Visiting from the U.S. for 3 weeks (April 2016) but my hotel doesn't have laundry facilities and finding a coin laundry with dryers was difficult. So happy I found Laundry Project! Great atmosphere (Cafe) while you're waiting for your laundry. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers and I was the first customer on a weekday when they opened at 10:00 AM. 4,000 KW each for washing and drying and soap and fabric softener were included which was nice. It was an easy bus ride on the 402 bus from Namdaemun where I was staying although I missed the bus stop I was supposed to get off at (Girl's School - don't remember the name) and ended up having to trek down then back up the very steep hill to get there. On the way back I went the correct way and the bus stop was really close. There was also a toilet available for use and the attendant spoke English and was very helpful. I am so relieved to have found a nice place to do laundry during my stay!

GO HERE, whether you have to do laundry or not! Honestly, if I could give it 6 stars, I would. I came here on a whim because I was traveling the next day and needed to do laundry and I’m so glad I did. The washers and dryers were the best quality I’d encountered in a laundromat since coming to Korea and you have a choice of scents for detergent and fabric softener. But most amazingly, one cycle in the dryer and my clothes were dry, which is very rare here. I got an iced latte and a piece of chocolate cake and both were very yummy! The owner of the store was the one serving me and I spent a very enjoyable 1.5 hours just conversing with him. This place is very foreigner friendly as the owner speaks fluent English. He also gave me some great local recommendations. Overall, the next time I’m in Korea, I’ll definitely be going back whether that’s to do my laundry or just to grab a coffee.

Loved this place. We have been in Seoul for over two weeks and our hotel does not have laundry services. Found this location and all the ratings and positive comments are spot on. Not a long distance from the bus stop- couple of blocks..... Clean space, new washers and the soap and softener are included. Wifi available as well as a coffee bar to sit in the cool surroundings and listen to jazz while you wait. If you are looking for a location to do laundry, I highly recommend the Laundry Project. Cost for W/D is 4,000 KW each. We stayed at the Lotte hotel our first week here and they charged 3k KW for W/D each PLUS 5k KW for the soap, so prices here worth it for the clean, friendly atmosphere even if you need to travel here via bus.... 3 W/D each- not crowded when we were here on Wednesday afternoon around noon.

Fantastic! Perfect for travellers, staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and showed me how to use the machines in English. Wash and dry was 40 minutes each, inexpensive. The machines are massive is you have a lot of washing. Cafe was great, the coffee was delicious, highly recommended if you're travelling solo!

Fantastic place. Clean and efficient. Just enough English to get the job done. Good internet and great coffee and cake. Comfy place to wait for your laundry. It seem pretty busy though with people, some are doing laundry, some not and they only have 3 sets of washers and dryers. Machines are top notch.

This place is amazing. You can come, set up shop, read, drink wine or coffee, all while being productive and cleaning your clothes. The owners are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome in this cozy shop and cozier neighborhood. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Great little cafe/laundrymat. The owner is super friendly, speaks great english, and takes pride in his job. Washers and dryers are clean and they have a bigger size for a big bag of laundry. 40 min wash, 40 minute dry and detergent and softener is provided at no extra charge.

Such a cute little cafe! It was nice to be able to wash my laundry while relaxing with a cup of tea. The people working there were very nice and took the time to show me where everything was and chat a bit. It is a really small cafe so it might fill up in the evening.
