On 5/29/2021 i went to iRISE to book my sons 8th birthday event for it to be on 6/19/2 and there was two lovely ladies that helped me, Leslie the manager and Chanee. The two of them helped me tremendously when i went to book the party in person and had great customer service. I received a call the day before to confirm my date, time, pizzas , drinks and total of kids. Which i am all about organization and that showed to me they truly were on top of things. The day of the party came and me and my husband arrived to the location at 2:50pm, were able to arrive at 3pm to decorate for 30 min (party was for 3:30PM) and mentioned to them if we can start to unload things? (Keep in mind this is my very first time hosting my sons birthday at a place i didn't know what to expect, we usually do huge at home party's.) As soon as they saw me they greeted me and told me i am able to start unloading my things and they brought me out a cart to put my things on, my two hostess that i had (which were Chanee and Cameron) came out to help me and brings things in as-well. Both of them also helped me set up the party area, table covers, plates set up, and the food area. They brought out to me the wristbands for my guest for me to keep and have control of who is getting one. One thing i was so happy about was that i was able to bring in my own food for my guest! Yes, there was a food fee but other places now days don't even allow you to bring things in so it didn't even bother me. I told Chanee the time i wanted to have the food ready, food came at the time i requested so the kids and adults can eat at the same time. Cameron and Chanee had mask and gloves on and helped me serve the kids pizza and pass out the juice boxes. Cake time came later on and helped with passing out the ice creams. Both would come and follow up with me randomly to make sure we were all okay. They also did all the CLEANING UP! This place was a great hit for my sons birthday! I have two friends now asking me about iRISE and how to book of how much fun their kids had here! My other sons birthday is in August and were already talking as a family of booking it here AGAIN! My two hostess that i had were amazing always available for me when needed! I HIGHLY recommend Channe and Cameron as party host for your event! I took my daughter and family to celebrate her birthday. I didn’t get a room we just kind of showed up and it wasn’t extremely packed which was good. We went on a Saturday around 1pm. I noticed the owner making sure everything was clean and tidy. Every little trash the kids would leave behind got picked up right away. Cleanliness was great and the kids had a blast. My only issue and the reason for only giving 3 starts was the female manager. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to customers and employees. I went to get drinks and order food for the kids and there was a lady infront of me counting her change she received from them. She was questioning it and the manager was rude and snappy to her to the point that she rolled her eyes at the customer as she walked away. When I ordered 2 pizzas she quickly interrupted me and told me there was no way that it would take an hour to make because they only had one oven and the pizzas already made were for the parties so she refused to take my order. My sister showed up 10 minutes after that happened and I told her what the manager said. She decided to go ask herself but the manager had walked away and another employee took my sister’s order without a problem and told her it would be about 30 minutes or less. The employee was more professional and accommodating than the manager which was pretty sad. Without the experience I dealt with the manager I would give iRise 5 stars. Their prices are reasonable and it’s close to the mall so it’s convenient and my kids had a blast. Every other employee there was helpful and welcoming.

I wish we had one of these close to us, we were in the area and found it on Groupon. The price is just right, the kids loved it, and the staff was amazing. I have to give huge props to one of the staff members (you'll see in my photos) I hope I don't mangle your name sir. I did not see it spelt only heard it..... Feree Our son was in the basketball area with him, they started talking and playing a game. Next thing you know they are at the wall and jumped up to see if my son (Zak) could sit on it. He told me my son had "ups" for his age and took him to the gym area, where he pulled out all this equipment. Soon he had my son working out so hard and jumping so much he was smooth wore out! We were loving it haha. He worked with our son for about 20 mins and taught him some great workouts (that he's still doing!) When we left we were very greatful and decided anytime we're in the area we'd come here! When my son got in the car he said "that was harder than any of his football workouts!" Then he passed out within 10 mins of driving! This also inspired us to get him a personal trainer, he's about to turn 16, although he's smaller he's always played sports and gave his all. I'd like to see him gain more muscle and stand his ground on the gridiron and in wrestling! Thank you again iRise and Feree! Again sorry if I'm way off on the name! This place is great and so much nicer than some of the other trampoline parks we've been to. We live an hour South of Houston and have nothing like it here, if we were any closer we'd be members! Give this place a try!!!!

