no "private parking" signs posted anywhere. VERY IGNORANT, UNPROFFESIONAL, and RUDE people!!!
I came to BP gas station for the third time in a month in the month of January and the gas station was closed. I get there around 6:04 a.m. and the pumps are off. I called this morning to ask the worker what time does he open he said at 6:00 I told him I've come to your store on three occasions and got there at 6:04 and you're never there and I've had to turn around and go another place to get gas also three other vehicles have left and turned around and also to get gas. I told him that is bad business if your store opens at 6:00 then you should be there at 6:00 he said I got here at 6:06 I say yeah but you just lost three cars of business he said okay. I will never come back to this store again with that type of attitude If he had of said I apologize for the inconvenience I will try to be here on time in the in the future . He never gave that type of concept to me so I would never come back to BP's again.
Got 2 Gallons of milk from here tonight, was in a rush and didnt check the dates. got home, had a sip. noticed it was 7days expired. called up to the store, the guy said he will refund the money for the one we didnt open, just bring it to the store in the morning. What about the other milk gallon??? just wasted money for expired milk that you had on your shelf Refund process needs to change. Should have handled the matter differently. refund for both(because its their fault for leaving expired milk on the shelves).... OR. refund for the one that we opened, and exchange the other one for a good in-date milk. since we have to bring the unopened one back...
Got bad gas here! Had to siphon the gas out of the vehicle and there was a lot of water in it! Stay away!! Or at least stay away until they replace there there tanks! This really missed up me for two days and cost me a lot and I knew what to do. I can't imagine what it is doing to regular people that don't know how to fix it. I expected better from BP! If you want to try and fix it yourself you have to drain out all the grass clean it up real good and then replace your fuel filter then put new gas in it and run it through. Otherwise you are going to pay a lot to a mechanic shop to do the same thing and fix it for you.
Fuel is a little pricey due to it being so convenient to I95 and I295, but thats typical. Good sandwiches, nice assortment of various snacks, drinks & sundries. Dairy Queen adjacent to the store always great for a quick snack, lunch and of course ice cream. Nice people. Fairly clean restrooms. Quick service even though they stay pretty busy.
The young man that works evenings is very rude. A customer gave him a 20 dollar bill and paid for his items. The cashier called him back inside and said he gave him a 10 dollar bill and tried to take his money back. I was standing there the whole time and I told the cashier it was a 20. The cashier told me not to ever do that again.
Spacious store with a variety of things to choose from (foods to hygiene needs) and most gratefully, available bathrooms! (Especially appreciated amid Covid-19 reasoned "temporarily closed to public" bathrooms of other stations. )
I was there bp store 2 days ago. There is a lot of good staffs there, these guys have good customer service, the bathrooms are clean, different kinds of dirinks, snacks, that is good I like that bp store.
Stopped in here tonight and exchanged a propane tank. Joe was absolutely wonderful. The store is clean and because of Joe, and his amazing customer service… I will only get gas here from now on!
I love that this gas station is always on the upside list and is conveniently located right next to Interstate 295. It also has a Dairy Queen and a place for trucks to refuel
They take Kroger gas points and I usually get a little bit better gas mileage from their fuel. I don't like how they use green pumps on gasoline, but can't win them all.
Seems the guy behind the counter lacks the ability to be friendly and welcoming. Everything else is ok. .just need to be more happy and inviting to customers …
People are always nice and they have great sandwiches and stuff to eat and they always have the drinks I'm looking for green teas and stuff even specialty drinks.
All the pumps said "PAY INSIDE" The person behind the glass asked me do you know how much you need? I took my business elsewhere
Wonderful place. Love Joe he is an awesome individual and makes my days a little brighter.
