80 کی دہائی میں پیدا ہونے والے وہ آخری نسل تھی جنھوں نے معاشرے میں زبردست تبدیلی دیکھی۔ سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی نے روزمرہ کی زندگی میں انقلاب برپا کردیا اور امور زندگی سہل انداز میں انجام پانے لگے۔ پوسٹ آفس کا سحر بھی کچھ ایسا ہے جس سے بہت سے لوگوں کی ماضی کی سنہری یادیں وابستہ ہیں۔ آج کل کی نسل یہ سن کر ورط حیرت میں پڑ جاتی ہے جب انھیں معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ خطوط اور تحائف ہفتوں تک موصول ہوتے تھے۔ اور عید پر بہت اہتمام کے ساتھ عید کارڈ لکھے جاتے تھے۔ اگرچہ سائنسی ایجادات کے ان گنت فوائد ہیں مگر ماضی کی کچھ روایات جو ان طوفانوں میں بہہ گئی ہمیشہ یاد رہیں گی۔ Its always a nostalgic to go Post Office and see letters, parcels and P.O. Box. Who born in 80s probably the one who saw the transfer of technology and transfer of era. We saw khaki uniform postman was distributor money orders, letters, parcels and Eid card etc. It's very surprising for today's generation that we wait for week or so to receive our letters and gifts. Shah Faisal colony post block 2 is main post office. Due to new changes and restructuring, post office is now offering better and swift services. Overall Shah Faisal Post office is good services provider.

I sent a parcel from Pakistan Post Office, Shah Faisal Colony Branch, Karachi on 12 December 2022. Upon Inquiry, they assured me that I will be able to trace my parcel online. But even after 12 days the package is still un-traceable, hasn't arrived at destination or even haven't came back to the originating office. I visited the origin office 2 times for updates but they didn't have any of it. I sent my brother 2 times also to the destination office but it hasn't arrived there either. Never experienced that much anxiety with sending / receiving goods anywhere. Pathetic service.

This is old traditional place. Deal parcel with old methods. It requires a white cloth from customers to pack there parcel so that they can deliver this parcel. Pakistan Post should renovate their offices and adopt modern technology to facilitate the customers like TCS. TCS is earning in this way that Pakistan Post is not meeting the expectations of public.

Alhamdulilah found very professional staff, i am working online and use to go there time and again....they are very professional. No complaint about them.

Yesterday on 04 Aug 22. We arrived at 8 pm but it was closed. It is known by neighbour shops that it closed at 6pm or late to 6:30pm.

if u want to send somebody in cheaper prices then use this. Obviously they will take more time than others that is why they r cheaper

I have never experience this type of postal service in my life. I am waiting for my package to be delivered even after 6 days.