Summary: Sadat and his team made my child's birthday a hit! From the cleanliness of the facility, the attentiveness of staff, and the great condition of the jump attractions, the party was a success! We used the upstairs area where we hosted right under 40 ppl (18 children). The space allows you to see almost the entire play area, it was well lit, very clean and spacious. We The only negative about the upstairs is that there is no elevator, so our guests with disabilities could not go upstairs and attend the party. They stayed down at the play area below and watched the children from below. A balloon Arch was provided for an additional$75, bringing the cost of the space rental, pizzas and drinks, wrist bands for 15, 3 hrs of play time and complimentary socks to under $800 (one large bounce house is around $400, having many activities was money well spent). They gave us 8 6ft tables to use (we used 6 for eating, 1 for gifts, 1 for food). There is, also, about 25 bar stools around the edge of the upstairs area for looking onto the play area. We did use the fans we brought; 1 big one was already upstairs, but we brought small hand ones and a big one to run to keep it cool upstairs. We would definitely go back and may still get the upstairs room, just because the view was outstanding!!! Thanks again to Sadat and his staff, this was a Great time!

I recently hosted my 4-year-old's birthday party at iRise, and I can't recommend this place enough! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. ### Customer Service The owner and staff at iRise went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. They were incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any questions or concerns we had before the big day. On the day of the event, they were equally amazing, helping us set up and ensuring that everything was perfect. Their warm and friendly demeanor put both the kids and adults at ease, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. ### Kid-Friendly Atmosphere The kids absolutely LOVED it! iRise offers an environment where children can be active, creative, and fully engaged. Went today Friday 10-06-23 around 6:30pm for my daughters birthday, was not busy at all.. lady in the front desk disappeard nearly about 10 minutes after payment without giving me my kids socks and had to look around until she finally came out and asked if i needed something which i responded yes my kids socks. Socks were right behind her when I payed and she still blamed the "other guy" im guessing the male with headphones who was working with her. For 30 minutes both were not around we wanted drinks. Finally I walked to the front counter to find the male in a corner on his phone he got up with this bothered look and I had to repeat multiple times the 3 fountain drinks i wanted since he had headphones in. There was no one watching the play area, not 1 single employee in the 2 hrs we were there kids were not taking turns a kid threw himself after my daughter and landed on her which led to her bleeding from her knee. For $50 for 2 kids I would think the service would be better, nothing compared to Altitude Trampoline park on Spring Cypress. We wanted to try this place out, we did.. not worth it or worth your kid(s) getting hurt or having to wait 30mins just to get a drink/snack on a very slow night.. technically we were on THEIR time. Will not be back.

We just had our daughters 6th birthday party Friday (8/18) for 4 hours (3 hour party 1 hour to set up) here and it was such a good time!!! Lesly was so helpful in booking a week prior to our event she gave us a tour of the whole place & explained the different packages throughly so we would know what to expect. The day of the event Michelle was our host and was so welcoming! Even the young man at the concession stand was willing to help! Pizza was great for the kids and I love that they announce over the intercom when it was time for pizza and then again for cake! Also another perk is most places like this do not let u tape things on the wall and this place did. Also for a small fee they let u bring in your own food which in hind sight saves u money! We booked upstairs (heat rises) and they provided extra fans just incase it got too hot. There was plenty of room upstairs (8 tables more than 36 chairs not including we had 2 bar areas with more seating available) Overall a great experience!! Highly recommend!

I celebrated my kids' 1st and 3rd birthdays here. We originally booked for a private room. However, after viewing the space in-person (which I highly recommend doing), Lesley informed me that the mezzanine level was available and had a better view of the park. I am so grateful she was able to assist me because parents enjoyed being able to see their little ones play from the top floor. On the day of the party, Sadat assisted with unloading my car and carrying my items to the top floor for me to set up (Note: if you get the 3-hour package, you get an hour to set up before the 3 hours starts). During the party, I was fortunate to have Junior as my party host. He assisted with passing out pizza, setting up drinks, loading the car, and cleaning up the space. Junior was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. As a result, our kids, family, and friends had an amazing time celebrating. Thank you, Lesley, Sadat, and Junior!

I booked a party room package of 15 people for my daughters 3rd B-Day party and it turned out to be AMAZING!! Not only were the amenities and layout of the amusement park accessible and well organized for all ages, but the staff really made me feel that I was not alone in setting up and hosting all throughout the party. Throughout, my host James would come in regularly to check in on us and ask us if we needed anything like ice water and even a fan! Cuz he was sensitive to our needs and it was getting warm! And not only so, the owner or the general manager, Sadat, personally helped me from the beginning. He saw that i was in need of a balloon blower and he immediately brought one over! And he also came in several times to introduce himself and shake our hands! I'm grateful to him and his amazing staff all of them are nice and courteous!

