2014/02/17：早上7:00到達Green Line 巴士站去搭車，聽說這是較好的車種，票價美金20不便宜，不過好像只是傳說.... 尼泊爾感覺上就比印度落後的多，基礎交通建設差很大。 Green Line Bus 外觀就很普通，跟國內的客運車差不多... 7:30上車出發了，一開始的乘客不多，沿途載客慢慢就客滿了... 沒想到才出市區車行不到40分鐘就拋錨一次！感覺就有點不對了...搞了半個小時停到路邊修車站換零件搞定... 10:40先來到一處休息站，由於根本沒說明，我們一直以為這裡就是免費用餐的地方，就排了隊伍開心的點餐吃了起來。 同車的一些當地人怎麼都只叫一杯茶而已呢？(原來，魔鬼就在細節裡...這裡不是Green Line 用餐區!!只是中途休息站!!!) 所以後來，老闆過來收800盧比的餐費，都吃下肚了只好乖乖付帳.....(叫我呆胞吧！ 好吧！誰叫你吃飯之前不先做 DOUBLE CHECK 再次確認呢！！(下次記得喔!! 中午抵達巴士專屬的休息站，車票20美金是含中餐的喔....大家都進餐廳吃中飯了...車票內含中餐....以這裡的物價，票價20美金-->我覺得我們應該是被當作觀光客嬌的！(那是當然...都沒拍菜色！好不好當然可想而知了....唉! 中餐這裡也是巴士的中轉站，道倫比尼或是奇旺國家公園的都在這裡轉車。這裡也是巴士的中轉站，道倫比尼或是奇旺國家公園的都在這裡轉車下午3點，車子又拋錨了....這次搞了很久很久.... 下午4點，車子終於肯動了...令人感動！ 直到6:30終於到了波卡拉，整整12小時才到達啊..!!! 這是我們的Green Line體驗....

Green Line renowned coach company of our country. They renovated their counter for everyone. From this station passenger can onboard for Dhaka and Chittagong. Ticketing facility is available here. Wash room, prayer room and waiting room is available here. They are right now giving service by brand new German made M A N double decker multi axle coach and few old model irrizar shape coach. Right now their service is up to the mark no question about their freight at present.

Green line A/c bus service is 1st choice of Sylhet people for travelling. Now Green line Sylhet mean counter office is a new beautiful look. Company remake there Sylhet office and bringing some new bus . Green line Sylhet office says the hope double decker bus will start service Sylhet-Dhaka-Sylhet from 14/4/2018

I went to Sylhet on 22nd January and took a bus ride from Dhaka using Green Line transport. Their Kadamtali bus counter was so dirty and unhygienic I couldn't even enter the toilet. The sofas were covered in dirt, place was stinking very bad. A disgraceful place it was back in January.

A good and popular bus transport company around the country. Their service is good but not very comfortable because of their old vehicles. They have economic and business class vehicles. The transport rent are same as the other bus transport companies.

Wanted to buy 4 tickets for syl-chittagong route. As a first time user of green line I asked Salesman (Muhib) to show me the seat and bus inside Configurations but he refused to show before purchase. He was very rude and unprofessional.

They are renovating their counter and that would be more comfortable. Though now there are some limitations but hopefully it will be great experience for waiting for upcoming days. They are very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Green Line Bus Counter at Sylhet. Welknown for their good AC Bus Service. But sometimes they are found to much careless about passengers complain. They should improve this side.

Well decorated, air conditioned, top quality buses. Highly recommend but the receptionists needs to put up a little smile on their faces.

They don't maintain any time schedule. Extremely late on reaching destination (took 8.5 hours instead of mentioned 6hours)
