Rangoon War cemetary is situated between mahar myaing bus stop and hantharwaddy bus stop near Hantharwaddy roundaboy!The cemetary is open from 7:00am to 5:00 pm on everyday!In this cemetary, 1381 commonwealth servicemen of the second world war were buried but 86 of the burials could not be identified and there are special memorials to more than 60 casualties whose graves could not be located precisely!

Nice, quiet place in the middle of busier roads. Well-kept cemetery with a register and a guestbook. It was also nice to see that the locals respect the area as well and don't use the area to play football in or other things not socially acceptable by western standards. RIP.

One of the must place to visit in Yangon... This is a memorial of the fallen soldiers probably during the WWII. Many memorial stone are there mostly indians... Please visit this place as a homage to the fallen heroes... …

Lovely space, very nice, very well kept. An oasis in the noisy crazy city. --- entrance on East side facing towards Pyay Road. I like the Many ravens in this place...