Sadat the owner made out first experience amazing .This is a great place to take kids when you need a break or when you teenagers want to exercise while having fun in general it’s great for all ages they even have a toddler area.They have a lot of new high-tech, jumping equipment and a lot of cool parkour equipment with two playgrounds Second review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 starts all around I wish google would let me rate them again my kids have allergies and even though there’s a no outside food policy Sadat completely understood and let us bring sandwich’s he’s always walking around ready to help kids love it there can spend hrs just playing with the unlimited so worth the price much more affordable and no hidden prices with games or any of the equipment like other parks ! Wish I could give this place zero stars not sure why they even have a 4.3 star rating. Recently had my daughters birthday party here and it was a disaster. First off when we arrived there was no A/C throughout the building so it was entirely too hot. I asked one of the workers what was going on with the air and was told the A/C had been out for several weeks. Wish I would have been made aware prior to booking the party. Our “host” was no where to be found the entire time of the party. Food was terrible and prices are ridiculous . For a small pizza it was $25 dollars and for a tiny pitcher of soda (which I thought was supposed to come in a 2 liter bottle) was $5. Barely any activities for kids to do and place was unsanitary. Most definitely will not be returning nor recommending to anyone!

We booked a party here for my daughter & son. Our host (Hispanic guy w/ curly hair) was great! He was very attentive, helpful & went above & beyond to meet our needs. He was also kind enough to get someone to call our party back to the room on the speaker when it was time to sing Happy birthday! My family is huge, so that saved me time trying to look for everyone. If you have a big family, It's worth booking here instead of urban air. The party rooms are bigger & pricing is slightly less. My only complaint is how dirty the women's restroom was. They had no toilet paper & there was a musty smell. We ended up going to an alternative women's restroom & it was a bit cleaner & stocked but the smell was still there. Overall, it was a great & fun experience. We will book here again.

I really didn’t enjoy myself here, it was hot inside and in the toddler area the metal bars were not wrapped up safely or properly me as a parent I hurt my ankle and hit it on the metal bar imagine your kiddos in there and fall down hit a metal pipe that’s not safely covered not only that the other playground as well was so tiny you can’t even go in there with your babies if you wanted to, they also had an area on the floor with a bunch of toys for kids to play with it was like different houses and it was messy like nothing was on shelf’s because there was none or anything just on the ground doesn’t look like nobody bother cleaning up either this place is ridiculous, waste of $20 just very messy , this place should not be rated 4.5 stars or higher

I reserved a party for my 3 year old and overall it turned out fine, but there were things that just didn’t go as planned. I paid over $600 and all of my guest were sweating to the point where we were wiping our faces with napkins. I’m referring to my guests that were upstairs just sitting. The employees had to bring us 3 fans and that didn’t help a whole lot. There’s a $50 fee to bring in outside food. I paid that so that the adults could eat. The 3 pizzas they provided the children were burnt. The staff was great. Cliff constant came to check on us, but the heat was too much. I know it’s summer but I thought having my daughter a party inside would keep us cool.

Booked my daughter’s first birthday party here and I definitely would not go back Honestly I didn’t feel it was worth $650 I paid. Although it is a nice place I feel that it could have a lot more upgrades for the price for example the pizzas are not large pizzas and you kind of have to do everything yourself they say that they will give you a party host but the party host isn’t actually hosting the party you’re basically doing everything yourself the place could have been a lot cleaner and the woman in the front was rude to my party planner honestly I give it 3 because it wasn’t very crowded for a Saturday and my party guest were able to enjoy most of the park.

I dropped off my teen daughter and her friend while getting dinner and a woman that works there started harassing them saying she was going to call the cops because they were left alone and this place is not a "daycare". While her friend called her mom, this woman took her phone away from her and rudely took over the conversation saying that I dropped them off to be with a man and the girls wanted to leave with some boys into the woods. This is insane, the girls simply wanted to get McDonald's and come back. This woman would not let them leave and even the owner felt bad and told them to have some drinks while they waited to get picked up.

