I walked in to get 2 dozen red roses for my girlfriend. They spoke good English, and made the bouquet while I waited. By US standards, the bouquet was expensive (3200 thb or $82 USD). They don't have helium balloons available immediately, but need a day advance notice. They do have the mylar-on-a-stick balloons though. Oh, and it is close to the BTS line... very convenient! I felt a few of the red rose heads in the case, and they were nice and tight (indicating that they are fresh), but the roses in the bouquet were very soft (not as fresh). When I pointed this out, they remade the bouquet for me, but the replacement roses are only slightly better. Apparently the fresh roses were the long stemmed, not the bouquet length. Oh well... The roses have an excellent fragrance and look nice. I expect that my girlfriend will be thrilled, and that's what really matters. ;-)

I would like highly recommend TANAVAL florist as very reliable and very professional company. I wanted to order flower delivery in Bangkok on Sunday April 16 for my daughter's birthday and have checked with many International and Thailand companies and there was almost no options for delivery on this date due to Songran Festival or the weekend. TANAVAL florist accepted the order and delivered fantastic flowers and candy for very reasonable price ! I stepped into the store, a few seconds after one of the women working here approached me. She spoke English quite well and asked me what I wanted, I got to pick a few flowers I liked and name my budget. Afterwards she put together a beautiful bouquet, in nice wrapping, even with a bow around it and in its own water pouch for longevity. To say that I'm pleased would be an understatement. Really recommended if you want to gift someone a pretty flower bouquet.

Ordered some flowers for a friend from Tanaval and they are beautiful. The room smelled of fresh cut flowers and they were super fresh. I was also able to get same day delivery even though there was a lot of traffic in Bangkok. Also, the staff we spoke to spoke excellent english language. We're really jazzed!
