isn't 7 eleven suppose to open 24 hours 7? Absolutely not at Bondi Junction! There are more than 5 occasions during late night that I need to purchase food items as I work nearby but staff ( Indian background ) locked the entry door and would not let anyone in. He always seem to be busy with stock taking at night. I tapped on the door but instead was advised that it's not opened. ??? Really??!! There are always people waiting outside but he would not let anyone in if he is busy with stock taking. Please check CCTV as this is absolutely unacceptable. If you can't open 24 hours as advertised - do not open at all.

Usually, the staff is kind, but today, 10 of august of 2022, around 12:00 pm, (morning shift), I just met one of the rudest staff I’ever met. I didn’t get his name. I did a mistake and I took a 2$ cup instead a 1$ cup, then I told him that it was a mistake and his answer was super rude. Definitely not the type of customer service I was expecting. I’m going to stop consuming in that 7 eleven, just because of that rude staff.

I don't buy the fake food. The coffee is reasonable and always hot. The staff are polite. The store is almost always open providing a good service to the community that probably doesn't deserve it. Too many people ask you to give them too much money around that store.

The staff in night shift is so lazy, he always hiding to the customer and locking the door it is my 3rd time buying to this branch the rude part is he not even looking at you and continue what his doing and he never opens the door. What a useless store at night!!

Rude customers service, always out of order coffee machines, even though peoples are waiting outside the door waving staff doesn’t want to open the door at night, so if you’re not serving customers at night there’s no point of advertising open 24/7.

The guy who works overnight shift- he has AirPods in his ears, has no customer service and possibly no good English( barely speaks a word)- he shouldn’t even be working there if he can’t do his job

This is the dirtiest 7/11 ever seen in Sydney. It’s always messy in coffee machine area , dirt is everywhere, smells bad . 7/11 should check with this owner please. Thanks

Went for a Opal card for a kid as advised by train station manager and met with the rudest staff to say no we don't have at around 1 pm today.

Very convenient when you are coming out from one of the night clubs in the area and you feel hungry and there is nothing else open around.

The coffee machine is looking gross and dirty same with donut section..the tong were dirty .this place need day to day good cleaning..

They had my favorite sparking water in stock and no line, so no complaints from my end.