We just moved to the Houston area in the last month. This is the first place like this we have tried and we will be back!! My kids are already asking when we can go back with my husband! The owner, Mr. Sadat, was very kind and accommodating. They have no problems with you bringing your own water bottles or previously bought grip socks (I really get annoyed when you can only wear the socks sold by the place you’re visiting ). It was clean and not crowded at all. I feel like it’s a great place for the price, closest I’ve found price wise to our favorite place in Aurora! 11/10 we will be back! Thanks!!

We had my son's birthday here today and the staff was so friendly and nice. The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our party. The facility was very clean and everything was in way better condition than Urban Air. They even have moonwalks and a small kid town. Pizzas were included with our room and they ordered out for them and they were good quality, not just frozen pizzas made in house. The party room we had was spacious and had a cooler for drinks along with plenty of seating. The kids loved it and we will be back for sure.

Great place. The GM Leslie was rude when asked her questions before our kids party. We didn’t book it, then my husband called back accidentally and spoke to Sabat and he was amazing so my husband booked. Need more people like him, knows how to talk with customers. Leslie did not even give a proper answer for refrigeration of the cake. Said we have it but don’t recommend putting it because staff can accidental drop something on it. It’s a trampoline park that kids bdays and there is no refrigerator for cakes?!? But upon arrival for my already booked and paid party, Sabat took care of it all.

Let me start off by saying that my kids have been asking to come here non stop! This establishment is awesome for all ages! They have two giant jungle gyms, and the interactive video games make exercising fun. There is plenty of seating from where to watch the kiddos. I must say Sadat really makes the experience for us. He’s always happy to see the kids with a smile on his face. I definitely recommend this to anyone trying to get their kids out to do something physical! Always clean and respectable place! Thank you Sadat! We will definitely be doing a party here in the future!

Such a fun place with lots for kids to do! My family had a great time and will definitely be returning. Sadat the owner, and staff, were so friendly and helpful for our entire visit! They just got the A/C fixed too, so it was nice and cool even while jumping around! Bouncy castle, foam pit obstacle course and zip line, basketball, TWO different playgrounds (such a bonus with the toddlers) and a whole city of different play houses and corresponding toys, and MORE! Amazing staff, great selection of snacks/drinks, and a great play place for kids of all ages. Loved it !

Never again, The park is under new management and extremely rude along with the manager. I’ll take my money else wear! I planned a birthday party for my son and I wasn’t informed that there was no food at the park. You’re not able to bring outside food unless an additional fee is provided. I only found this out the moment of the party when parents showed up looking for food. The staff showed up at the end yelling at kids to get out instead of asking the parents to get the kids. I’ve never seen adults round up the kids to tell them to leave the park. Yea never again

IRise is a great trampoline park for the kids. They have a lot more than just trampolines for the kids. There's a zipline above a ball pit, toddler jungle gym, a other jungle gym for bigger kids, your dodge ball zone, basketball zone, and obstacle course. There's even a small play town, filled with a firestation, castle, grocery store, and more. There's alot to here and the kids can't get bored. They even have a virtual jumping machine where the kids can play games on a large screen while jumping. Bring your kids, you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely enjoyed my time, me and the 2 other members of my party got a deal off of groupon. I am only doing 4 stars as the establishment was dirty in places. Such as under the trampolines and under the play-structure. Of course the dirt or trash wasnt littered everywhere, you really had to look to see it, to complain. Its definitely all age friendly as well! When we visited (1 adult 2 teens) we had no issues with anything, there was plenty to do. Our favorite thing was the zipline into the foam block pit. Id love to visit again!

It was our first time going and honestly I expected a little more for as much as we paid. The a/c apparently wasnt working, which no one told us before I paid over $100. My kids were absolutely miserable. We ended up leaving after about an hour due to how uncomfortably hot it was. There was trash everywhere. In the area for toddlers, everything was broken and thrown around. We waited for about 10 minutes at the concessions area and no one ever came over. Overall, my children and I were not impressed to say the least.

It's a super fun place for kids & I'd be giving it another star if it wasn't for the A/C. We bought an all day pass for both of our grandkids in the morning around 11am on 7/10. It was a tiny bit warmer than comfortable, but not bad. We went home at 1 for lunch & naps. We returned to iRise in the afternoon around 5. I'm sitting in here now at 6 pm & it's got to be 85 degrees in here or higher. We'll be leaving soon, but at these temps in the summer in Houston you will kill your clientele without adequate A/C.

