I paid for the $16 The Works Car wash, it includes: DOUBLE PRESOAK PREMIUM SOFT FOAM CLEANING SYSTEM TRIPLE FOAM CONDITIONER DOUBLE CHEMICAL TIRE & WHEEL CLEANER UNDERCARRIAGE RINSE & RUST INHIBITOR WHEEL BOSS TIRE S WHEEL CLEANER MAGNUM SIDE & WHEEL BLASTER HIGH PRESSURE VEHICLE CONTOUR CLEANING CLEAR COAT SEALANT WEATHER GUARD HOT GLOSS SHINE SOFT FREE RINSE TIRE SHINE I made a stop after my car and saw that my tires did not shine. I went back and the MOD paid for additional Works Car Wash to see if would solve my problem. I waited 20 minutes at The Speed Stop to see if my tires were Shiney but they were not. I went back again and the MOD ordered a guy to manually add SHINE to my tires. I asked him if the tire shine was broken and he said yes. Not sure how many people paid for the Works on 4/2/23 and didn't receive what they paid for. Came back 6/1/2023 The problem still exists. No change same routine Manger on duty paid for another car wash and guess what it didn't work......He had to manually apply shine

This car wash used to be fantastic when you chose the top tier. But for the last several weeks, several of the jets do not work. It’s super awkward; about 2/3rds of the way down the line you just slowly go by all these hoses that used to spray, and now do not. Your tires, chrome, and side panels are all still full of dirt. I flagged this to the attendant but they were so slammed getting cars in they couldn’t watch what I was saying happen, so they let me go through again. Same result, so they gave me a voucher to come back later. Three weeks later and still the same issue. And the supervisor there that day was very unpleasant and couldn’t seem to care less, while his workers were too slammed to really try and see what’s going on. The fact that a) it’s been weeks and b) no price adjustment or signage saying you aren’t getting what you’re paying for tells me they are either deceitful or incompetent. Let’s hope they fix it as it was a great wash when it fully worked.

This car wash will get the job done, but it’s pretty mediocre at best. Basic was starts at $7, but when I got out to use the dryers, I noticed the back of my car was still soapy. Luckily I had a rag I could try to wipe it down with but imagine it’s going to look funky when it drys. I was excited to see the free dryers, but they are really poorly maintained (the first one I used the hose was broken) and they are SUPER short. It’s really hard to get them into clean your car. I could barely even vacuum by back floorboards and had to just deal with missing major parts of the seats I couldn’t reach. Overall, if I’m desperate, maybe I’d come here again but I doubt it. I’d rather drive down to the Palms car wash south where they have a clean car wash & awesome dryers. Guess this won’t be my replacement closer to my neighborhood. :(

I USED to always come here to get gas and a car wash. TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME. I am no longer going to be a customer. This is the 3rd time in a row that their pumps do not print out a receipt and you have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt for your gas & a car wash code. Then today I pull up to the car wash and it says out of service. That's right this place is out of service -- terrible service, which is clearly functioning by poor management. It is apparent the owner/management doesn't care to make this gas station efficient for its busy customers. 2 thumbs down. Duplicate receipt to show that I had to go inside to get another copy of the receipt that did not print out at the pump.

PAID FOR THE $16 WASH inside. 12 cars in line to go through and the gates wouldn't raise and there was only one attendant and he was busy doing something else. Finally after 20+ minute's got cars going through the printer did not print when I entered my code which I needed for the barcode for the vacuums. Going through the wash THE WATER SMELLED SOUR. Get to the vacuum area and enter my wash code to use vacuums and the message said INVALID CODE. All the bays were full so I could not move. DIDN'T GET TO VACUUM MY CAR after paying for most expensive wash. PLACE WAS DIRTY. The guys vacuum hose next to me kept FALLING APART. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Take your chance.

Basic Wash: exposed areas were not clean and most of my hood and rear didn't even get wet. Don't expect blowers; and good luck with the vacuums. If you're fortunate enough to find a working vacuum, it's likely already in use (and monopolized) by a someone who rolled right up without visiting the car wash. But hey, it's not so bad on a nice day – that is, if you don't mind dodging the bees and listening to blaring music belonging to genres you don't usually listen to.

The clerks instore don't follow instructions when it comes to the line. I feel when African-American come in we get treated differently from the Hispanic male's, yes I was next in line Hispanic was in left out came back in he should got back line as anyone else then he was in MySpace still speaking with clerk. When pointed to the line the female clerk told me he was in here early. I don't care he left out and reentered. The line is over there sir is the polite way to redirect him.

Love that I can vacuum my car free here! The vacuums always have great suction and work properly too!I usually do that and then do the car wash and even the most basic wash does a great job. I need to get the membership as it pays for itself if you were to get 2 premium washes a month! You can wash your car as many times as you like, every day if you so desire for just one flat fee per month! Plus the gas station always has good food for cheap!

The reason I'm giving a 5 stars it's because of their service Jack and Cammal, two of their staffs help me out today when I encountered a problem with the service. Been super helpful to my situation. Now, regarding the washing machine, I think there's some research need to be conducted as how it wash cars... It gets the car clean don't get me wrong, however, 16$ service I paid, I expect more from the result...

Why would you take your car anywhere else??? I've paid for a lot of car washes in my time, even the $150 "hand wash" ones. This $7 car was is the best my car has ever looked. I get the most basic wash, and just go a lot. And the free vacuums are always in great working order. Seriously...don't let the low price scare you. This place will get all of the dust, pollen, and built-up grime off your ride.

