We were returning from the city back to the southwest suburbs on a late, cold evening. We took the Redline from Chicago to 35th St. Trains run hourly at that time. There are 2 tracks that are blocked from each other by an overpass and multiple stairs. THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW WHICH TRACK THE TRAIN WILL BE ON AND THE TRAINS RUN ONLY ONCE AN HOUR. We picked the wrong side (because that was the side the train was on the last time we'd returned from downtown) and were berated by the conductor for holding up the train. I was so thankful he did hold the train, but why create that problem in the first place, Metra? HOW ABOUT SOME SIGNAGE DIRECTING RIDERS TO THE CORRECT PLATFORM???

Rode Metra to and from a Sox game recently. Station was clean and well maintained. Cops on the platform after the game made for a controlled crowd, Professional. It's well lit. And it has a heated waiting area. Great views from the station for those seeking a picture and be sure to mind the yellow lines. 5 stars. I'll visit again.

Had an excellent tuna sandwich in the Hat it fast. Shop is conveniently located near the green line, in that far from Metro and the red line. Guaranteed Rate field is just up the street. A nice clean shop

The janitor does an amazing job keeping this station clean.