I took my daughters for their friend’s birthday party but UNFORTUNATELY the customer service provided from the front desk girl ELISA I believe is her name with black long curl hair was just horrible. This young lady lacks communication skills and respect towards others. After I approached her to know what she had said to my daughter she got all defensive and her attitude was just beyond belief. My daughters had a great time but with the service provided by her I doubt us returning.

We had our son’s 6th birthday party here today and I have no words to describe how AMAZING this place and service was! Ms Leslie and Mr Sadat were excellent hosts and made sure everything went well…the place was clean and they helped me to get setup and clean up at the end. They are so nice and helpful, and were extremely courteous to my guests. I highly recommend iRise and will definitely be having a future birthday party here again very soon! Thank you for everything iRise team!

This was an extraordinary place to have a party especially for 11-12 years old children… My birthday boy had the best time of his life with all the activities… What made it do special for was Mr. Sadat who patiently waited for us to get our things out of the room…. He even offered to help with any unnecessary stuff that was left over… Again, we have been to several jumping places and iRise is by for the best in Houston… Thank you, Mr. Sadat!!! We will return ♥️

Great place and great service! I attended my niece’s birthday party and from the time we entered to the time we left everything was great. The facility was clean, staff was courteous and they helped throughout the time for party. They helped from start from setting up in party room to clean up. The staff checked on us continuously. The food was excellent and warm. Will definitely come back! Also, they have halal food available. The kids and adults loved the food.

Had my sons first birthday party here. It was amazing. I had the full downstairs area from 5pm-8pm. We were allowed to come an area before to set up, the booking and check in was a seamless process. Are party host was Chris, he helped set up everything and was very attentive throughout the entire party. I was able to enjoy my son’s party with no extra issues. The facility was clean and safe. I highly recommend this place, will definitely be back

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to fill out waivers online before we went, so we didn't waste time doing it before we jumped. There are several different features for a lot of diverse entertainment. Plenty of seating for observers. Tables and a snack bar are a nice touch. Over head viewing is also available. Our favorite part is always the virtual game with the trampoline!

This place is AMAZING!!! We come here as often as possible and drive all the way from Kingwood specifically to come to jump here. My kiddos love this trampoline park and we bring friends and tell ALL our friends about it!! So incredibly clean and by far the most awesome experience for your money!! Mr. Sadat is so generous and hospitable and extremely friendly! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

I bought 5 tickets for my son and friends to hang out on Saturday night. They had a blast. We’ve been there a number of times and it was great, but Saturday was awesome. Sadat was so helpful and welcoming. He looked out for our teenagers and treated them with respect. But then again, all our kids are well-mannered, too. I’m sure that was great for Sadat. Make sure to visit with your kiddos.

I booked a birthday party. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The park was clean and all attractions were in good order. My son and his friends had a blast. There were several other parties on the same day and the other families and kids were well tended as well. Overall an excellent experience and good value. I wish I had taken more photos but we were too busy having fun!

Small space every play area is close to each other..i think they should have limited people first come first serve.overall nice play stations..restroom only have 2 stalls for the women's. And the men's restroom is the same,there dirty no telling when was the last time they checked..and no sitting are on the top area. Wouldn't come back..no management to at least keep place clean

I had my daughters birthday party here yesterday and we all had so much fun . They don’t decorate for you but they definitely come out and help with anything you need .. I had these girls blowing up balloons for at least an hour so i could build a arch. Everything came out beautiful. I told them the vision I wanted and they didn’t stop or leave me until the job was done .

Wonderful place that my kids enjoy coming to regularly. They are constantly making improvements and adding fun activities to keep things interesting. I met one of the owners, and he is so genuinely kind and caring. Nothing to do with the activities there, but I left my laptop bag there, and he went above and beyond to help me find it. I like supporting people like that!

I went today to irise for a field trip with my day care job, the whole time we were there there was no AC, the owner was the only employee there, she was on the phone most of the time, we had gotten our tickets using Groupon for two hours of jump time but the owner would only accept us for one hour. Complete honest opinion- very unprofessional and not worth it

We just celebrated my daughter biggest 5TH birthday I showed up late lol but we all enjoyed ourselves everyone from all ova came out we from Chicago and irise is definitely a place I think a lot of parents should take they kids at least twice or once every 3 months nd more than likely if their gymnasts Amateur! Hopefully y’all see us again real soon.

