Completely broke the agreed contract by not seeking approval prior to sending the display at the last minute. They used a colour which was not agreed, and although they sent a picture eventually - they had, in fact, already delivered! This totally spoilt what could have been a lovely gift. It makes no difference that the recipient was happy, as the contract was with me alone. They failed to deliver to the agreed terms.

Had a wonderful experience with Ganon Florist! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and their box option was way more affordable that other flower shops (2,500 thb where others are 3,000++). You can pay for delivery, as well, which makes the process that much easier. I would recommend this florist to everyone!

First time buying bouquet from this shop, very impress, you can control your budget with prefer theme or color, the florist will create the most suitable one and not too normal even in graduation which has tons of bouquet there

เหมือนโดนหลอก ขอเปลี่ยนดอกไม้จาก 7 อันละ 800 บาท มาเป็นอันละ 500 บาท กลายเป็นว่า ได้ 9 ดอก แทน 11ดอก (7*800/500 = 11.2)... แล้วบอกว่าที่เหลือไปอยู่ใบยูคา ราคา รวม 7500 บาท 3000 บาทไปอยู่กันกิ่งไม้ กับดอกรอง รอบกุหลาบ...

Here are my second time buying bouquets. Still impressed as usual on both products and staff' service mind. The price are reasonable to the bouquets. It's worth to pay, do recommend !
