For people on a lower budget, it can be disappointing when the cinema screen is not up to the expected standard. It can be frustrating to spend money on a movie experience and not receive the quality that was anticipated. Moreover, it can be a challenge when the take-away options inside the cinema keep saying "we have to find that category... Please choose another," which can be a frustrating experience for customers who are already on a tight budget. It's essential for businesses to provide clear and efficient service to ensure that customers, especially those on lower budgets, have a positive experience. Hopefully, the cinema will take steps to improve their facilities and customer service in the future to ensure that all customers can enjoy their experience without feeling disappointed or frustrated.

Hall is fine but service are not great. Food is bit expensive as combo pack of large popcorn and 2 drinks is Rs. 530/- but will tell you we're out of large popcorn ( not actually popcorn but the large bag) and will charge Rs.540/- for medium popcorn and 2 drinks. What's the use of combo offer posted in board if you don't want to provide that service? It was my first time here and there was no one to show me the exit and I had to find a person working there and ask the way. Seats are bit uncomfortable for tall people. Less leg space. Will Probably be my last here. Would recommend this place unless the service is improved.

Newly built multiplex with comfortable seating, clean floor and affordable ticket rate compared to other multiplex of Kathmandu. Being located at centre of city can be reached easily via any public transport medium. As per recent law of Kathmandu Metropolitan they now offer free parking for their customers! Which is awesome …

Nice and small hall. There were about 50 seats but only few rows were occupied. Seats were comfortable and screen and sound were nice. Good for the price. The food didn't have much options other than usual popcorn coffee softdrinks. It was clean and not crowded even though it was small with few staffs so well done to the team

Affordable movie hall with quality display and sound. Food options are very limited only popcorn,nachos and not so good burger(if there is stock) . Don't forget go get discount in morning shows and Wednesday offer where tickets price are half. Usually tickets price is 300 which is affordable considering other movie hall

It is a historic place, renowned for its cinema and entertainment services for years. The way of watching movies has been changed with newer technologies, but the entertainment service and hospitality of Bishwojyoti Cineplex remain the same. Love to be there for the entertainment.

Located at Jamal, near Durbarmarg and inside Bishwojyoti Mall, Bishwojyoti Cineplex provides good movie experience. Each seats are sofa type and cheese popcorn has awesome taste here. Sounds are good and screen is awesome too as well as pricing is affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The seats were surprisingly comfortable and better than of QFX and others around there.. The lobby was kinda small though and there was a delay of the movie around 20 mins. Overall it's good and the prices are cheap compared to other multiplexes. Ps :Parking space is kinda small.

Ticket prices are on the lower side, compared to other multiplexes. Affordable with decent ambience indeed. Screen and sound system are nice too. Seats could be a bit more comfortable though.

Went there to watch Aina Jhyal ki Putali for symposium in tfn. Comfortable sofa seats.. waiting area has seating arrangement. Prices are reasonable than other cinema halls.

The seats are better than QFX, at the same price. Good sound quality. But food option was limited. Excellent valet parking.