Today we took our kids from The Little Tots Learning Center to the IRise today and service there was just amazing and the employees were great as well. I booked my daughter's 9th Birthday party at iRise and my family and I loved it! We had a great experience! And what I loved the most is that your host along with other employees are constantly checking up and making sure you and your party is good! My host was Shannel, she was beyond awesome! Along with Ken and Jay. We will define back soon!

We took our grand daughter to this trampoline park for her 10th birthday. It was a Wednesday night so we had the place to ourselves. Needless to say, we took advantage and had a blast! The manager was very friendly and treated each of us to a free beverage for our girls birthday. My husband and I give this establishment 2 thumbs up …

Here for our son's 5th birthday where we reserved the mezzanine and had at least 15 kids with play bracelets. Sadat helped us set up the entire event, and Junior was assigned to ensure the party went smoothly. They were professional, courteous, and they treated us like VIPs. We are grateful for their service. Highly recommend an event here!

We hosted a last minute bday party for our 5 year old. It was our second time having a party at iRise but the new manager, Sadat is amazing! So kind and made it so fun and so easy for me. He went the extra mile for sure. They have TWO Valor jump video games which we all LOVE. Keep up the good work iRise Willowbrook. We Will be back soon!

Best birthday to date. They even let you decorate the room. Everyone had such a great time. The staff of young people were very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions. The kids had a blast. Had my daughter's 7th birthday this past weekend at iRise. It was amazing!! we had the safari theme. We decorated ourselves but had Cliff as our host. He was attentive and Leslie the Manager ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked the second floor which i highly recommend. They provide excellent service.

This place is super dirty. I'm wondering if it's ever been cleaned. The toys in the play houses (which are super cute and have so much potential) haven't been replaced or organized in a very long time. When I was jumping, I heard one of the springs beneath me come off and loudly hit something. Made me feel unsafe... not returning.

From the moment I walked in, my thought was “this place looks dirty”. It indeed was.. This location is incredibly run down and filthy - I mean disgusting. At every turn there was dirt and holes. We stayed maybe 10 mins before my children & I left. I can understand normal wear & tear - no, this is neglect of upkeep and cleaning.

This is the best trampoline park in the area. I have been bringing my kids for a few years and Sadat & the new management have done amazing things for this place. Super friendly staff great prices & it’s a great way to let your kids blow off steam outside of the hot Texas sun. My kids always have a great time when they come!!

A very clean, friendly and professionally ran place. Had the great pleasure meeting Sadat Rafiq there. Gave my wife and I a tour of the facility since we were contemplating on where to have our sons birthday. Staff went out of their way to help us during our party from the beginning till the end. I highly recommended iRise!

My husband and I were looking for a place to take our girls to have some fun and drove by this place and decided to give it a try. We had a great time! The facility was clean and there were different types of activities other than just the trampolines. My daughter already asked to do her birthday here this year!

iRise owner was working when we brought our kids and was extremely friendly and kind. The kids had a blast and we paid for an all day wrist band which allowed us to come and go as we pleased for the day. There is a lot of variety here between trampolines and obstacle courses and more. I highly recommend iRise.

Took my son and my family here for the first time and had an amazing time. Staff was helpful and kind. The place is located in a spot where you wouldn’t think to look but was definitely a hidden gem. So much activities and play areas for toddlers and any ages. Would definitely be coming back and recommend.

Great indoor with cool AC in this HOT SUMMER for kids to have FUN! My crew enjoyed all the different jumping amenities. I recently took my toddler(3)and he had a great time! There’s so much for kids of all ages to do from inflatables to indoor playgrounds. Prices are very reasonable…also I didn’t catch his name but the front desk gentleman who I think owns it, was so helpful and friendly I would highly recommend 10/10 !

Woah, this place is super cool & perfect to get out of this TX heat & tire out the kiddos! As soon as we walked in Sadat, the owner was so welcoming, nice & accommodating. And it smelled & looked clean, which is a huge plus for me. This will definitely be our new go-to entertainment establishment.

I had my sons birthday party at iRise, and the staff was great. From the beginning to the end they were attentive. The party room was perfect for us and I loved the option of being able to bring outside food ( $50 fee). For a Saturday afternoon it was busy but we were still able ti enjoy our time.

Had my daughters 4th birthday there, amazing space for alot of people attending, the manager or might of been owner was amazing! He kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. And the kids all had something to do at all times! It was a great and successful party!

This place is amazing, today was my son and I first visit and we enjoyed it so much. This Trampoline place was very different than other ones, they have so many different games to choose from. In addition Mr. Sarit give us the best customer service. We definitively will rerun again and again..