We like this place because it is fast, affordable, and they allow you 10 min of vacuum time after your car wash. They oy downside is this car wash will Not work on compact cars. We have a Versa Note that we can't take through due to the brush missing the back of the car entirely. If you have a standard of large sized car, you should have no issues. My van always leaves sparkling clean.

Simple easy and economical what can I say that is the car wash the reason I. Amongst the other myriad of things you can go there for like food which they prepare regularly and desert-like things and then they have a whole bunc. I often thought this place should be out in the country where people are traveling because it's so well-stocked withh of stuff for sale....

The car was actually works well. It's a decent price for the wash you are getting. It is cheaper than your larger professional car washes. You may need to dry your vehicle down, and vacuum. Vacuum area is free for paid car wash... but sometimes you have to wait on the bums who sneak in for free vacuum. It seems to me they keep the wash clean and maintained.

This car wash place is just the worst. My tire and my right side mirror got damaged. My tire is slashed they didn’t even give me customer service number. It didn’t even wash my good either. They when ahead and rinse my off car. I had to start drying it off even though I could have done that at home but no I’m like it cold let me do a drive thru.

I’ve gone to this place 4 times always giving it the benefit of the doubt because it’s the closest location to me, but it’s definitely not worth it. Every time i go it leaves dry dirt on the back part of my suv. The vacuums are free with the receipt of purchase, but that’s the only benefit. *vacuums are not too long & you get 5 mins.

I got the basic wash, $7. Pretty cheap as far as car washes go. It did a decent job but the main reason I did it was access to the unlimited time vacuums afterwords. I had to wait a while for a spot but they did the job. It's not the best wash or vacuums, but it was only $7 and I felt I got my monies worth.

The wash isn't great. I always leave the place with many parts of my vehicle not cleaned, not even wet. So there's something off with the system. Its convenient if you're in a hurry and need a semi clean done, but if you're looking for a proper complete guaranteed cleaning job, this is not the place.

Hey! Really fun, not toooo expensive, very nice people! They let me go through twice since my car was hella dirty after sitting under a tree for months. Feeling very cool about that! Really like having a free unlimited vacuum at the end too, which feels hard to find around town!

Nice drive thru car wash in austin that’s located in a decent part of town. For $7, you get exactly what you pay for. 10 minutes worth of vacuum comes with any wash, which is nice, but there’s a strict no car detailing policy on premises. Overall great and friendly staff.

BEST cheap car wash in Austin. We go through at least once a month for the $7 wash. I kinda miss the unlimited vacuum - but I’m sure they had to limit it to 10 minutes because too many people took advantage. Still…10 minutes of vacuuming is almost $7 at a kiosk…so…SCORE!

I went on a Saturday morning and did the Basic Wash for $7. There were multiple employees helping which made it a quick process. No employees drying which I like too. There's also free vacuum afterwards. Recommended if you're in the area and need an affordable wash!

Had good expirences in the past but this time they allowed me to pay while the entire wash was broken down. I was “waiting for an attendant to load” for about 25 minutes while no one said a word to me. Made me late for multiple meetings and was very unprofessional.

They have the audacity to charge for vacuums after a subpar car wash that didn’t remove all the dirt. Didn’t dry very well either. Paid for a car wash and gas but got no discount on gas. If you like being robbed blind by a business, come here.

Top tier “The Works” package- totally dirty in the middle of the bumpers. Can still see brush marks from the left and right and top. It’s like it didn’t make contact at all at the very front and back. Rest of my car looks great and shiny.

Great value car wash with free vacuums and detail area. I was going to give 5 stars, but my last time there, 10/4/20, the water smelled so foul, it made my entire car smell, and not in a new car smell kind of way. The opposite of that.

It is so difficult to find a good drive through car wash in Austin, and this one absolutely nails it! Fast, staffed with attendants, equipped with cameras, and a lot of free vacuum spaces. What a find. It literally made my day!

I never enter my card information 1 time to enter. It is always problematic. The carwash is fine, vacuums when you pull out of wash. 7 or 8 vacuums but can all be busy. Come early or later to clean inside of car.

If you want to run your car through wash that does no exterior cleaning whatsoever, this is your place. Your basically only paying for the vacuum use after the wash. Would not recommend this place!

I paid for the $16 wash and I feel like the machine scratched my car I have a black car so you can tell the scratches and the waves of the scratches match how the car wash was washing my car

This place is unbelievably shady. The car wash jerked my steering wheel and curbed my wheel. I filed a claim and they tried sending a photo of my car (undamaged) saying it was damaged.

Not a perfect clean but gets the job done. Line was a little long right after 5 but moved pretty quick. Includes free vacuum with wash but vacuum I was using had a weak suction.

Only worth it if you like spending money and wiping your car down yourself. Almost got into an accident because the driver in front of me popped off the track. Not worth it.

When you wash your car there has to be a barcode to use the vacuums. My receipt did not have one. You must go back to the car wash and get one with proof of your purchase.

Somebody warned me not to try a carwash that isn't touchless. Should've listened because this place broke the small antenna on my roof. Don't let the same happen to you.

The only thing I like is that vaccums are free after a car wash. There's hardly any soap when it comes on, mainly just water and plastic bristles that wash the car.

Quick and easy. Relatively cheap for a quick wash. Tops out at $16 for the premium. Don’t expect perfection if you let your car get covered in dried bird poop.

It’s the only reasonably close car wash in East Austin. Also don’t throw away your receipt because you will need the code to use the vacuums.

Bad quality, vacuum without power to clean, no windex, no towels. almost all the car ended the same as it was. Definitely not recommended.

It's been updated recently and the wash is decent. Vacuums are pretty good now but sometimes it's hit and miss if they're turned on.