IRise is super fun! My kids ages 9-16 are loving all the activities here! The staff is super nice and treat you like family! Suney is our girl and we love her! At a birthday party and Suney and the staff are actually teaching the kids games!!! They are having a blast!!! Thank you IRise!!!

Loved the place for our sons bday celebration! The kids had a blast! The reserved party area was very spacious and the lady helping us with set up was great! The general manager was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs! Do recommend and will continue to take my kids there.

It would be nicer if they clean up and worry a little about the dirty surfaces everywhere. There are other jumping places where attendants are walking around making sure everyone follows the rules. Kids do whatever they want here. I'll go back and hope it will be a better experience.

Brought my kids a little before closing. The manager Sadat was very welcoming to our kids and was very pleasant to have conversation with while our kids were running around. The place is clean and has so many options for kids of all ages to do. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great place for kids parties! Place is well lit, clean and you can see your kids from the common areas. They also have great options like adding a balloon arch or bringing outside food for a small fee. I would definitely recommend, felt much safer than bigger trampoline places.

Really enjoyed jumping around and playing games with the kids. It's a little difficult to find. GPS had us making uturns. It is located towards the SW sector of the major intersection. Hope this helps. Birthday package are reasonable and they have private party rooms available.

The kids like it a lot. It has a good variety of sections for kids to play in. Parents, we can sit on the benches around the play area to watch them play. Michael was our host. He was great, respectful, kind, attentive, and always helpful. Thank you, Michael, for your work!

Great and fun place to take your kids to. It is conveniently located around restaurants and a mall. Mr SADAT is always helpful and makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of; we really appreciate the way he treats people when my daughter and I come here for fun.

Great place for all ages. I brought my 16 month old son here and he loved it! I wasn’t sure if maybe he was too young at first but there are activities for all ages. The staff was super friendly and helpful and my son and I had a fantastic time! Highly recommend iRise!

We’ve hosted a kid’s birthday party here and the service was great! We’ve been back multiple times just to play. It’s always been clean and the staff is friendly. The manager, Sadat, always checks in and makes sure we’re having a good time. Would definitely recommend!

Perfectly fine place to come. Smaller and more suited for little ones. Bonus: they have a shower in the men’s room. Kind of a bummer the AC was out and they didn’t offer any discounts or anything. However, the staff was super courteous and let us know ahead of time.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Never again. The dirtiest place I have ever been. Really small, dirty, no AC. Just sitting and waiting for kids made me sweat. We left before our time was out. So, if you care about your kid's safety and want a clean place DO NOT GO HERE.

I highly recommend iRise!! My 4-year-old had her birthday here yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff were well-mannered, helpful, and extremely friendly. I also have three other children who are teenagers, and it was a great place for all ages.

Very nice place, clean & the atmosphere is great. they have a multiple play sections so kids don’t get bored. Huge trampoline section ,slides, bounce house, Lego area, party area and a small snack section, Highly recommended! The manager is so kind and helpful.

Had birthday parties here for the last 3 years. Amazing place! They always add things and so the kids are always so excited to come. Party is going to be from an 1 hour and 45 minutes to 3 hours. Sadat was an amazing help. He made sure everything went smoothly!

I have been there twice my kids enjoyed but there is the guy on that you soda or chips he got some problems with the costumer he needs to learn how to talk with the customer looks like somebody forced him to work there any way this time will my last visit there

It’s a great place to distress yourself and the kiddos. Great staff been there a few times and leave happy every time. Especially on Thursdays on family nights where it’s cheaper to go. Great for kids and adults, I always join inn and play around with the kids.

Great place to bring your family, nice homely owners who personally walked us in with such a warm greeting. Easily accessible to popular areas like the mall, Raising Canes, Starbucks, etc. definitely coming again. Ps prices are also competitive

Me and my 3 friends came here just for fun to hang out and we had a really good time. The building is nice and well maintained, the equipment is fun and not fragile, and Sadat the manager was very nice and friendly. Great experience.

Me and my son have come here multiple times. Staff is always great and very friendly. The manager is awesome and we’ll be coming back as always. There is also a new section they are working on which looks promising for toddlers.

Great place for birthday parties! Hosted my son 6th birthday and they were very accommodating. Room, pizza, drinks and 1 hr 45 min of jumping for a good price. Highly recommended and will be back!
